Abstract

Di era Society 5.0, media sosial menjadi komponen penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat termasuk remaja. Dengan peran media sosial yang meluas ke berbagai sektor seperti pendidikan, ekonomi, dan kesehatan memberikan Gambaran objektif bagaimana media social menjadi bagian integral yang sulit dipisahkan pada kehidupan saat ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak media sosial terhadap psychological wellbeing remaja, yang mencakup dampak positif dan negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dilakukan dengan memilih artikel penelitian ilmiah yang kredibel. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan pada penelitian studi literatur meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Data menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas remaja menggunakan media sosial untuk hiburan, interaksi sosial, dan pengembangan diri. Dampak positif meliputi peningkatan kreativitas, pengembangan keterampilan digital, dan dukungan sosial. Namun, dampak negatif seperti kecemasan, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), kecanduan media sosial, dan cyberbullying juga signifikan. Studi literatur ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan publikasi ilmiah terkini untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh media sosial pada wellbeing remaja. Perlu bagi individu khususnya remaja untuk menggunakan media sosial dengan bijaksana untuk meminimalisir dampak negative terhadap psychological wellbeing dan memaksimalkan manfaatnya dalam mendukung pertumbuhan remaja secara holistik.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat media sosial, terutama TikTok, telah mengubah cara pemasaran digital melalui viral marketing, yang memungkinkan penyebaran informasi produk secara cepat dan luas. Faktor harga juga menjadi elemen penting dalam keputusan pembelian, terutama bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki anggaran terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak viral marketing dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik melalui TikTok Live di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 99 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; semakin efektif viral marketing, semakin besar kemungkinan mahasiswa untuk melakukan pembelian. Selain itu, harga juga berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, di mana harga yang bersaing meningkatkan daya tarik produk bagi konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, kedua variabel ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mahasiswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi pemasaran yang berbasis konten viral dan penetapan harga yang tepat dapat mendorong keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik melalui TikTok Live. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemasar dan pelaku bisnis perlu mengoptimalkan strategi viral marketing dengan konten yang menarik dan interaktif serta menentukan harga yang sesuai dengan daya beli pasar target.

Abstract

The primary issue addressed in this research is the low level of understanding among Eleventh grade vocational high school students regarding entrepreneurship subjects, which are often perceived as unengaging. To address this problem, the study aims to develop interactive flipbook-based e-comics as learning media to enhance students’ comprehension of entrepreneurial concepts. This research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) approach, specifically employing the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Each phase of the model involves a systematic data collection process, including needs analysis, storyboard creation, and prototype development. The resulting e-comic is expected to serve as a practical and effective instructional tool, thereby supporting and enriching the entrepreneurship curriculum in vocational high schools.

Abstract

This classroom action research (CAR) was conducted to improve student learning outcomes in a vocational high school through the integration of H5P-based interactive video within a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The study involved two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In Cycle 1, students engaged with H5P videos containing embedded quizzes and participated in collaborative discussions. However, only 33.33% of students reached the minimum mastery criteria. Based on these results, improvements were made in Cycle 2, including the use of guiding questions and individual accountability strategies. The second cycle showed significant improvement, with 83.33% of students achieving learning mastery. The findings suggest that H5P-based interactive videos effectively enhance engagement, participation, and conceptual understanding among vocational students. The use of interactive video not only supports independent learning and collaboration but also stimulates higher-order thinking skills through visual, auditory, and contextual input. Therefore, integrating H5P interactive media into PBL is a promising approach for improving student performance in vocational education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik asertif training terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas XI di SMK IT Ibnu Katsir Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMK IT Ibnu Katsir Jember dengan sampel sebanyak 7 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test. Hasil dari penelitian ini dibuktikan setelah pemberian treatment dengan teknik asertif training terdapat hasil perhitungan rata-rata pada saat pretest dan posttest mengalami peningkatan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa. Pada pretest diperoleh skor rata-rata 11,1 dan skor rata-rata pada posttest 28,9 dan didapatkan selisih antara skor pretest dan posttest sebesar 17,7. Dan didapatkan pada anilisis data menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Match Pairs Test nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,018 nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka bisa diartikan bahwa ada perbedaan pada tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa kelas XI yang signifikan untuk pretest dan postest dengan demikian hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima, dengan hasil perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpukan bahwa ada pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik asertif training terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa kelas XI di SMKIT Ibnu Katsir Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Efektifitas Teknik Reframing Dalam Meningktkan Kemampuan Berpikir Positif Siswa Kelas X SMK MIN-QU. Jenis Penelitian ini Pretest – Postest Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa,10 orang siswa kelas X A sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 10 siswa kelas X B sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitin ini menggunakan angket. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir positif siswa meningkat setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa konseling kelompok dengan teknik reframing.teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling.instrumen yang digunakan berupa panduan yang sudah diuji skala yang terdiri dari 60 item.hasil analisis data menggunakan uji realibilitas Hasil pengujian reliabilitas instrumen diatas menunjukkan nilai cronbach alpha sebesar 0,796 diinterpretasikan pada rentang 0.60 < r ? 0,799 yang artinya data tersebut berada dalam kategori reliabilitas kuat.

Jaya Wardhana, M.Si dan (II) Bhennita Sukmawati, M.Psi Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh teknik motivational interviewing terhadap motivasi belajar menghafal Al-Qur’an siswa kelas VIII di Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tanggul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah siswa kelas VIII Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tanggul dengan sampel sebanyak 6 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian yakni : Ada pengaruh layanan teknik motivational interviewing terhadap motivasi belajar menghafal Al-Qur’an Siswa Kelas VIII. Diketahui bahwa nilai Z adalah -2,207, dihasilkan besaran Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed)nya 0,027 dibawah dari 0,05 maka kesimpulannya ada peningkatan motivasi siswa, dengan hasil perhitungan tersebut bahwa layananan teknik motivational interviewing bepengaruh dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar menghafal Al-Qur’an Siswa Kelas VIII di Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tanggul.

Abstract

This study was conducted to address the low learning interest of ninth-grade students in digital economic development material at MTsN 1 Jember, where traditional lecture-based teaching methods limited engagement and participation. The research aimed to enhance students’ learning interest by applying the Word Square learning medium, which combines educational games with cognitive challenges to promote active and enjoyable learning. Using a qualitative Classroom Action Research (CAR) design following Kemmis and McTaggart’s model, the study was implemented in two cycles involving stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, focusing on indicators such as attention, participation, and willingness to learn. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ learning interest from 49% in the first cycle to 87% in the second indicating that Word Square media effectively fostered enthusiasm, focus, and interaction during lessons. It is concluded that Word Square serves as an effective alternative learning strategy to increase students’ learning interest in digital economic topics and is recommended for broader application across other subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Hybrid Interactive Media based on Project-Based Learning (PjBL) integrated with 360-degree Virtual Reality (VR) technology to enhance students’ conceptual understanding and 21st-century skills. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, encompassing needs analysis, prototype design, media development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through expert validation sheets, lecturer and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-sample t-tests. Expert assessments indicated that the media was highly valid (M = 4.42), while practicality was supported by lecturers’ responses (M = 4.36, highly practical) and students’ responses (M = 4.29, practical). Effectiveness testing using a one-group pre-test–post-test design showed significant improvement in learning outcomes, with mean scores increasing from 63.1 to 82.5 (t(29) = 10.12, p < 0.001). Students’ critical thinking skills also improved from 2.8 to 4.0 (scale 1–5). These findings indicate that integrating VR 360 with PjBL effectively enhances conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and learning motivation in economics education. This study contributes to the literature by extending the application of VR technology beyond STEM fields into economics education and offers practical insights for innovative learning in higher education.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum aims to provide greater learning flexibility by accommodating students’ individual needs and potential. However, its implementation often poses challenges for teachers, particularly in adapting pedagogical practices to the demands of the curriculum. This study analyzes the difficulties economics teachers face in implementing the Independent Curriculum within the Jember Regency Economics MGMP forum. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Four informants were selected, consisting of the MGMP Chair, the Deputy Chair of the Development Division, and two economics teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through data collection, validation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation was used to ensure data validity. Findings show that teachers experience several obstacles, including limited understanding of differentiated instruction, difficulties adapting learning materials, challenges developing appropriate assessment methods and curriculum-aligned learning tools, constraints on integrating the Pancasila Student Profile into project-based themes, and suboptimal use of the Merdeka Teaching Platform. These challenges reflect gaps in curriculum readiness, teacher competency development, and institutional support. Strengthening continuous professional development, intensive mentoring, and school-level facilitation is essential to improve curriculum implementation.
