Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum (MC) is a program launched by the Indonesian government to enhance the quality of education at all levels. Despite the MC providing flexibility and facilitation for deep learning focused on character development, the utilization of Augmented Reality (AR) in education remains limited in Indonesian schools. Therefore, this research aims to address the research gap and offer research novelty by developing an innovative AR-based spatial geometry instructional media. This study adopts the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) methodological approach and involves four experts, including two media experts and two subject matter experts, for the feasibility assessment. Additionally, 25 fifth-grade students from SDN 2 Sandubaya serve as respondents in this research. The findings reveal that the developed instructional media has received high feasibility ratings from media experts (87%) and subject matter experts (84%). Moreover, users' responses towards the application yielded a positive rating of 99%. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the field of AR-based instructional media development by addressing the research gap concerning the utilization of AR in spatial geometry education within Indonesian schools. Furthermore, this study offers novelty by introducing an innovative approach to instructional media development, garnering positive user outcomes. The developed instructional media can serve as an effective and engaging resource for spatial geometry education for fifth-grade students

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology, along with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0, has significantly impacted all aspects of life, including education. In response to these developments, the Ministry of Education and Culture has strengthened the teaching of informatics in the latest curriculum, "Independent Learning." However, many schools are not adequately prepared to handle informatics subjects due to a lack of competent teachers. Therefore, the educational informatics program has the opportunity to engage in community engagement by providing training and assistance related to informatics subjects to students in vocational high schools (SMK). This engagement involves the participation of educational informatics lecturers and several students. The program consists of 3 to 4 sessions with students from grade XII at SMK Qurrota A’yun Joben. The training covers fundamental networking, resource sharing, connectivity, and communication aspects, followed by the creation of school profile videos. Participants are instructed in techniques for capturing footage, video editing, and multimedia design using various applications. The posttest results reveal a significant improvement in participants' skills in graphic design (85%), scenario creation (93%), video capturing techniques (86%), and video editing (96%). This engagement offers SMK Qurrota A’yun the opportunity to promote their school through captivating profile videos, thus enhancing the interest of potential students' parents and facing competition in the age of social media. The training and assistance in school profile video creation effectively enhance participants' multimedia management skills and facilitate school promotion in a more compelling manner. Video profiling proves to be an efficient and effective medium for conveying information and promotions, especially in the current era of social media. Leveraging multimedia technology has become essential in fostering school competitiveness and harnessing the full potential of the community in the Society 5.0 era.

Abstract

The theatre is one of the performing arts fields that display human behavior on stage. Human life is represented through stories, dialogues, and the behavior of the characters. One of the styles in theatre art is object theatre. Object theatre involves manipulating objects to give life to the objects used so that there is a reciprocal play between the player and the object. Object theatre itself is still relatively new in Indonesia, aiming to introduce object theatre to the public. The target of this activity is Bermi Youth, Pancor Village aged 17-20 years. Teenagers can become a faster medium for disseminating information to the next generation. The activity was held for four months with a total of 14 participants. The training methods used in this activity are workshops, training assistance, and performances at the Pengadangan Village hall, which was the earthquake's location in 2018. The activity results showed that the trainees were able to stage object theatre performances and control themselves during the show by not stealing the show.

Abstract

The Industrial 4.0 Era encourages educators to be able to apply information technology in the learning process. One application of technology in the learning process is the use of learning videos. Especially during the current Covid 19 pandemic that applies online learning, videos can be an alternative source for learning. However, in reality, many teachers in Indonesia cannot make learning videos. Online learning is currently mostly only in the form of providing material from textbooks, discussions via WA, visiting students' homes to give assignments, and so on, so it is not optimal. Therefore, this training activity aims to train teachers in making learning videos so that teachers have other alternatives as a source of student learning. This activity is in the form of training in making and editing videos using the Bandicam application, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, and the Kinemaster application. The results of this activity are participants/teachers for the Bandicam application with a 100% success rate, Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 100% success rate, Kinemaster the first stage success rate 70%, then the second stage 100%.

Abstract

Administrasi Jaringan merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang menjadi komponen penting dalam kurikulum pendidikan kejuruan, khususnya jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan. Mata pelajaran ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada siswa mengenai berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan administrasi dan manajemen jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan RT-RW Net menggunakan topologi Mesh-Wireless dengan model praktik dalam meningkatkan pemahaman 30 orang siswa SMKN 3 Selong jurusan TKJ dalam mata pelajaran Administrasi Jaringan dengan pembahasan DHCP Server, IP addressing, subnetting, dan topologi Mesh, menggunakan Mikrotik dan Winbox v.3. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan skala likert. Hasil menunjukkan 83,33% siswa menjawab “Sangat Mengerti” terhadap meteri yang diberikan dengan rata-rata skor mencapai 76,21 dari skor maksimum 90. Penerapan model RT-RW menggunakan topologi Mesh berbasis Wireless pada mata pelajaran administrasi jaringan dengan praktik langsung dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Sehingga sangat penting bagi guru dalam memastikan kesesuaian antara metode pengajaran dan teknologi yang digunakan untuk optimasi pembelajaran siswa

Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan era dimana perubahan semua sistem manual menjadi sistem digital. Teknologi memegang peranan penting dalam pembelajaran di era revolusi industri 4.0. Pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran yang mana tidak terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu selain itu juga pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan berbagai macam sistem teknologi dan informasi. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi dalam pembelajaran era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana tidak ada penilaian berbentuk angka sebagai tolak ukur kesuksesan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa pendidikan sosiologi Universitas Hamzanwadi. Hasil wawancara secara daring dengan beberapa mahasiswa sosiologi menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi di era revolusi industri 4.0 sangat penting dan memudahkan dalam menggali informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Teknologi dan informasi sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi sumber utama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Sebagian besar mahasiswa memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi adalah untuk komunikasi, hiburan dan pembelajaran. Dalam komunikasi mahasiswa dapat memanfaatkan berbagai aplikasi dalam menjalin komunikasi dengan orang lain.Untuk hiburan, mahasiswa biasanya menggunakan teknologi dan informasi untuk bermain berbagai macam game dan menonton youtobe yang mana didalamnya terdapat drama, kuliner, dan musik. Dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa dapat menggunakan berbagai aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan pembelajaran dan memeperluas pengetahuan.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 has impacted various aspects of life, including education. In response, the Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation Number 36 and 37 of 2018, reintegrated informatics subjects into the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. However, the readiness of schools to implement this curriculum remains a challenge, particularly due to the lack of competent teachers in informatics and limited facilities. This Community Service activity aims to enhance students' understanding and skills in basic computer networks through training and mentoring at MAN 1 Selong and SMK-Qurrota’ayun. The training involved lecturers and students from the Informatics Education Study Program and was conducted over three intensive sessions. The methods used included theoretical material delivery, practical simulations, and small group mentoring to ensure that each participant could understand and apply the given material. Pretest results indicated that the majority of participants had a low understanding of computer networks. However, after the training, there was a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills, as shown by the posttest results. The "very-understanding" level increased from 0% to 5%, "understanding" from 2% to 40%, while "less understanding" decreased from 11% to 45%, and "not understanding at all" from 87% to 10%. The conclusion from this activity is that hands-on training methods and intensive mentoring effectively enhance students' technical competencies in computer networks. This training model can serve as a reference for other skill development programs in the field of education

Abstract

This research aims to (1) produce Si Black-based learning media android (2) determines the level of appropriateness of learning media according to material experts, media experts, and users, (3) Efforts to improve the learning achievement of class VIII students on Asas Black. Implementation analysis research is collaborative research between quantitative research and product development. The initial product was validated by media experts and material experts and then revised. The next stage is user testing, and tested on 30 users from NWDI Middle School. Next, there was a summative test on 40 students at SMPN 3 Selong. Results research shows that (1) the Black product is very suitable for use in the physics learning process as proven by the average score by media experts of 93.5 and material experts of 91.25 in the "very good" category (2) the effectiveness of the product is proven through The increase in students' physics learning achievement reached an average pretest score in class VIIIa of 68.05 and VIIIb of 65.89 to a posttest of 83.05 and 81.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness and response of students to the Student Worksheet (LKPD) that was developed. The type of research is research and development with a "one group pretest-posttest design". Population in this research were class VIII students at SMP 3 Selong. The instruments used are interview sheets, observation sheets, product validation, student response questionnaire sheets, teacher response questionnaire sheets, learning device validation sheets, evaluation question sheets. The research results were analyzed using the method quantitative descriptive. The results of the analysis of pre-test and post-test evaluation questions increased, showing an average N-gain 0.70 with an average pre-test score of 23.97 and an average post-test score of 81.47. The t test results show that t calculated > t (0.05)(66), namely 30.40 > 1.66. This indicates that Problem Base Learning (PBL) based LKPD is effective in improving students' physics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The relativistic energy and wave function for the hyperbolic Manning Rosen potential with Coulomb-type tensor potential in the case of pseudospin symmetry are obtained from solving the Dirac equation using the Romanovski polynomial method. Using the appropriate wave function and variable substitution to reduce the second-order differential equation to a hypergeometric-type equation, the Dirac equation can be solved using Romanovski polynomials. The relativistic energy equation and weight function for Romanovski polynomials are produced by comparing the standard differential and hypergeometric type equations. Relativistic energy can be determined by employing numerical techniques and Matlab software to solve the relativistic energy equation. The weight function yields the relativistic wave function, which is then represented for the lower component of Dirac spin in the form of Romanovski polynomials
