Abstract

This study examine the exposure, usage, and preferences of primary school teacher education students toward Generative AI (GenAI) applications, as well as the relationship between demographic characteristics and participation in AI-related training and seminars. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with 155 respondents using a closed-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests. The results show that ChatGPT is the most popular and frequently used application, followed by Google Gemini and Perplexity AI. No significant relationship was found between gender or semester and participation in AI-related events. These findings reflect students’ early engagement with GenAI technologies in education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang diterapkan oleh pengusaha di Kelurahan Mendahara Ilir dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Kelurahan Mendahara Ilir memiliki potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui berbagai sektor, seperti pertanian, perikanan, dan UMKM. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis peran pengusaha lokal dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, dan memperkuat jaringan bisnis lokal maupun nasional. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antar pengusaha, dukungan pemerintah, serta inovasi dalam pemasaran dan teknologi digital menjadi faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) adalah inisiatif pemerintah Indonesia yang dirancang untuk memberikan dukungan keuangan langsung kepada masyarakat yang mengalami kesulitan, terutama dalam keadaan darurat. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban ekonomi bagi keluarga-keluarga yang miskin dan rentan, sekaligus membantu pemulihan ekonomi secara keseluruhan.Penyaluran BLT biasanya dilakukan melalui mekanisme yang sederhana, dan meskipun program ini telah berhasil meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat serta menurunkan angka kemiskinan, masih ada berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasinya, terutama terkait pendataan yang perlu lebih akurat dan transparan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas. BLT diatur oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 60 Tahun 2014 tentang Dana Desa, yang mencakup pemberian bantuan tunai baik bersyarat maupun tidak bersyarat. Kehadiran program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi jangka pendek dalam meringankan beban ekonomi masyarakat dengan memberikan bantuan tunai secara langsung. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemilihan penerima yang lebih tepat serta perbaikan sistem penyaluran, agar dapat lebih efektif membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi kelompok yang kurang mampu. Abstract

Tunas Dwipa Matra continues to innovate to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction through the implementation of effective strategies. One of the strategic steps introduced is the Periodic Maintenance Coupon (KPB) program. KPB is an exclusive service in the form of service claims aimed at new motorcycle buyers as a form of appreciation and an effort to maintain long-term relationships with customers. In this program, new motorcycle buyers get facilities in the form of four periodic maintenance services as part of the vehicle purchase package. In the implementation of the first KPB, customers receive benefits in the form of free service accompanied by the provision of engine oil at no additional cost. This provides a double benefit, namely optimal engine maintenance as well as reduced maintenance costs for customers. Meanwhile, in the second, third, and fourth KPBs, customers are still entitled to free service even without additional engine oil. Thus, this program not only helps customers in maintaining their vehicles in prime condition but also encourages them to carry out routine maintenance. This KPB program is designed with a clear goal, namely to provide added value to customers and build their loyalty to Tunas Dwipa Matra products and services. By providing consistent and useful services, the company hopes to create a mutually beneficial relationship between the company and customers, while improving the brand image in the eyes of consumers. This strategy is expected to strengthen Tunas Dwipa Matra’s position as one of the best automotive service providers in the market.

Abstract

This study explores the “meja waris” tradition, a form of collective wedding contribution practiced in Teluk Dawan Village, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, Jambi Province. The tradition embodies strong social values of solidarity and mutual cooperation, yet it raises academic concerns due to its potential tension with Islamic legal principles. The research aims to analyze the socio-cultural significance of the “meja waris” practice and to examine its conformity with Islamic law based on the perspectives of traditional leaders, religious leaders, community figures, and local residents. This study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data validity was reinforced through triangulation to ensure accuracy and reliability. Findings reveal that the “meja waris” tradition serves as a social mechanism to reduce the financial burden of wedding ceremonies, reinforcing social capital within the community. However, its transformation into a binding norm that demands reciprocity has the potential to contradict Islamic legal values, particularly when coercion undermines sincerity and voluntarism. From an Islamic legal perspective, the practice remains permissible when grounded in ikhlāṣ (sincerity), tabarru‘ (voluntary giving), and ta‘āwun (mutual assistance), but becomes problematic when enforced as a social obligation. The study concludes by emphasizing the need to reinterpret and contextualize the “meja waris” tradition in accordance with Islamic values, with active involvement from the village government, religious and traditional authorities, community leaders, and academic institutions. Such collaboration is essential to preserve the tradition while ensuring alignment with Islamic legal and ethical principles.

Abstract

Introduction: Epilepsy and chronic pain represent two of the most burdensome neurological conditions globally, each contributing significantly to disability and reduced quality of life. Emerging evidence suggests a clinical and pathophysiological overlap that is far greater than coincidental, pointing toward a synergistic negative impact when they co-occur. This systematic review aims to comprehensively evaluate the multifaceted impact of chronic pain on the clinical course, psychosocial well-being, and overall burden of epilepsy. Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library was conducted to identify relevant literature, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, randomized controlled trials, and observational cohort studies. Search terms encompassed epilepsy, seizure disorders, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, migraine, and fibromyalgia. Studies were selected based on predefined eligibility criteria, and data were extracted and synthesized across key outcome domains, including epidemiology, pathophysiology, seizure control, quality of life, neuropsychiatric status, cognitive function, and socioeconomic burden. Results: The epidemiological data reveal a stark disparity: 40.2% of adults with active epilepsy report chronic pain, a rate double that of the general population (20.0%). This comorbidity is associated with adverse clinical outcomes, including the potential for increased seizure frequency, mediated by pain-induced chronic stress. The impact on patient well-being is profound, with comorbid pain compounding the already significant reduction in health-related quality of life (HRQoL) seen in epilepsy. The neuropsychiatric burden is dramatically amplified; notably, the presence of chronic pain is associated with a nearly four-fold increased risk of suicidal ideation in individuals with epilepsy (OR=3.86). This dyad also exacerbates cognitive deficits, sleep disturbances, and challenges in treatment adherence due to polypharmacy and increased side-effect burden. Consequently, the socioeconomic costs, both direct and indirect, are substantially magnified. Discussion: The findings underscore a complex, bidirectional relationship between chronic pain and epilepsy, likely driven by shared neurobiological mechanisms including neuronal hyperexcitability, central sensitization, and dysfunction of inhibitory GABAergic pathways. The therapeutic overlap of certain antiepileptic drugs further supports this mechanistic link. The clinical implications are significant, highlighting the inadequacy of treating epilepsy in isolation when chronic pain is present. The synergistic negative effects on mental health, QoL, and even suicide risk necessitate a paradigm shift in clinical practice. Conclusion: Chronic pain is not merely a passive comorbidity but a critical, disease-modifying factor that actively worsens the clinical trajectory and overall burden of epilepsy. Its presence undermines treatment efficacy and dramatically increases patient suffering and mortality risk. These findings advocate for the universal screening of pain and associated psychiatric conditions in epilepsy care and the implementation of integrated, multidisciplinary management strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of literacy learning design at SDN Kayumpia, Sigi, and SD N Lemahduhur, Bogor, using a qualitative narrative approach. It aims to understand the context, challenges, and impacts of literacy learning design on students’ skills in these rural schools. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 4 teachers, 2 principals, and 10 students, classroom observations, and RPP document analysis. Narrative analysis revealed that key needs include culturally relevant reading materials, teacher training in literacy strategies, and integration of local context in learning. Major challenges include limited resources, such as a lack of reading books, and insufficient teacher professional development for cross-curricular literacy integration. However, a local wisdom-based approach, such as using folktales, enhanced student engagement. The findings indicate improved student motivation and reading skills, though implementation is hindered by a rigid curriculum. The study recommends developing contextual literacy resources, ongoing teacher training, and curriculum flexibility to support the School Literacy Movement. This research contributes to the development of relevant literacy practices in rural schools.

Abstract

Karakter morfologi merupakan atribut penting yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen terhadap komoditas tanaman hias, khususnya pada anggrek Dendrobium. Informasi terkait preferensi konsumen dapat membantu pemulia tanaman dalam mengembangkan dan menghasilkan varietas Dendrobium baru dengan karakter unggul yang disukai oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen terhadap 20 karakter morfologi anggrek Dendrobium Spp. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2023 – Oktober 2023 menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner melalui sosial media. Hasil survei dianalisis menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil analisis Chi-Square menunjukkan terdapat 17 karakter morfologi yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen secara signifikan. Preferensi konsumen terhadap anggrek Dendrobium menunjukkan bahwa karakter morfologi yang disukai oleh konsumen yaitu ukuran tanaman sedang dengan bentuk daun lonjong, tipe tangkai bunga tegak dan panjang, posisi pembungaan di samping, jumlah bunga banyak dengan arah hadap bunga ke segala arah, lebar bunga sedang dan tebal, bentuk bunga keriting, bunga memiliki 2 kombinasi warna, serta memiliki aroma harum.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 2 (two) variables using path analysis. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of selling price on the income of vegetable traders. In this study, the researcher uses quantitative research because the researcher views human behavior as predictable and social reality; objective and measurable. Therefore, the use of quantitative research with valid and reliable instruments and appropriate and appropriate statistical analysis causes the results of the research achieved not to deviate from the actual conditions. The data of this study was obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to the population and samples. The population and sample in this study the author used sample size of 130 respondents. The sampling technique used was Accidental sampling. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the significance value is known to be Sig value 0.000 <0.05, t count value> t table (6.947> 1.656). Thus, it can be concluded that the selling price variable has a positive and significant effect on income. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient test, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the Selling Price Variable on income is 27.40%, while the remaining 72.60% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In the face of increasing digital competition, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are required to adapt by implementing technology-based promotional strategies to strengthen their market presence and boost sales performance. This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotional strategies on the sales of food products at Kedai JAM, an MSME located in Muara Sabak Timur, Jambi. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a causal research design, primary data were collected through questionnaires from 90 consumers who had been exposed to the business’s promotional content on Facebook. The instrument measured key dimensions of promotional strategy namely attractiveness, promotional media, consistency, and creativity while sales performance was evaluated based on sales volume, revenue, purchase frequency, and new customer acquisition. The results of the regression equation obtained were Y = 6.604 + 0.880X, with a significance value of 0.000 and thitung 12.243 > ttabel 1.662, which means that there is a significant influence of promotional strategies on sales levels. A determination coefficient (R²) value of 0.630 indicates that 63% of sales variations were influenced by promotional strategies, while 37% were influenced by other factors outside the study. These findings suggest that Facebook functions not only as an efficient promotional medium but also as a strategic marketing platform capable of influencing consumer behavior and expanding market reach. This study offers practical insights for MSME promotion strategies and contributes to the theoretical discourse on digital marketing within the context of community-based entrepreneurship.
