Abstract

The Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is responsible for implementing and overseeing domestic affairs within the government to assist the President in governing the country in the social sector and is accountable for the distribution of social assistance in Indonesia. The process of data collection, identification, monitoring, as well as limitations in accessibility and information is so challenging that it causes many citizens to be unaware of information regarding social assistance. The data collection methods used in this research are Observation Method, Interview Method, and Literature Study Method. This research also includes system modeling using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method as well as PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as the programming language and MySQL as the Database used for the development of the "Web-Based Social Assistance Recipient Information System At The Ministry Of Social Affairs Of The Republic Of Indonesia" at the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia..

Abstract

The current advancement of information technology significantly supports the optimization of law enforcement performance. The aim of this research is to design and develop a web-based criminal information system for the Criminal Investigation Unit (Reskrim) at the XYZ Metropolitan Police Station. This system is intended to facilitate the management of criminal case data, from reporting and recording to monitoring the progress of cases in a more effective and efficient manner. The system design is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method to model the system's requirements and interactions, including Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and class diagrams. The implementation of this web-based system enables authorized users to access real-time data and provides integrated reporting features to support the investigation process. With the existence of this system, it is expected that the performance of the XYZ Metropolitan Police Station's Criminal Investigation Unit can be more optimal in carrying out law enforcement duties.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are activities held outside class hours listed in the student activity program structure. Foundation Vocational School Jakarta Community College (SMK YAPERMAS) is one of the educational institutions under the care of the Community College Foundation operating in the field of education. Currently managing extracurricular data and registration of students taking part in extracurricular activities is still being carried out manually or not yet systematized, namely recording and registering students who take part in extracurricular activities still use paper forms where there is no complete information regarding extracurricular activities. Not yet available means of managing extracurricular activities at school because they are lacking in depth utilize information technology. The aim of this research is design build a website information system to support activity management extracurricular at YAPERMAS Vocational School by utilizing the application database based. Laravel was chosen to build this application It is hoped that this will make extracurricular registration and management easier extracurricular so that it is faster and more accurate.

Abstract

The current development of information systems and information technology has led to the creation of technological tools that can assist in completing tasks more easily. As a result, many companies now utilize technology to facilitate their operations, such as in managing inventory documents. The purpose of developing this web-based document management information system is to provide convenience for companies in the process of data collection, document storage, inventory calculation, and report generation. Based on the research and discussion, the implementation of this web-based document management system ensures that sales transactions, stock calculations, and report generation are systematically organized, leading to better storage and organization of sales data.

Abstract

BKKBN focuses on population planning and management in order to achieve a better quality of life for the people of Indonesia. This research aims to design and implement a web-based employee performance appraisal information system at the East Jakarta National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN). This system is developed to facilitate the process of employee performance appraisal more efficiently, transparently, and accurately. The main features of this system include managing employee data, performance appraisal forms, processing appraisal results, and reporting and analyzing performance. The system design uses the waterfall software development method, starting from requirements analysis, system design, implementation, to the testing stage. The system is designed to be accessible by management and employees through a user-friendly web interface, thus facilitating the periodic performance evaluation process. The implementation results show that this system succeeds in improving accuracy and efficiency in the performance appraisal process, as well as providing data that is more structured and easily accessible by related parties.

Abstract

E-learning is teaching and learning that is supported and developed through technology and digital media, and is also a form of distance learning concept. Humble Pensacola Christian School is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of the ministry of religion engaged in education. Currently, the learning method at Humble Pensacola Christian School is still the same as other schools, namely by conducting learning between students and teachers in the classroom such as providing teaching materials, practicing questions, discussions, and giving school assignments. If the meeting between students and teachers does not occur, then the learning process cannot be carried out. This greatly impacts the lack of student understanding of the subject matter. The methods used in this research are observation, interview, literature study, design and testing methods. Then in this research there is also system modeling with UML (Unifield Modeling Language) method as well as PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a DBMS used for the development of “Web-based E-Learning at Humble Pensacola Christian School North Jakarta”.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan sistem informasi absensi yang efektif dan terintegrasi semakin krusial dalam mendukung kinerja manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada perusahaan penyedia jasa outsourcing. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas peserta dalam melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi absensi di PT Karya Mitra Insani. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemetaan proses absensi menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) serta desain basis data melalui Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Selain itu, peserta dilatih untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam sistem absensi manual yang berjalan, serta merancang solusi berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi operasional. Metode pelatihan melibatkan pendekatan praktis melalui studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, serta simulasi pembuatan DFD dan ERD untuk sistem absensi karyawan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tes pemahaman dan analisis hasil kerja peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep sistem informasi, keterampilan dalam menyusun DFD dan ERD yang sesuai standar, serta kesiapan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem absensi digital yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi dengan sistem penggajian perusahaan. Temuan ini mempertegas pentingnya pelatihan berbasis praktik dalam memperkuat kompetensi teknis analisis sistem di lingkungan bisnis modern.

Abstract

PT Kemuning Mitra Persada is a company engaged in daily savings and loan cooperatives with many branches across Java and Sumatra. The recruitment and human resource management processes are still manual, leading to inefficiencies and data errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based HR management information system to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment, performance management, and payroll processes. The research employs observation, interviews, literature study, and system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The system is tested using the Black Box Testing method. Results indicate that the system accelerates administrative processes, reduces data errors, and improves the accuracy of HR management reports.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kelangsungan bisnis, tetapi juga rentan terhadap risiko bencana yang dapat mengganggu operasional perusahaan. Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) menjadi strategi esensial bagi perusahaan untuk memitigasi risiko bencana yang dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan sistem, peretasan, bencana alam, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang DRP pada perusahaan baja ringan menggunakan metode NIST SP 800-34, sebuah kerangka kerja yang menyediakan panduan sistematis dalam menyusun rencana pemulihan bencana.  Data diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi di perusahaan.  Proses bisnis utama yang diprioritaskan dalam perancangan ini meliputi layanan akses internet dan layanan software, karena keduanya berdampak signifikan pada operasional sehari-hari. Tanggung jawab penanganan darurat dibagi antara divisi General Affair, yang mengelola bangunan dan operasional, serta floor warden. Hasil perancangan ini memberikan pedoman pencegahan dan pemulihan yang terintegrasi, bertujuan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proses bisnis meskipun terjadi gangguan. Penerapan DRP yang efektif, perusahaan baja ringan dapat meminimalkan dampak negatif dari bencana dan mempertahankan stabilitas operasional jangka panjang. Manfaat spesifik NIST SP 800-34 buat perusahaan yaitu bukan hanya sekadar panduan teknis, tetapi juga alat strategis yang membantu mengamankan sistem, mengurangi risiko finansial, memastikan kepatuhan regulasi, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan bisnis.

Abstract

PT Berkat Audio Perkasa Jaya is a company engaged in car audio installation services. The administrative process is still done manually, including customer registration, scheduling, and financial reporting, causing delays and data errors. Therefore, this study aims to design a website-based information system to manage car audio service administration. The methods used include observation, interviews, and literature review. The system is designed using UML modeling and developed using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the developed system can automate administrative processes, increase efficiency, and support real-time decision-making.
