Abstract

In this research, the research is used to analyze the factors that influence the demand for interest in purchasing skin care products. In this research aims to find out what factors determine consumers,especially among students in buying skin care products, so that later it can be used as a reference by manufacturers to meet what consumers are interested in buying skin care products. The independent variables as analyzers used in this research are namely price, product quality, and product knowledge, while the dependent variable is purchasing intention. In this research using a sample of students an from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Surabaya. Sampling using purposive sampling strategy and data assortment is finished online by disseminating surveys. Statistical methods used in this research is logistic regression analysis. In this research, the results are part of the independent variables, namely product quality variable and product knowledge variables have a significant influence on interest in purchasing skin care, and some of the independent variables, namely the price variable does not have a significant effect on purchase intention of skin care. While the variable that has the strongest and most dominant influence in this research is the product knowledge variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bagaiamana sektor pertanian mempengaruhi kemiskinan di kabupaten tulungagung selama pandemi covid-19. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Menggunakan data sekunder dari badan pusat statistik serta jurnal sebagai pendukung penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS, dan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menarik kesimpulan berdasarkan uji parsial, sektor pertanian (X) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan (Y). Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji simultan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 8.428. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel sektor pertanian (X) berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan (Y). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk bisa mengembangkannya lagi dengan menambah variabel lainnya yaitu sektor selain pertanian, IPM, inflasi, tingkat pengangguran, serta jumlah data dan memperpanjang durasi watku penelitian agar didapatkan hasil yang lebih valid dan akurat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Pengangguran dan Pendidikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data ini didapatkan dari publikasi BPS periode 2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dan menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial jumlah penduduk (JP) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan (KM). Pengangguran (PG) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan (KM). Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan (KM). Sedangkan secara bersama-sama, jumlah penduduk, pengangguran dan pendidikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is someone who tends to consume without limits that prioritizes emotional considerations rather than intellectual considerations or is more aligned with wants than needs. This study aims to determine the effect of parental income and lifestyle on the consumption behavior of FEB UNESA students. The analytical method used is a quantitative method. Linear regression with diagonal is the analytical technique used. The results of this study resulted that parents' income and lifestyle influenced the consumption behavior of FEB UNESA students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of regional tax revenues and regional fees and their contribution to regional income in East Nusa Tenggara Province in 2017-2021. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is the effectiveness ratio analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of regional taxes in East Nusa Tenggara Province was included in the effective category with an effectiveness of 92.07%, while the effectiveness of regional levies in East Nusa Tenggara Province was included in the quite effective category with an effectiveness of 87.05%.

Abstract

This study aim to know the effect of e-ticketing information system on customer loyalty in PT. Cahaya Bersama. This study uses a quantitive research methods with descriptive analysis explanatory approach. Sampling uing random sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linier regression. The resukts ofthis study indicate that the variable e-ticketing information system significantly affect consumer loyalty in PT. Cahaya Bersama along with obtaining the calculated t value 19.41031 > t table 1.984217.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how labor absorption in 35 regencies and cities in the province of Central Java was impacted by population, regency/city minimum wages, and open unemployment rates between 2018 and 2022. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, this study makes use of secondary data that was collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Panel data regression is the data analysis technique used in this investigation. The findings indicated that while the district/city minimum wage and the open unemployment rate had a beneficial impact on labor absorption, the population had a partially negative effect. In the Province of Central Java, all three variables simultaneously have a beneficial impact on labor absorption.

Abstract

The background to the research is that the benefits of economic growth have not been felt evenly by the Indonesian population, income inequality is still a serious problem in Indonesia, the level of education in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to other countries and the poverty rate in Indonesia is still increasing. The aim of this research is to indicate the influence of income inequality, education level and poverty on economic growth in 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2020-2022. The research method used for analysis is panel data regression which is tested with the E-Views 12 analysis tool. Thus the result is that income inequality has a negative and significant influence on economic growth, whereas education level and poverty have a positive and significant influence on economic growth. Abstract

Youth unemployment is currently being experienced by many countries, including Indonesia. There are several factors that can influence youth unemployment in Indonesia. This research identifies several factors that influence youth unemployment on the island of Java in 2016 - 2022. Some of these factors include population size, provincial minimum wage (UMP), education level as measured by average years of schooling, and Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR). The method used in this research is panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) from Stata 13. The results of this research show that population has a positive but not significant effect, and the provincial minimum wage and labor force participation variables have a positive and significant effect. significant. Meanwhile, the level of education has a negative and significant effect.

Abstract

Capital expenditure is a budget allocated to support economic development in enhancing public services and driving economic growth, supported by local revenue and general allocation funds. However, in its realization in Indonesian provinces, capital expenditure budgets have not been fully in line with the allocated ceiling. This research is conducted with the aim of determining the influence of the Local Revenue and General Allocation Fund on Capital Expenditure in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022. The method used is quantitative research with panel data regression testing. The results show that Local Revenue and General Allocation Fund simultaneously have a significant influence on capital expenditure. Partially, Local Revenue and General Allocation Fund each also have a significant positive influence on capital expenditure in Indonesian provinces.
