Abstract

Determining the best motorcycle salesperson is an important aspect in improving sales performance and motivation in automotive companies. This process must be carried out objectively by considering various criteria, such as performance achievement, discipline, teamwork, communication skills and responsibility. However, decision making is often complex because it involves many factors and varying criteria. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed that is able to process and analyze data effectively. This study aims to analyze the comparison of two multi-criteria methods, namely Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), in determining the best motorcycle salesperson. Both methods use Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting to give weight to the assessment criteria. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that both methods provide consistent results, although there are differences in the final ranking. The results of the study indicate that the WASPAS and TOPSIS methods are equally effective in determining the best alternative, with differences in the order of priorities that can be used as further consideration by decision makers. The results of the two methods show that the alternative with the highest performance according to both methods is Febriansyah, who is in first place both in the TOPSIS method with a value of 0.796 and in the WASPAS method with a value of 0.810.

Abstract

Perawatan fasilitas umum di lingkungan rumah susun merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi warga. Namun, di Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara, masih terdapat berbagai kendala dalam proses pemeliharaan fasilitas, seperti kurangnya sistem pengelolaan yang terintegrasi dan transparansi dalam pelaporan kerusakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pemeliharaan fasilitas di rumah susun. Warga merasa lebih mudah dalam melaporkan masalah dan mendapatkan informasi terkini mengenai status perbaikan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam pengelolaan pemeliharaan fasilitas di Rumah Susun Penjaringan Jakarta Utara.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan, termasuk dalam industri bengkel motor. Bengkel Motor Hidup Baru selama ini menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data perbaikan kendaraan, yang cenderung tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengimplementasikan rancangan sistem informasi perbaikan kendaraan berbasis web yang dapat digunakan oleh Bengkel Motor Hidup Baru. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dirancang untuk mempermudah proses manajemen data perbaikan kendaraan, mulai dari pencatatan keluhan pelanggan, status perbaikan, hingga laporan pekerjaan selesai. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian.

Abstract

Sebagai BUMN yang bergerak di sektor layanan pos, PT. Pos Indonesia, Khususnya Kantor Cabang Utama, telah menerapkan berbagai sistem informasi untuk mendukung kinerja karyawan di berbagai divisi. Perangkat teknologi informasi seperti laptop, printer, monitor, dan PC menjadi kebutuhan esensial bagi para karyawan. Untuk mengelola perangkat ini, Kantor Cabang Utama memiliki gudang penyimpanan untuk perangkat–perangkat ini, namun proses pendataan perangkat masih dilakukan secara manual dengan alat tulis sederhana. Kurangnya sistem terintegrasi menyebabkan kerusakan data dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dirancang dan dibuat sistem informasi inventory perangkat teknologi informasi (TI) berbasis web. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Unified Modelling Language (UML) dalam perancangannya, bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk membuat aplikasi, dan database MySQL untuk mengelola data perangkat. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan pendataan menjadi lebih akurat, pembuatan laporan menjadi lebih mudah, dan pengelolaan perangkat TI di Kantor Cabang Utama PT. Pos Indonesia menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

Students are a call to a student who has sat in college; there are many reasons why students decide to stop taking one-sidedly lectures which result in many losses that will be experienced by the campus, starting from reduced campus quantities and campus quality, adding to the accumulation of unclear student data and will cause and slow down the campus reporting performance. Hence, it is necessary to predict students who have the potential to stop studying unilaterally by looking at several criteria and digging up information on potential student data by applying data mining science and approaching one of the classification approach algorithms, namely the C4.5 algorithm; the results obtained from the study can see the predictive rule of students who have the potential to unilaterally quit college.

Abstract

Business in the culinary field is one type of business that will not die and be eroded by the times because as long as humans still need food, culinary business is the right business choice with large profits, but in a business in the culinary field there are still very many the business died because of several factors that were previously ignored by many groups such as non-strategic location, business location to market a product that is not strategic can cause 40% of failures in the culinary business will lead to bankruptcy. This is very unfortunate if from the start it was not anticipated by taking into account what criteria were appropriate in selecting locations in selecting locations not only based on rumors that the area was good for building a business in the culinary field, especially for a culinary company in opening new branches. A business can use a decision support system in analyzing and calculating the level of accuracy in selecting the desired location with the help of the Promethee II (Exprom II) extended method approach which is able to assess the criteria in building a culinary business appropriately and effectively.

This study looks at and measures the value of each sales criteria to find out the best sales in giving rewards and the selection process is carried out using an intelligence decision support system to get fair and more measurable results, in a decision support system a method approach is used to see performance. of each alternative value have. The method used in determining the best sales in this study uses the VIKOR method or the abbreviation of ViseKriterijumska Optimizajica I Kompromisno Resenje, this method measures the lowest value as a divided value in determining decision making.
