Abstract

Kinarya Desa Raharja (Tv Desa) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertelevisian. Tv Desa membuka saluran atau jaringan televisi yang berkonsentrasi memberikan solusi permasalahan pedesaan dengan materi siaran yang dibutuhkan, tidak sekedar mengikuti “kepentingan/pasar”. Dalam membuat permintaan jadwal, masih ada masalah dengan pengambilan satu hari atau bahkan lebih. Saat ini dalam proses permintaan jadwal masih terjadi misinformasi yang dapat menyebabkan perusahaan menutup kerjasama dengan mitra kerja. Dari gambaran permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang dan dibangun sistem informasi manajemen program event berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem informasi event management ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Dengan sistem manajemen program acara ini dapat membantu mitra dalam membuat permintaan jadwal dan membantu admin dalam proses pembuatan pola siaran (jadwal).

Abstract

PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia (Fujishopid) is a retail or retail company that concentrates or focuses on a category of electronic products such as cameras or other camera devices. Of course PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia prioritizes customer trust and satisfaction, to provide customer needs. At this time PT. Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia only uses customer complaints services in the form of notification reports via short messages or by telephone. The purpose of this research is to design an information system for the design and manufacture of a consumer complaint information system. The methods used are interview methods, observation methods and literature study methods. Design and manufacture of consumer complaints information system at PT. Web-based Tritunggal Makmur Indonesia uses a system modeling with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method using the Personal Home Page (PHP) programming language and My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as the database. The consumer complaint information system can be one solution to increase consumer confidence, and simplify the complaint or complaint process to make it easier, faster and timely. And also can help increase profits at PT. The Prosperous Trinity of Indonesia.

Abstract

PT. GMINDO TAPE INDUSTRI a company that provides self adhesive tape manufacturer which is commonly called duct tape or adhesive tape for all kinds packing needs, from clear and brown OPP Tape, self adhesive tape, to OPP Printing. And we also have other types of OPP Tape such as Masking Tape, Double Side Tissue Tape, Double Side Foam Tape, and also Cloth Tape. Supply chain management at PT. Gmindo Tape Industry has been going well enough to process the product to hand consumers, but in data management there are still many shortcomings so that in reporting sometimes there is data that is not appropriate and human errors often occur in the process data management. Supply chain management must run well for smooth flow the goods went well as well as in data management. From the existing problems, a supply information system was designed and built chain management that is expected to handle these problems. In define requirements and analyze system development by collecting method data by means of observation, interviews and literature review from various sources information. For the method of analysis and design using Unfield Modeling Languages ​​(UML).

Abstract

PT.Bahtera Noah Indonesia, which is desired by the company for workers, has a quality standard to measure work success. However, because the company is newly established and does not yet have an employee performance appraisal system, a web-based employee performance appraisal information system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the Prototyping model method which consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage. Using the PHP programming language in making and MySQL Server as the database. The result of the research is that the system that was running previously did not have storage in the form of a database, so that the data storage process became more difficult to search, so it was proposed to improve the current employee performance appraisal system. With the performance appraisal system at PT. Bahtera Noah Indonesia makes employee performance appraisals computerized.

Abstract

Law Office Artha Tama is a law office company that is engaged in civil matters, especially negotiating services for discounts on repayment and rescheduling to various banks. Law Office Artha Tama is supported by partner lawyers and legal consultants who are able to work together professionally as a provider of legal services to parties who need them. Artha Tama's Law Office has been in existence for 5 years and its legality has been registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenkumham) since November 14, 2019. Likewise, when the settlement activity was carried out, it had not been stored properly because there was no direct activity record. connected with clients from the settlement department, this results in the absence of a complete report at the time of monitoring or evaluation of repayment. From the description of the problems that occurred, it designed and built a Web-based Client Credit Card and KTA Payment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office which is expected to solve the existing problems. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). The Web-Based Client Credit Card and KTA Repayment Information System at the Artha Tama Law Office uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database. The method used in designing this information system is the System Development Life Cycle (DDLC) method.

Abstract

The BMKG's Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub Division has one of the tasks of preparing and providing spare parts for climatological equipment. The management of these spare parts is to meet the demand for replacement of climatological equipment spare parts in all regional task-implementing units including the AWS, AAWS and ARG spare parts. In managing spare parts for climatological equipment, there are several obstacles, including the absence of a system that helps in the spare parts management process . Errors in managing spare parts data often occur . The number of spare parts is increasing but the number of staff is limited, making handover minutes is still slow. and not yet computerized properly. There is no database system that can assist staff in managing, monitoring and making reports on the handover of climatology equipment . The purpose of this research is to design and create an information system for managing spare parts in the Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub-Sector. From the analysis of the current system, there are four processes: incoming spare parts, demand for spare parts and outgoing spare parts and updating of spare parts stock. In the business process, the proposed input data is replaced with an incoming spare parts for, a spare parts request form, an outgoing spare parts form, but the spare parts stock update is omitted because the data has been updated automatically. The results of this study are to create an application of spare parts management information systems in the Instrumentation and Climatology Equipment Engineering Sub-Sector using the PHP programming language and stored in the mysql database so that it can produce real-time spare parts management, can monitor the availability of spare parts, present statistical data spare parts, and can produce minutes of the handover of climatological equipment spare parts.

Abstract

PT. Sentra Support Service is a company engaged in cleaning services and gardening services for office buildings, factories and malls. Of course, PT. The Support Service Center also provides trained workforce supported by quality equipment and equipment for positions such as administrative staff, production operators, security, tellers and other trained personnel according to the needs of service users. The problem that occurs in this case when the cleaner makes daily activity reports is still done manually, namely by writing activity reports that have been done in a notebook or paper. At this time, the workforce at PT. Sentra Support Service still uses logbooks or notebooks in writing daily activity reports. This is not very effective because the cleaners have to take turns writing their reports in one book and it is very impractical because the reports that are written have to wait in a queue, which takes time. For the method of analysis and design, they used Unified Modeling Language (UML). Housekeeping Information System at PT. The Web-Based Support Service Center uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database. With this housekeeping information system, it can help companies with cleaning services.

Abstract

Air pressure measuring instrument with arduino microcontroller-based air pressure sensor uses c++ programming language. This research aims to be used by the general public to determine the air pressure on vehicle tires and provide early warning of air pressure conditions in tires, because many people who use motor vehicles often experience problems or accidents due to air pressure that is not in accordance with safety standards. Mpx5700AP sensor circuit connected to arduino uno, required a call library that serves to add program functions displaying characters on mpx5700AP. Then the MPX5700AP sensor is given air pressure by entering air through a straw or hose. After the air enters, the arduino will process and will be displayed by the LCD. If the air pressure exceeds 120kPa, the arduino activates the Buzzer.

Abstract

Menteng Mitra Afia Hospital is known as a specialist hospital for neurology and psychiatry. Over time, following the development and needs of its customers, then turning itself into a general hospital. In the process of recording medical records, Menteng Mitra Afia General Hospital still uses the conventional method by recording data (patient data, doctor data, nurse data, and room data) through book media which is still difficult for hospital staff. Likewise, the outpatient registration process for patients is always crowded and overcrowded just to register at the polyclinic. Applications made using the PHP programming language and Native Hybrid with My Sql database and using the CSS framework. The system is designed using a database, is expected to help and facilitate the process of inputting medical record data, so that it can provide solutions to the outpatient medical record process and can provide convenience in the reporting process so as to support the provision of fast and accurate information and data can be stored safely.

Abstract

CV. Wahana Baru is engaged in the distribution of spare parts specifically for two-wheeled vehicles. Wahana Baru has been established since 18 years ago or more precisely on March 29, 2003 with a name that has never changed, namely Wahana Baru. The business world that is lived in this modern era is very dependent on computerization which is growing and becomes a supporter in various activities within the company or organization. In distribution activities, a motorcycle spare part distribution system application is needed to make it easier for customers to order spare parts on CV. Wahana Baru to support activities is becoming more developed. To realize a motorcycle spare part distribution information system, a web-based motorcycle spare parts distribution information system application was designed at CV. New Rides. In defining requirements and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and literature review from various sources of information. For the method of analysis and design using Unifield Modeling language (UML). The Motor Parts Distribution Information System uses the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and MySQL as its database. With the Motorcycle Spare Parts Distribution Information System, the processes involved in the distribution of motorcycle spare parts are easier to use, accurate, and integrated.
