Abstract

This research investigates the extent to which Product Quality Image (X1) and Price Perception (X2) shape Indonesian consumers’ decisions to purchase ANTAM gold (Y), while also assessing the mediating contribution of Green Consumer Behaviour (Z). Data were gathered through a quantitative survey of 204 individuals who had previously bought ANTAM gold, using a five-point Likert-scale instrument. The hypothesized relationships were tested with PLS-SEM supported by bootstrapping procedures. The results indicate that a stronger quality image and a more favorable perception of price both increase the likelihood of purchase. In addition, Green Consumer Behaviour contributes directly to purchase decisions and functions as a meaningful partial mediator, suggesting that environmentally oriented values reinforce—rather than substitute—the influence of quality and price evaluation in this context. From a managerial perspective, the findings imply that ANTAM can strengthen consumer decisions by maintaining clear and price fairness while communicating sustainability commitments in ways that align with the expectations of green-minded consumers.

Abstract

Teacher performance in Islamic schools is shaped not only by institutional resources but also by the values through which teachers interpret their work. Prior studies have generally examined organizational support or Islamic work ethic separately, frequently in corporate settings, leaving limited evidence on their simultaneous direct and satisfaction-mediated effects among public Islamic-school teachers. This study examines the effects of organizational support and Islamic work ethic on teacher performance through job satisfaction. A quantitative associative design was applied to 119 teachers at public Islamic junior high schools in Serang City, Indonesia, using a total sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaire in May 2026 were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Organizational support, Islamic work ethic, and job satisfaction positively affected teacher performance (β=0.302, 0.408, and 0.239; p<0.05). Organizational support and Islamic work ethic also increased job satisfaction (β=0.510 and 0.410; p<0.001). Job satisfaction partially mediated both the organizational support–performance (β=0.122; p=0.019) and Islamic work ethic–performance (β=0.098; p=0.035) relationships. The novelty lies in demonstrating a dual-source mechanism: organizational support primarily strengthens satisfaction, whereas Islamic work ethic provides the strongest direct performance stimulus, with satisfaction transmitting part of both effects in a public madrasah context.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Flexible Working Arrangements and Digital Fatigue on Employee Engagement, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees in a public financial institution. A quantitative approach was employed using data collected through questionnaires from 182 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that Flexible Working Arrangements positively affect Employee Engagement and Job Satisfaction, whereas Digital Fatigue negatively affects both variables. Job Satisfaction positively affects Employee Engagement and partially mediates the effects of Flexible Working Arrangements and Digital Fatigue on Employee Engagement. These findings emphasize the importance of providing appropriate work flexibility while controlling digital demands to enhance employees’ satisfaction and engagement. The study also supports Social Exchange Theory by demonstrating that positive organizational practices encourage favorable employee responses, whereas excessive digital demands may weaken them.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of digital literacy and training on employee performance, mediated by learning agility, among engineers at PT Kubayan Lestari Jaya, an Indonesian information and communication technology company. Rapid digital transformation requires technical employees to continuously upgrade both digital competence and hands-on technical skill, yet a preliminary survey revealed uneven mastery of core engineering tasks among staff and mixed evidence from prior studies regarding the role of digital literacy and training. This research tests seven hypotheses linking digital literacy, training, learning agility, and employee performance through a Resource-Based View lens. a quantitative survey was administered to 88 engineers using total sampling, and data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4. Findings and digital literacy and training each significantly and positively affect employee performance and learning agility; learning agility significantly improves performance and partially mediates the effects of digital literacy and training on performance. Strengthening digital competence and structured, coaching-supported training, combined with deliberate development of learning agility, is recommended to sustainably improve employee performance in technology-based organizations.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of career development and transformational leadership on employee sustainable performance moderated by perceived organizational support at the Secretariat of the Presidential Advisory Council Jakarta. Employee sustainable performance represents employees' specific efforts for continuous personal and organizational growth, which is crucial for achieving long-term strategic objectives in public sector organizations. Using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with 113 respondents representing the entire employee population, this research employs a quantitative causal approach to examine the complex relationships between variables. The findings reveal that career development significantly contributes 34.0% to sustainable performance enhancement, with performance quality improvement through self-discipline as the dominant dimension. Transformational leadership contributes 30.5% to sustainable performance, with individual consideration as the strongest dimension reflecting leaders' care and support for employees. Perceived organizational support demonstrates a positive influence of 21.6%, where organizational recognition of employee contributions serves as the primary motivational indicator. The moderation analysis unveils intriguing dynamics where perceived organizational support plays a dual role in strengthening or weakening inter-variable relationships, creating a negative moderation on career development but positive moderation on transformational leadership, suggesting that excessive support may create dependency that hinders autonomous development initiatives while optimal support enhances inspirational leadership effectiveness.
