Abstract

PT. Universal Carpet and Rugs is a company engaged in the carpet textile industry. This company carries out quite a lot of transactions involving petty cash in its company activities and until now the process of managing petty cash is still carried out manually by the finance department by recording every petty cash transaction which causes frequent data loss or human errors which can cause losses. on the company. From the description of the problems that occurred, a Web-Based Petty Cash Management Information System was designed and built at PT. Universal Carpet and Rugs with a proposed budget request process, budget realization process and budget realization data collection process added from an analysis of the system that is already running and is expected to be able solve existing problems. The methods used in completing this final project are observation methods, interview methods, and literature study methods. While the system modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using the PHP programming language, while the software / tools used are MySQL as the database. This Petty Cash Information System can be a solution that can be used to work on the cash management process that runs at PT. Universal Carpet and Rugs.

Abstract

Putra Jaya Teknik perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa service Air Conditioner. CV. Putra Jaya Teknik berkomitmen akan terus berupaya memperbarui sistem kerja, manajemen, serta terus berinovasi untuk memberikan pelayanan semaksimal mungkin agar pelanggan merasa nyaman ketika menggunakan jasa kami. CV. Putra Jaya Teknik berada di depok tepatnya di Jl. Kemang Raya No.66 B, Sukmajaya, Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi yaitu customer harus datang ke lokasi untuk memesan teknisi atau service AC, bagaimana menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi pelayanan service AC pada CV. Putra Jaya Teknik, bagaimana mengimplementasikan sistem tersebut, bagaimana menguji dengan metode black box dari permasalahan yang ada maka dirancang dan dibangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Service AC Berbasis Web pada CV. Putra Jaya Teknik yang diharapkan dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut. Dalam mendefinisikan kebutuhan dan analisa pengembangan sistem dilakukan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan pengkajian pustaka dari berbagai sumber informasi. Untuk metode analisa dan perancangannya menggunakan Unifield Modelling Language (UML). Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Service AC menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Abstract

Cargo delivery is an integral part of logistics operations, where monitoring plays a crucial role. Manual approaches in monitoring increase the risk of human error and prolong the process duration. Major issues frequently encountered in cargo delivery, such as damages, losses, and bus travel delays, can be addressed through the implementation of monitoring systems. Damages and losses during cargo transportation, coupled with significant bus travel delays, stem from finalizing cargo delivery data after passenger check-in. This research aims to identify the root causes of these three issues and offer solution recommendations to enhance the reliability of the cargo delivery process. The research methodology includes analysis of historical delivery data, interviews with operational crews, and the development of a web-based information system for more structured monitoring processes. Research findings indicate that discrepancies between delivery schedules and inconsistent monitoring are primary factors contributing to damages, losses, and delays. Recommended solutions involve implementing real-time tracking systems and providing training to enhance awareness of swift and accurate delivery procedures. In conclusion, understanding the challenges encountered in cargo delivery can contribute to developing better service solutions, thereby improving overall logistics efficiency within DAMRI logistics.

Abstract

In the world of work, competition certainly exists. Especially in the selection of the location of the business being run. The better the location of the place of business, of course, the more competition. In this study, we will discuss the selection of a strategic and appropriate business location. The location of the business greatly affects the development of the business being run, many businesses do not develop (loss) so they have to stop their business because the location of the business is far from residential areas, the location is narrow and so on. To avoid this, we need a system that can solve the problem which is called a decision support system. Decision support system is a structured system in making effective business location selection decisions using methods such as WASPAS, SPI, TOPSIS, WP, SAW, MOORA, MOOSRA, EDAS and many others. The selection of business locations used the MOOSRA and MOORA methods. Both methods are very simple and easy to understand with the assessment based on the criteria used, namely Number of Competitors, Crowd Center, Location Size, Place Rent Price and Location Cleanliness. The results obtained after applying the two methods in the selection of business locations, namely the highest alternative or the first rank is Alternative A1 with a reference value of 0.564

Abstract

The rapid development of social media has completely changed consumer behavior and also the Internet. Marketing strategies that can reach consumers through Internet usage channels, mobile devices, search engines and social media within the broadband Internet corridor are very much needed by business people. This marketing strategy is called Digital Marketing. Apart from Digital Marketing strategies that business people need to create in the 21st century. Business activities which currently coincide with the rapid development of technology must be able to compete in order to survive by utilizing marketing strategies to follow technological developments to be able to reach the target market so as to increase sales. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) business people have used Digital Marketing technology independently during Covid-19, via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. In this regard, the people of the village of Gunung Sari, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency needs additional Digital Marketing knowledge so that the business activities carried out can continue and get additional funds to help the family economy. In particular, Digital Marketing is digital literacy which is needed to increase the knowledge and abilities of village communities in reducing the negative impacts of digitalization and creating business opportunities utilizing digital platforms. Because the village of Gunung Sari, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency needs to be equipped with Digital Marketing skills as a form of digital literacy. The Faculty of Computer Science, Department of Information Systems, Bung Karno University carries out a community service program by sharing knowledge and providing community outreach, especially the community in Gunung Sari Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana is a retail company specializing in the sale of fashion products, such as clothing and accessories. The company emphasizes the importance of customer trust and satisfaction to meet their needs and enhance the company's economic performance. Currently, PT. Delamibrands Kharisma Busana employs traditional sales methods, requiring customers to visit physical stores in malls to shop. This can lead to uncertainty regarding product availability, potentially diminishing customer loyalty. Additionally, the company faces challenges in expanding its product marketing reach to various regions, both within and outside the city. Therefore, an e-commerce information system has been developed to address these issues. This information system uses the PHP programming language, MySQL database, UML modeling, and the Waterfall method as the SDLC methodology.

Abstract

PT Unity Corporation, operating in the fields of health insurance, life insurance, education insurance, and other types of insurance in South Jakarta, faces issues with insurance registration that still relies on paper forms. These paper forms are susceptible to damage such as tearing or wetting during transport from the applicant's home to the company's office, as well as the risk of loss by agents. This research aims to design and develop a web-based insurance application system to address these issues. The development method used is Waterfall, with MySQL for data management, and testing is conducted using the Black Box method to ensure system functionality. The outcome of this research is a user interface (UI) and application prototype that has been tested and shows favorable results. It is expected that this system will enhance the efficiency of the insurance registration process, reduce the risk of loss or damage to documents, and provide significant benefits to both the company and its customers.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the most important assets owned by companies in their efforts to maintain survival, develop, ability to compete and earn profits. The selection of the best teachers will produce valid and useful information for employee administrative decisions such as promotions, training, transfers including reward systems and other decisions. Decision Support System is a computerized system and is designed to increase the effectiveness in decision making to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems so that the decision making process can be of higher quality. This application that will be made is an application that is guided by the MOORA method. The calculation results using the MOORA method revealed that alternative A5 shows the best performance with a score of 1.246, while alternative A9 occupies the lowest position with a score of 0.546.

Abstract

This research explores how technology has changed teaching methods in the classroom through a blended learning approach. The research method used in this study is literature studies, which look for references appropriate to the research context. The study's findings suggest that technology can increase student engagement, facilitate access to a wider range of learning activities, and improve learning outcomes through more interactive and flexible methods. When strategically integrated into the learning process, technology improves teaching efficiency and prepares students with the skills needed for the digital age. The implications of these findings are important for education stakeholders in designing and implementing teaching practices that harness the potential of technology to improve the learning process in the classroom. Further research is suggested to conduct empirical studies involving experiments in real classrooms to measure the direct impact of technology and blended learning approaches on student engagement and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Coronary artery disease is one of the diseases that often attacks humans. The cause of this disease is due to narrowing or blockage of the coronary blood vessels that supply blood to the heart. The diagnosis of coronary artery disease by medical personnel has so far been constrained by the limited number of doctors, in terms of the number of doctors and time, because the number of specialist doctors is limited. The limited number of doctors causes several difficulties for medical personnel who diagnose the patient's disease and over time can become a serious problem. Information technology that can help medical personnel is by applying data mining techniques which are techniques to help diagnose coronary artery disease. Data mining can identify patterns or relationships between disease symptoms and diagnostic results, so that patients with a high risk of developing the disease can be identified. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is one of the algorithms of the Data Mining classification technique, which is based on Bayes' theorem. The C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms of the Data Mining classification technique, which uses decision trees in classifying data. Algorithm comparisons are carried out in order to obtain the appropriate or best algorithm for use in diagnosing a disease. The comparison process of the Naïve Bayes algorithm and the C.45 algorithm in diagnosing coronary artery disease, obtained the best algorithm results based on the largest percentage value, namely the C4.5 algorithm, with a value of 46.9%.
