Abstract

Kecerdasan anak jika dilatih sedini mungkin, akan membuat perkembangan inteligensinya lebih baik. Untuk anak usia dini kita bisa merangsang kecerdasannya dengan menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) seperti mainan edukatif. Namun, banyak kegiatan pembelajaran di taman kanak-kanak yang belum memanfaatkan alat permainan edukatif (APE) sebagai alat bantu untuk guru dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Alat Permainan Edukatif Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif Anak di TK Al Ihsan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sedangkan penentuan objek penelitian menggunakan teknik population research dengan jumlah 30 siswa. Dalam menyempurnakan hasil penelitian, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisa data ini, sebagai variable bebasnya (variabel x) adalah alat permainan edukatif, sedangkan variable tergantungnya (variabel y) adalah kemampuan kognitif digunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Dari analisa data diketahui hasil Chi Kuadrat hitung = 15 sedangkan Chi Kuadrat Tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh = 3,841. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui bahwa hipotesis kerja diterima yaitu Ada Pengaruh Alat Permainan Edukatif terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif di TK Al Ihsan Banyuwangi. Dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengaruhnya maka dilanjutkan dengan rumus Koefisien Kontingensi (KK). Dengan demikian hasil dari perhitungan rumus KK 0,577 berada pada table yang bergerak 0,400-0,599 yakni ada pengaruh tingkat sedang.

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi covid-19 mengubah paradigma pendidikan menjadi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pemanfaatan teknologi. Metode pembelajaran flipped classroom dikembangkan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang muncul akibat penerapan pembelajaran daring. Banyak perubahan pola pikir sebagai hasil dari penerapan pembelajaran daring, salah satunya adalah kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan metode flipped classroom dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode flipped classroom memberikan ruang dan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk melatihkan kemampuan berpikir kreatifnya pada setiap fase yang ada pada metode flipped classroom, sehingga metode flipped classroom dinilai mampu menstimulasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa di masa pandemi covid-19. AbstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has changed the paradigm of education into technology oriented learning. The flipped classroom learning method was developed to answer the problems that happen due to the application of online learning. Many changes in mindset as a result of the application of online learning, one of which is the creative thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the flipped classroom method in stimulating students' creative thinking skills. This research was analyzed qualitatively by using observation, interview, and documentation studies. The results of the analysis show that the flipped classroom method provides space and opportunities for students to practice their creative thinking skills in every phase of the flipped classroom method, so that the flipped classroom method is considered capable of stimulating students' creative thinking skills during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Technological developments in the digital era as it is today show a high trend of increasing video production, both as entertainment and as learning. This euphoria should be used positively by educators in stimulating the creativity of students. The purpose of this study was to describe the development of students' creative thinking skills through the project of making science learning videos for early childhood. This research design uses true experimental research – pretest-posttest group design. The results of this study were analyzed quantitatively-descriptively using the n-gain analysis approach based on the results of the assessment of students' creative thinking skills in making science learning videos for early childhood. Independent t-test analysis was also used to analyze the significance of the difference in the n-gain score between science video project-based learning and learning with ordinary presentations (with power point). The results showed that the science video project-based learning could effectively stimulate students' creative thinking skills with an n-gain score of 0.62 with medium category. Independent t-test analyze result also showed that there was a significant difference between the n-gain scores between science video project-based learning and learning with power point based presentations.

Abstract

A calming organizational climate will increase teacher job satisfaction. One way to increase teacher job satisfaction is to provide a comfortable workplace, and leaders should treat teachers well and don't discriminate against one another in order to create a conducive organizational climate. The teachers feel that the organizational climate will be more conducive if the teachers do something useful and their work is appreciated by the principal or leader. Therefore, a feeling of joy and pride will arise in the education staff, so if the school can meet the needs of teachers, the level of teacher satisfaction will also increase. This research was carried out from June to August 2022. The method used in this study is the correlational method; correlational research is research that will look at the relationship between variables X and Y and is intended to obtain information about the status of symptoms at the time the research is conducted. This study's population consists of principals and teachers who are still actively teaching at SMPN 8 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. Based on the data that has been obtained, the description of the data, and the processing of statistical data, the authors can draw the following conclusions: The result of calculating the product moment correlation between variables X and Y is obtained as rxy = 0.627, and at a significance level of 5%, r-table = 0.361, while at a significance level of 1%, r-table = 0.463, thus at a significance level of 5% or 1%, r-count was greater than r-table (0.627 > 0.361). Ho is rejected, while Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education in one of the public high schools in South Tangerang City. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study aims to explain the implementation of SBM in improving the quality of education. The data obtained is presented in a descriptive form based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research subjects in this study are information sources that can provide information or data related to the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education. In this study, the research subjects or informants were the Human Resources (HR) in schools including the Principal, Deputy Head of School for Curriculum, Head of Administration, Deputy Head of School for Facilities and Infrastructure, Deputy Head of School for Public Relations, and three teachers. School independence in meeting the availability of teaching and educational staff is sufficient, and school independence in meeting the availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient and sufficient. School partnerships/cooperation is good, this can be seen from the internal school relations that have been well established through work meetings, briefings and MGMP. Partnerships with external parties, the school has established partnerships with 13 institutions as evidenced by the MoU. Form of Participation, the form of participation is seen through the support of funds, facilities and staff from stakeholders in implementing school programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain data about the process of intra-school student organization activities. The spirit of discipline between administrators and members of intra-school student organizations; what are the obstacles to the implementation of the intra-school student organization program; efforts to increase discipline in intra-school student organizations; and how to overcome discipline and achieve student achievement. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach through stages of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The objects of this study were the principal, the deputy head of student affairs, members of intra-school student organizations, and 10 students. Data analysis can be done through categorization, data reduction, validity testing, drawing conclusions, and data presentation. The results of the study show that intra-school organization activities play an important role in improving discipline and the quality of graduates through intra-school student organization work programs contained in the intra-school student organization structure and student achievement data.

Abstract

Keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan pendidikan anak. Selain sebagai sarana dan fasilitator anak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan pengetahuannya, keluarga juga merupakan wadah dimana anak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan terkait pendidikannya, salah satunya yaitu biaya pendidikan. Biaya pendidikan dan keluarga merupakan dua hal yang saling berkaitan, seperti yang kita ketahui pendidikan merupakan inventasi paling berharga dalam hidup. Dengan seseorang berpendidikan maka orang tersebut akan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Tentu saja untuk dapat menempuh pendidikan yang tinggi dibutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit pula, maka dari itu keluarga, khususnya orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anak selama menempuh pendidikan. Akan tetapi dalam perannya memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan anak, orang tua juga memiliki banyak tantangan, salah satunya adalah masalah pendatan orang tua yang semakin menurun diakibatkan oleh adanya pandemi Covid – 19 yang mulai menyebar di seluruh dunia pada akhir tahun 2019.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the implementation approach employed in the management of Game Media Development for Early Childhood. This study employs the literature review methodology to consolidate data and analyze findings from many literature sources, with the aim of constructing a thorough comprehension of optimal practices and methods in the management of game media creation for early childhood. The findings indicate that an effective strategy for developing educational games for children involves incorporating educational components within the game in an engaging manner. The inclusion of game content that aligns with positive values and receives parental approval is a critical determinant in establishing a favorable play environment. By implementing these tactics, play can serve as a valuable instrument in facilitating early childhood learning and development in an enjoyable and gratifying manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengenalan Sains Sederhana DenganBermain Sambil Belajar Untuk Melatih Kemampuan Berpikir Siswa TK Tunas MuliaKecamatan Glenmore Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dan Untuk mendapatkan modelPengenalan Sains Sederhana Dengan Bermain Sambil Belajar Untuk MelatihKemampuan Berpikir Siswa TK Tunas Mulia Kecamatan Glenmore Tahun Pelajaran2021/2022. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pengenalansains sederhana pada materi pengukuran dengan bermain sambil belajar dapat melatihkemampuan berpikir siswa Tk Tunas Mulia. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnyahasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi,diketahui bahwa hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif meningkat secarasignifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Model pembelajaran pengenalan sains sederhanadengan metode bermain melalui pendekatan bermain sambil belajar atau belajar serayabermain, lebih tepat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif yang berupakemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif, hasil belajar afektif dan hasil belajarpsikomotorik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorikyang telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran dan mengalami peningkatansecara signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II
