This community service activity aims to improve the skills and competitiveness of community business groups in Batang Kuis Pekan Village in the fields of handicrafts, souvenirs, screen printing, and printing. The methods used include problem identification, program planning, activity implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The program includes design and production training, digital marketing, and business financial management. The results of the evaluation showed that more than 80% of the participants were able to apply the skills taught, including the use of digital technology for marketing and financial records. The assistance provided also helped participants overcome technical obstacles in production and business management. This activity was strengthened by a discussion session with STMIK lecturer Mulia Darma who emphasized the importance of collaboration between academics, the government, and the business community in building a sustainable business ecosystem. The recommendation for the formation of a local entrepreneurial community is expected to strengthen the network between business actors and support the sustainability of the program. Thus, this program has succeeded in providing real benefits for community business groups and can be used as a model for community-based economic development in other regions.

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang terintegrasi yang disiapkan untuk menangani keseluruhan proses manajemen Rumah Sakit, mulai dari pelayanan diagnosa dan tindakan untuk pasien, medical record, apotek, gudang farmasi, penagihan, database personalia, penggajian karyawan, proses akuntansi sampai dengan pengendalian oleh manajemen. Sistem Informasi Manajemen saat ini merupakan sumber daya utama, yang mempunyai nilai strategis dan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting sebagai daya saing serta kompetensi utama sebuah organisasi dalam menyongsong era informasi ini. Seiring dengan perjalanan kegiatan operasional rumah sakit, dijumpai banyak sekali kendala yang menimbulkan permasalahan yang mengganggu aktifitas sehari-hari. Karena sebagian aktifitas masih dilakukan secara manual, otomatis mempersulit dan memperlambat petugas rumah sakit untuk melayani pasien, baik yang ingin berobat, rawat inap, rawat jalan, instalasi gawat darurat, instalasi bedah, rekam medis, dan layanan-layanan lainnya yang diperuntukkan untuk masyarakat. Selain masalah tersebut, Rumah Sakit juga kesulitan dalam mengatur akuntansi keuangannya (menyiapkan laporan keuangan). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kami sebagai tim pengembang sistem informasi berbasis web menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah yang sudah disebutkan di atas. Solusi tersebut berupa Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan harapan dapat membantu dalam proses pengadministrasian aktifitas operasional rumah sakit dan pendokumentasian transaksi keuangannya.

This research aims to produce an optimal course schedule at STMIK Mulia Darma, with the aim of reducing the number of conflicting courses, equalizing the student burden, and maximizing the use of classrooms. The optimization process is carried out through determining the course schedule using a genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithms were chosen because of their ability to solve large-scale and complex problems, making them suitable for handling complex course scheduling problems that involve many variables and constraints. It is hoped that the results of this study will produce an optimal course schedule, taking into account course clashes, student loads, and classroom use efficiency. After research, the optimal course schedule was obtained.

AMIK IMELDA is one of the campuses that foster students at the diploma three or academic level with several majors and consistently serves students both in terms of teaching and administrative services, to ensure that the service process is well delivered to every important component in the institution in providing the best for students because students are part of the campus that cannot be separated from the activities in the AMIK IMELDA environment, but until now there has been no analysis process to ensure the level of service in the AMIK IMELDA environment. In measuring the level of academic service at Amik Imelda using the SERVQUAL approach where the process is used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions, in this case, students towards the services that have been received. with the hope of being accepted. The measurement of this method is by measuring the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that the value of the gap will be obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the service received and consumer expectations of the service to be received. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction with academic services by all academic communities in the AMIK IMELDA Medan environment with several assessment factors for services that refer to reliability, namely the ability to implement in a timely and reliable manner, responsive to the readiness of all environmental elements in providing service quickly and responsively, Assurance, namely the ability of staff to know the right service, quality of hospitality, attention and courtesy in providing services, skills in providing information, Emphaty, namely individual attention given to students by the Institution and the last is Tangible, covering appearance of physical facilities, such as the front office building, parking available, cleanliness, tidiness and comfort of the room, complete communication equipment and appearance. This type of research is product development by following the process of data collection, problem analysis, application of the chosen method and continued with application design up to the testing stage. The existence of the Employee Payroll Information System at the Manunggal Village Office provides convenience to its users. The procedure used is simpler so that the Payroll Information System at the Manunggal Village Head Office is more efficient and effective. Therefore, the author designed a Payroll Information System at the Manunggal Village Head Office using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 software and MY SQL as the database. This research is a research and development research with development and implementation methods. Data obtained through literature study and interviews. The system development method used is an output, process and data oriented methodology. The design of information systems is a context diagram, and data flow diagrams. By implementing the Payroll Information System at the Manunggal Village Head Office, it can make it easier when reporting and in making reports that are processed quickly and well. The application of the Payroll Information System at the Manunggal Village Head Office using Visual Basic 2010 can help performance in the Manunggal Village Head Office.

Advances in information technology at this time have an important role in helping human activities or work. The role of information technology is very influential in various aspects of life, both for individuals and organizations / agencies. Many organizations or agencies have utilized information technology to provide services for their business activities. However, not all business organizations have utilized the use of information systems and technology as a supporting medium for their business activities. One of them is in the field of hospitality. Hotel Deli Indah is one of the hotels located in Deli Serdang district. This hotel information is needed by the community as a place that provides several things. Such as lodging, food and drinks. However, with the website of parties who need information about the hotel, simply open the hotel website that is online and real time. To overcome these problems, we offer solutions to overcome various problems mentioned above. The solution is in the form of a Web-Based Hospitality Information System Training Application. This system was developed with the hope that it can help the hotel in terms of updating information will be easier to do where later the school information system can run faster than the current system and of course to parties who need information can directly search for hotel information by directly opening the hotel website. The objectives of PKM in general are: Can help the community in general, to disseminate information quickly, efficiently and effectively. Along with the development of Information Technology, the website no longer just offers product value, but goes to the back office system (management of office systems / agencies / schools) online and real time. The purpose of the Web-Based Hospitality Information System Training Application is to assist hotels in the process of public information services, thus providing support for better school data processing. Target to be achieved: Providing updated information media services through internet media to the wider community about Hotel Deli Indah.

The community service program entitled "Digitalization of MSMEs: Helping Small Businesses Use Technology" aims to increase the capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing digital technology to optimize operations and expand their market reach. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in adopting digital technology due to limited knowledge and resources. The program involves intensive training and hands-on mentoring on the use of digital technology, including online marketing tools, inventory management systems, and e-commerce platforms. The methods used include practical training sessions, workshops and individual mentoring. Evaluations show that participants experienced significant improvements in their technology understanding, digital skills and business performance. The program recommends the need for continued support and better access to technological resources to ensure the success and sustainability of MSME digitalization in the future.

Efficient data storage and transmission have become of utmost importance in today's digital era. File compression processes are crucial to addressing this issue. The purpose of this study is to examine and compare the use of the Arithmetic Coding Method and the LZW Method in file compression. Both of these methods are known for their excellent compression capabilities, but there has been limited research comparing them in the context of real-world use. This research employed a range of files, including text, photos, and recordings, to test both approaches. Results indicate that the arithmetic coding method typically offers a slightly better compression ratio compared to the LZW method. However, LZW provides faster compression and decompression speeds, making it more suitable for real-time applications or where response time is critical. Nonetheless, the choice between these two methods largely depends on the specific needs of a given application. For purposes requiring the highest compression ratio, the arithmetic coding method might be more appropriate. however, the LZW method might be more suitable for purposes demanding quick compression and decompression. In summary, both the arithmetic coding and LZW methods have their own strengths and weaknesses. A thorough understanding of the features and requirements of the file to be compressed is vital for choosing the most fitting method. the LZW method might be more suitable for purposes demanding quick compression and decompression.
