Abstract

Sistem kelistrikan di kapal merupakan salah satu sistem yang sangat berperan penting bagi pengoperasian kapal. Sistem ini dipergunakan untuk penerangan diatas kapal baik di bagian dek, ruang akomodasi dan kamar mesin, serta alat-alat pendukung navigasi maupun pengoperasian mesin induk dan pesawat bantu di kamar mesin. Sebagian besar kapal niaga yang membutuhkan sumber listrik yang besar, menggunakan mesin diesel sebagai penggerak utama generator listriknya. Untuk membangkitkan sumber kelistrikan yang baik yang dapat membantu kinerja di kapal dengan optimal, maka di butuhkan perawatan dan perbaikan khusus pada diesel generator. Diesel generator merupakan kombinasi antara mesin diesel dan generator listrik yang dihubungkan pada satu poros. Mesin diesel merupakan mesin pembakaran dalam yang dapat merubah energi panas menjadi energi mekanik dengan cara pembakaran di dalam mesin itu sendiri. Dalam proses ini mesin diesel akan mengalami pengabutan dikarenakan pembakaran bahan bakar. P eralatan daya besar dan proses-proses dalam kapal menggunakan tegangan tinggi. Perubahan energi listrik, mekanik, termal, dan kimia menghasilkan operasi yang diinginkan. Nilai tegangan, arus, daya, suhu, gaya, tekanan, dll yang sangat tinggi menciptakan kemungkinan bahaya pada sistem engineering. Untuk mengurangi resiko keselamatan terhadap personil dan peralatan, sistem harus didesain dan dibuat berdasarkan standar tinggi terbaru dan dipasang secara tepat. Sepanjang peralatan bekerja, peralatan harus secara berkelanjutan dimonitor dan dirawat dengan benar oleh personil yang mampu dan professional yang mana memahami pengoperasian dan ketentuan keselamatan.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran inquiri sering diimplementasikan pada penelitian pembelajaran fisika untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan eksplorasi penelitian yang ada pada pemanfaatan model pembelajaran inquiri untuk lebih mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Meta-Analisis yang memiliki tahap sebagai berikut: pengumpulan data, membuat rangkuman data, mereview dan menyelidiki informasi dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Proses pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan membaca dan menjelajahi berbagai artikel di web dengan periode 2013-2023 mengenai model pembelajaran inquiri terhadap keterampilan berpikir pada mata pelajaran Fisika. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan artikel, yang terseleksi menjadi 20 artikel yang mempunyai desain penelitian yang mirip, dan megkalkulasi Effect Size ditinjau berdasarkan tahun penelitian, tingkat satuan pendidikan, materi pembelajaran dan model inkuiri. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian meta-analisis yang telah dilaksanakan, maka dapat diasumsikan bahwa besarnya Effect Size model pembelajaran inquiri dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut kemampuan penalaran siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika adalah sebesar 2,45, yang termasuk dalam  klasifikasi tinggi. Selanjutnya materi pembelajaran yang secara umum layak untuk pembelajaran berbasis masalah adalah materi Gerak Harmonik Sederhana dengan Effect Size sebesar 6,91. Berdasarkan tingkat kelas yang benar-benar menggunakan model pembelajaran inquiri, khusus pada tingkat sekolah menengah atas kelas XI dengan klasifikasi tinggi memperoleh Effect Size sebesar 2,55

Abstract

To find out more closely how the company PT Admiral Lines Belawan Branch, carrying out shipping activities in the issuance of Outward Manifest in the Customs online system, this aims to carry out responsibilities in submitting cargo reporting documents to parties that are truly related and responsible. As for the completeness of customs documents to support and expedite the Outward Manifest issuance procedure. as for the obstacles in the Outward Manifest issuance process that make it difficult to issue the Ouward Manifest, which the company can overcome seriously so that the company does not experience losses caused by a staff in submitting online data. With the Manifest Module online system, it is easier to manage Outward Manifest documents that train staff to be more thorough. This paper uses 2 (two) types of research methods, namely: the Field Observation method (Flied Reseach), interviews with employees and the Heritage Study Method (Library Reseach), namely taking data from library books.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji efek model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation (GI) yang dibantu oleh media PhET terhadap pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Fisika Terapan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa semester pertama yang mengambil mata kuliah Fisika Terapan di Prodi Nautika. Mahasiswa dibagi menjadi dua kelas yakni kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dengan bantuan media PhET, dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pemahaman konsep yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep antara kedua kelas. Kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dengan bantuan media PhET menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI yang didukung oleh media PhET efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Fisika Terapan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pendidik mempertimbangkan penerapan model pembelajaran ini dalam proses pengajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

This paper discusses the MV Flag Change Procedure. Atlas Link becomes the Indonesian flag at the Harbor Master's Office. This process aims to understand the steps from submitting an application to issuing an approval letter, as well as registration at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. This research also identified various required documents, including bills of sale, certificates of fitness, and safety documents. In addition, this paper describes the role of the harbormaster in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and international standards, as well as the challenges faced during the document validation process with the country of origin. In writing this paper the author used field research and library research methods, and the conclusion that can be drawn is that the procedure for changing the MV Atlas Link flag from a foreign flag to an Indonesian flag at the Belawan harbormaster's office, Medan, involves several important steps, including submitting an application, checking documents. , ship inspection, validation with the country of origin, and registration at the Directorate General of Sea Transportation. During this process the harbormaster acts as an authority who ensures that all steps are carried out in accordance with applicable maritime regulations, both at the national and international level. Compliance with international standards, such as those set by the IMO, is also essential to maintain shipping safety and environmental protection, although these procedures are self-explanatory, obstacles such as difficulties in communication with the country of origin and validation of documents can affect the smoothness of the process. Therefore, proper supervision and handling is very necessary to prevent legal problems and ensure safe ship operations.

Abstract

This paper explains the procedures for processing ship departure documents. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as a shipping company that handles ships entering and exiting Dumai Port and completes ship documents before the ship leaves Dumai Port. During the land practice, the author collected data using field research methods and library research methods, articles and journals related to the title and other supporting media. Procedures for processing ship departure documents have been effective and efficient. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as an agent who handles all ship departure documents for the relevant agencies starting from arranging Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) at the Quarantine office, processing Out Passport permits at the Immigration office, Crew List Out at the Port Authority office, Outward Manifest at the Customs and Excise office until the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB) at the Harbormaster's office.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the process of implementing agency services in supporting ship services at the company PT. Snepac Agency Asia Surabaya in ship agency while docking at Tanjung Perak Port and also to find out what procedures are carried out by agents in serving ships that arrive or dock at the Port where there are many activities carried out by agents in handling a ship that arrives at the Port or leaves Tanjung Perak Port. The method used by the author for this paper is two methods, namely the field method (field research) where the author directly observes in the field for ship activities and ship docking procedures. Then the library method (library research) the author gets references from the campus library so that the writing is in accordance with the existing title. the process of implementing agency services in supporting ship services at the company PT. Snepac Agency Asia Surabaya has been efficient in serving incoming ships starting from the owner sending an email about the arrival of the ship to the agent so that PT. Snepac Agency Asia Surabaya prepares documents before the ship arrives, the relevant agencies for ship services arrive until the ship docking process until the ship leaves the Port where the agent and the ship have good communication so as to help and speed up the process of ship services needed.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the Procedure for Managing Ship Operation Plans (RPK) using the SIMLALA System implemented by PT. Dian Bahari Perkasa Dumai. This research uses field research and library research methods. The RPK processing process through the SIMLALA system has been running smoothly, starting with a submission from the shipping company appointed by the ship owner to manage the RPK. The ship agent then attaches all the documents and requirements needed to submit the RPK via the SIMLALA system. After that, officers from the Harbormaster's Office and Port Authority checked the documents that had been uploaded to the system. If all documents have been checked, the Harbor Master's Office and Port Authority can issue a Ship Operation Plan (RPK) certificate through the SIMLALA System.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the process of managing ship crew at the Dumai KSOP Office by PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia Dumai is a company that operates in the shipping agency sector, which provides services for permits for entry and exit of ships, permits for entry and exit of foreign crew to Indonesia. The data collection method is the field observation method (field research) and the library research method to find out more closely how the Company PT. Samudera Sarana Karunia Dumai and carries out crew document management activities according to the crew's needs. The process of arranging the replacement of the ship's crew at the KSOP office (Port Authority Harbor Master's Office) goes through a process that must be carried out by the agent assigned to the Owner. In the process of signing on the seafarer's book, the ship's crew must complete all related documents. This is done so that a seafarer is legally and absolutely on board the ship in accordance with the maritime work agreement of a ship's seafarer and the seaman's book is signed first by the official Harbor Master, as well as the management of the seaman's book. signing off the sailor's book for the ship's crew. The process of signing off the seaman's book is carried out if there is a ship's crew who will work on the ship or stop. Apart from that, the sign off of the seafarer's book is also carried out on the basis of a change of ship's crew where the ship's crew contract period has ended.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the system and procedures for ship and goods service activities at PT. Pelayaran Berkat Usaha Mandiri Panjang Lampung at Panjang Port, Bandar Lampung. The management of the ship is managed by agencies in the port environment. Not only that, operational agents are also required to understand the workflow of the Inaportnet application so that ship operational activities are completed on time. The author uses several methods such as; observation method, interview method, documentation method, and the existence of research files. Based on the results of the observations, the author can conclude that the System and Procedures for Ship and Goods Service Operations at PT. Pelayaran Berkat Usaha Mandiri acts as an agent who is responsible for serving agency ships since the ship will arrive, namely including the clearance in process using the Inaportnet system application, in addition, the agent also takes ship documents and continues with the clearance out process until the ship will leave the port to go to the next port. In order to facilitate operational activities, supporting documents are needed for the clearance in and clearance out processes of the ship.
