Abstract

Pelayaran Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan is a company that operates as a shipping agency (ship agency) which provides domestic and international services. The process of handling ship departure (clearance out) at PT. The Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan voyage starts when the ship has finished carrying out activities at the port, the agent makes another request for ship departure or Clearance Out. The Clearance Out process is a maximum of six hours before the ship leaves, the agent submits a ship out service in the Inaportnet system. To issue an SPB (Sailing Approval Letter), the agent must complete all documents and costs which are the agent's responsibility. For the issuance of an SPK (Work Order), guide the ship out no later than one hour after the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is issued. After processing the SPB (Sailing Approval Letter) is complete, the agent will take the ship documents and SIB (Sailing Permit) at KSOP. PT Pelayaran Semesta Sejahtera Lestari is a company that operates in the service and agency services sector, in other words a representative of the general agent/principle to take care of ship documents and take care of all ship needs that are needed when the ship is at the port. To obtain data, the author used field research and library research methods.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the process of managing export and import documents by PT Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch, the process starts from before the arrival of the ship to the port of Belawan, the agent has prepared the documents needed by the ship in loading and unloading activities. The data collection method used by the author in writing this paper is the field observation method (field research) and the library method (library research) to find out more closely how the company PT. Adhigana Pratama Mulya Belawan branch in carrying out export and import document management activities. The problems faced in the process of managing export and import documents are frequent quantity differences that cause revisions to documents. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in the management of export and import documents is needed for the smooth service of handling export and import documents

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the port service process and what obstacles occur during the port service process. There are several obstacles experienced by service users in ship service activities via Inaportnet. The first is that PNBP payments (VTS, signs and dangerous goods) are still manual, the reason being that service users don't understand Inaportnet. Apart from that, updates to computer devices. When using Inaportnet, system errors often occur. Efforts that can be made are to carry out updates so that PNBP payments can also be made online, carry out training and socialization about Inaportnet filling, update computer equipment and evaluate and upgrade the Inaportnet application.

Abstract

This research aims to gain a closer understanding of how the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) operates in the Clearance In/Out process of MV. Blue Star at KSOP Class I Tanjung Emas by PT. Kalandara Indah Lautindo Semarang. The Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) is a nationally integrated electronic system that can be accessed via the internet (public network) and is also automatically integrated directly with Inaportnet. The methods used to obtain data are field research and library research. (library research). In the process of clearance in/out for the MV. Blue Star, PT. Kalandara Indah Lautindo Semarang has been authorized by the owner to manage all the needs of the ship and crew while at Tanjung Emas Port. The clearance in/out process utilizes the INSW system, which is integrated with Inaportnet, and must be coordinated with several agencies such as: the Port Authority, the Port Management Agency Pelindo, Quarantine, Immigration, and Customs. The results obtained from this research indicate that the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) is already very efficient, particularly in expediting the processing of ship documents to the relevant agencies and does not take much time. However, it still faces obstacles due to the lack of understanding among employees of PT. Kalandara Indah Lautindo Semarang in using INSW. Therefore, it is necessary to participate in socialization efforts to provide input and understanding so that services in the future can improve.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the process of issuing a billing ship sanitation control exemption certificate through the Indonesian National Single Window (INSW) syncarceral system on the Sea Win III ship by PT. Putra Samudera Inti Batam. The method used in collecting and writing this paper uses the field research method in library research. The purpose and writing of this paper is to find out the flow of making a billing ship sanitation control exclusion certificate when you want to extend an expired Ship Sanitation Control Excamption Certificate (SSCEC). In accordance with applicable provisions, ships can sail if the certificate is still valid and the ship is declared healthy or free from pests or pollution, and in accordance with the route, ships entering Batam port must have complete documents and have a yellow flag which is one of the proofs that states The ship is healthy from the Port Health Quarantine office. The agent must have good relationships with the relevant agencies in Batam, so that the ship's arrival and departure process can run smoothly so that there are no obstacles in the system or in the field and runs in accordance with government regulations.

Abstract

This paper explains the procedures for processing ship departure documents. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as a shipping company that handles ships entering and exiting Dumai Port and completes ship documents before the ship leaves Dumai Port. During the land practice, the author collected data using field research methods and library research methods, articles and journals related to the title and other supporting media. Procedures for processing ship departure documents have been effective and efficient. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as an agent who handles all ship departure documents for the relevant agencies starting from arranging Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) at the Quarantine office, processing Out Passport permits at the Immigration office, Crew List Out at the Port Authority office, Outward Manifest at the Customs and Excise office until the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB) at the Harbormaster's office.

Abstract

This paper explains the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management at PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan. PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is a shipping company that is a multimodal transport business entity, this company operates in the field of domestic warehousing services and import and export container Freight Station (CFS), with warehouse supply and distribution services. The container yard is one of PT's main facilities. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is used to form containers to minimize the risk of ship delays resulting in decreased loading and unloading production. In managing container yards, there are obstacles, including incompetent human resources and high implementation costs. For this reason, the purpose of writing this paper is to determine the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management. The method used in this writing is field research (field research) where the author makes direct observations at the company and library research (library research) where the author obtains paper material from books in the library or other reading sources related to the main points. taken is the Role of Technology in Optimizing Container Yard (CY) Management at PT. This paper examines the Hotwork Permit Issuance Mechanism on the Zhong Quan 7 Ship. This study aims to determine the Hotwork Permit Issuance Mechanism on the Zhong Quan 7 Ship by PT. Pelayaran Dwi Putra Laksana Batam, and to find out if there are any obstacles in the Hotwork Permit Issuance Mechanism on the Zhong Quan 7 Ship by PT. Pelayaran Dwi Putra Laksana Batam. The research method uses field research methods (Field Research) and library research (Library Research). The results of this study are the Hotwork Permit Issuance Mechanism at KSOP on the MV Ship. Zhong Quan 7. Starting with the agent submitting an application for a welding permit at KSOP through the Inaportnet system and then the agent also submits a manual application to the Harbor Master's Office Post in the work area where the ship will dock for unloading activities. Hotwork Permit is needed for cargo safety welding activities on the MV ship. Zhong Quan 7. The data collection techniques used are library research and field research.

Abstract

This research aims to thoroughly examine the process undertaken by PT. Pelayaran Karana Line Branch Belawan in handling the permit procedure for loading bulk dangerous goods, specifically in the Medan Belawan area. The process begins when the marketing department provides information about the upcoming bulk dangerous goods cargo to be loaded onto the ship. Subsequently, the operational team or external service prepares a request letter to be submitted to the relevant agency, namely the Belawan Main Harbor Master's Office. For each permit submission, there are fees that must be paid. These fees are deposited into the state treasury as Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). PT. Pelayaran Karana Line Belawan, as a national shipping company, strives to build and maintain good relationships with related agencies. This is one of the strategies to ensure smooth handling of dangerous goods. In the permit processing procedure, document completeness is crucial. The required documents include a Permit Request Letter and a dangerous goods manifest. The completeness and accuracy of these documents are essential to ensure the permit processing proceeds smoothly and in accordance with applicable regulations.
