Abstract

Office stationery is a very important item in the company as a tool to support company performance, the existence of office stationery equipment certainly greatly supports the performance of employees in the company. Hasna Invitation is a small business engaged in making physical wedding invitations or e-invitations and banners. Not only wedding invitations in Hasna Invitation, but children's toys in the form of puzzles. In meeting the needs of office stationery, Hasna Invitation is still not computerized so that each process is still not effective and efficient and data storage is also not well coordinated. From the description of the problems that occur, it is designed and built an Information System for Procurement of Office Stationery Needs which is expected to solve existing problems. For analysis and design methods used Unified Modeling Language (UML) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The event program management information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database.

Abstract

Posyandu Yanita is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) which is managed and organized, by the village, for and with the community in implementing health development, in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality and baby. Posyandu Yanita experienced input errors and data changes because the work was still manual so it would require a lot of paper to replace new ones, and Posyandu Yanita had difficulty finding the information needed in a short time. Based on these problems, the Android-based Yanita Posyandu information system was designed using the analysis and design method using the Unfield Modeling Language (UML). The Yanita Posyandu information system uses the Dephi and HeidiSql programming languages ??as its database. With the Yanita Posyandu information system, related processes become easier to use, accurate and integrated.

Abstract

The National Land Agency (BPN) is a non-ministerial government agency which is under and responsible to the President and led by the Head. The National Land Agency has the task of carrying out governmental tasks in the field of land nationally, regionally and sectorally in accordance with statutory provisions. In the management of monitoring files that are not centralized, the file management process is still manual, searching for files takes about an hour, and physical files have the potential to be lost or damaged. From the existing problems, an information system for monitoring community complaint files was designed and built which is expected to be able to handle these problems. For analysis and design methods use the Unfield Modeling Language (UML). This information system for monitoring public complaint files uses the programming language PHP and Mysql as the database. With this web-based information system for monitoring community complaint files, the processes involved in terms of monitoring are easier to use, accurate and integrated.

Abstract

PT. Fajar Solusi Elektronik  is one of the medium to lower scale cooperatives based in the city of Jakarta. The large number of goods in the company will certainly be difficult to manage, care for, and maintain the assets of the goods owned by the company. Goods assets that exist in PT. Fajar Solusi Elektronik includes computers, laptops, tablets, printers, speakers and other supporting tools. Currently, the management of the asset lending process still uses paper manuals and individual memories, while there are many assets, there is no notification feature if there is a return of goods, so that errors in calculating goods often occur, the data obtained has not been managed properly, so data loss often occurs. Still manually using paper and goods data, data on the distribution of goods assets to reports have not been stored and organized properly. For analysis and design methods use the Unfield Modeling Language (UML). This asset management information system uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as its database. With this web-based asset management information system, the processes related to asset management are easier to use, accurate and integrated.

Abstract

Teknologi dan informasi merupakan faktor utama dalam sebuah perusahaan saat ini. Sistem informasi menjadi hasil bagi individu atau perusahaan dan menuntut dunia usaha untuk dapat menjalankan aktivitasnya secara efektif dan efisien. Pengembang Property merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengembangan properti di bidang pemasaran, desain dan penjualan rumah dan bangunan komersial terutama di Jakarta. Banyak perusahaan pengembang properti saat ini yang sudah menggunakan SI dan TI dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya guna menjalankan kelangsungan bisnis agar memudahkan pengembang untuk membangun produk atau layanan yang diberikan. Perusahaan sudah mengimplementasikan SI dan TI dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, namun dalam menjalankan proses bisnis tersebut perusahaan masih menemukan kendala dalam menjalankan proses SI dan TI yang ada. Agar perusahaan berjalan selaras dengan SI dan TI penulis memutuskan untuk menganalisis proses bisnis pada perusahaan. Enterprise Architecture merupakan arsitektur yang dibutuhkan oleh suatu organisasi untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan sistem sehingga dapat digunakan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem yang kompleks, sulit menjadi lebih sederhana dan mudah untuk digunakan, dengan menggunakan salah satu enterprise architecture yang ada yaitu The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) untuk membentuk cetak biru yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dan mengimplementasikannya pada proses bisnis perusahaan pengembang properti serta menjadikan hasil dari penelitan menjadi acuan dalam perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstract Cv. Bina Solusi Consulting is a tax consulting service company. Tax services for clients are still carried out directly and their activities in storing documents are still recorded manually so that the volume of archives increases while the storage space does not increase, and results in storage being not accommodated, therefore we need a tax service support system for web-based clients at Cv Bina Solusi Consulting. From the description of the problems that occur, a tax service information system for web-based clients is designed and built which is expected to solve existing problems. The method of analysis and design is used Unfield Modelling Language (UML). Tax Service Information System for clients using the programming language PHP and MySQL as database. The method used in designing this information system is the method System Development Life Cycle (DDLC). This system has been tested with Technique Black Box Testing, in this system there are four actors and five processes. The four actors include Director, Finance, Staff and Clients. in the five processes including Tax Service Information, Tax Service Registration, Tax Service Payments, Tax Services and Monthly Tax Reports. With this information system can help companies in the process of tax services. Abstrak Cv. Bina Solusi Consulting merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultan pajak. pelayanan pajak bagi klien masih dilakukan secara langsung dan pada aktivitasnya dalam menyimpan dokumen masih dilakukan pencatatan secara manual sehingga bertambahnya volume arsip sementara ruang tempat penyimpanan yang tidak bertambah, dan mengakibatkan tidak tertampungnya penyimpanan tersebut, oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya sebuah sistem pendukung pelayanan pajak bagi klien berbasis web pada Cv Bina Solusi Consulting. Dari uraian permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Pelayanan pajak bagi klien berbasis web yang diharapan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya digunakan Unfield Modelling Language (UML). Sistem Informasi Pelayanan pajak bagi klien menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Metode yang dijalankan dalam merancang sistem informasi ini adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (DDLC). Sistem ini telah diuji dengan Teknik Black Box Testing, Pada sistem ini terdapat empat aktor dan lima proses. Empat aktor tersebut diantaranya Direktur, Finance, Staff dan Klien. pada lima proses tersebut diantaranya Informasi Pelayanan Pajak, Pendaftaran Layanan Pajak, Pembayaran Layanan Pajak, Pelayanan Pajak dan Laporan Bulanan Pajak. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses pelayanan pajak.

Abstract

Sistem informasi evaluasi approval untuk mutasi pegawai di badan pertanahan nasional sudah berbasis web, namun bersifat kurang user friendly, karena pada proses pembuatan surat keputusan perpindahan pegawai pada system yang sudah ada masih bersifat manual menggunakan banyak kertas, sehingga menghambat proses approval perpindahan pegawai dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan Analisa pengembangan sistem diatas dengan sistem yang diusulkan seperti penambahan actor pegawai dan action usecase pembuatan surat keputusan sehingga pegawai langsung dapar melihat surat keputusan yang telah dibuat, sistem yang akan dirancang adalah sistem berbasis android dengan menggunalan Bahasa pemrograman Delphi dan mysql sebagai databasenya, dengan dikembangkannya sistem informasi evaluasi approval, maka proses dalam hal evaluasi approval untuk mutasi pegawai menjadi lebih terintegrasi untuk digunakan

Abstract

Bung Karno University is a university located in central Jakarta. The Tracer Study Information System at Bung Karno University currently is in the process of distributing tracer study forms and filling out tracer study forms, they still have to come to campus, not to mention that in this pandemic era it is difficult to do which results in delays in the process of processing the results of tracer study data filled out by college student. and it takes time to return the completed tracer study form to the faculty. In defining requirements and analyzing and designing systems in order to achieve this, data collection methods are needed by means of literature study, observation, interviews, design, and testing. The result of writing this thesis will be the construction of a web-based tracer study information system which is expected to be able to experience the existing problems. The tracer study information system proposed for filling out the tracer study form has been systemized and can be directly received by students when the campus makes a filling schedule and makes it easier for students to fill in without having to take the tracer study form to campus, so that faculty can quickly receive tracer study forms that have been submitted. filled in by students. The Tracer Study Information System is expected to minimize the possibility of errors in making the results of the tracer study survey that has been carried out by the faculty

Abstract

Migrant CARE merupakan organisasi masyarakat sipil di Indonesia yang memiliki fokus pada advokasi untuk isu Pekerja Migran Indonesia. Divisi bantuan hukum Migrant CARE memberikan layanan akses bantuan hukum struktural, pendampingan, penanganan, konseling, dan advokasi hak-hak pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) dan anggota keluarga yang menjadi korban diskriminasi, perdagangan manusia, kekerasan berbasis gender, dan bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran HAM. Layanan pengaduan dapat diakses melalui dengan cara: datang langsung ke kantor Migrant CARE, telepon, sms, e-mail, dan media sosial. Namun untuk membuat form pengaduan, perekapan data, atapun update perkembangan kasus masih manual. Tidak adanya database yang tersentralisasi menyebabkan monitoring kasus tidak berjalan dengan baik maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi pengaduan kasus Pekerja Migran Indonesia di Divisi Bantuan Hukum Migrant CARE. Dari analisa sistem berjalan terdapat lima proses yaitu: pengaduan, pembutan data dan kronologi kasus, merekap data dan kronologi kasus, update perkembangan kasus, dan laporan. Pada proses bisnis usulan menambahkan proses registrasi user, namun menghilangkan proses pengaduan dan merekap data, sehingga pengadu langsung melakukan pembuatan data dan kronologi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu membuat aplikasi sistem informasi pengaduan kasus Pekerja Migran Indonesia di Divisi Bantuan Hukum Migrant CARE berbasis web dengan menggunakan django framework dan dengan database yang tersentralisasi

Abstract

The Public Facilities and Infrastructure Handling Officer (PPSU) is one of the jobs given the responsibility to repair public facilities and infrastructure in the DKI Jakarta area. At present the data storage process for PPSU officers in determining work placement areas is still being carried out using paper media and other supporting equipment, so that in the current process errors often occur in the placement of PPSU officers' work areas. Based on these problems, this study discusses the Human Resources Management Information System for PPSU Officers. The system design method in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method and the analysis method uses the waterfall method equipped with the PHP programming language and the use of the MySQL database.
