Abstract

Kepemimpinan dimengerti sebagai kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi orang menuju pencapaian tujuanya. Kepemimpinan otentik mengandung aspek psikologi positif berupa keyakinan diri, optimisme, harapan dan resiliensi sebagai kekuatan utama seorang pemimpin. Perguruan tinggi sebagai salah satu organisasi perlu model kepemimpinan yang kontekstual dengan arah tujuan untuk membangun kapasitas sumber daya manusia dengan menanamkan sistem nilai dan pembangunan karakter yang dijadikan sebagai landasan bagi perilaku bermoral masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara model kepemimpinan otentik dalam konteks organisasi perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

STIKOM Yos Sudarso is a college that annually produces graduates. For these graduates, a tracing process is needed to evaluate the curriculum to improve their quality. However, the recording of alumni data that still use excel, tracing studies that still use google forms where the contents have not been adjusted to the Kemdikbud template, and the job vacancies that are only shared through WhatsApp groups are still obstacles in the process of improving alumni quality. Therefore, a website-based Information System for STIKOM Yos Sudarso Student Alumni Association (HAMSYS) Purwokerto was developed using a prototype method, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The hypotheses were tested using paired sample t-test, while the system was tested using a black box and white box test. In addition, a system evaluation was carried out through benefit testing based on ISO 25010. From the benefits test, the percentage of "agree" and "strongly agree" answers were 96,23% on Functional Suitability, 90,33% on Performance Efficiency, 97,68% on Usability, 92.08% on Reliability, and 92,9% on Maintainability. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the HAMSYS system has been successfully developed with good quality and can simplify also speed up the tracer study reporting process.

Abstract

International College Purwokerto is a Foreign Language Course and Training Institute (LCT) and tutoring that provides additional learning services provided to students to increase the intensity of learning and increase proficiency in foreign languages. The registration system that now runs at LCT International College Purwokerto, has not been systemized in managing registration data, so reporting student enrollment requires time to work on the data of students who apply. Every semester, students where LCT is increasing so that student data has not been stored properly. Student data is still written in books, when within a certain period of time the student data is required to search for student documents so that it takes time to search. During this pandemic,LCT International College urgently needs facilities such as student registration through the website so that students can register online from their homes by filling in their personal data and files needed without having to come to LCT so that it is more time efficient. In addition to assisting the LCT in the registration of this inventory system using the prototype method in the system development stage. To collect the data, researchers conduct interviews, data documentation and observations. This system was built with the aim to help the student enrollment process at LKP International College to be more efficient. System design uses UML models such as usecase diagrams and, class diagrams, activity diagrams. The programming languages used are PHP and MySQL databases. The results of hypothesis testing and benefit tests can be found that the difference in the average time of the student registration process before and after using the system is 19,888 minutes (before using the system) and 9,320 minutes (after using the system). With benefit testing obtained with excellent results with aimed that usability of 93.33%, learnability of 73.33%, eficiency of 95.83.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that has long been discussed in the context of management and organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on work productivity. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. The aim is to analyze the comparison of theories about the differentiation between current ratio and profitability ratio on the company's stock price with the help of related references in the literature review. Based on the literature review that has been carried out on the results and discussion from both national and international journals, the conclusions in this article are: Transformational Leadership affects Work Productivity. Good leadership in the form of Transformational Leadership is essentially able to improve the quality and productivity of employee performance in a work environment. Abstract

The internal control system helps minimize the risk of accounting fraud. With strong internal controls, companies can implement procedures that limit access and responsibility in financial management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of implementing an internal control system for preventing accounting fraud. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. Based on the literature review conducted on the results and discussion, there is a conclusion that internal control plays an important role in preventing accounting fraud in an agency. Abstract

This article conducts a literature review on the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and financial performance in companies. Transformational leadership, characterized by vision, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration, has become a key factor in organizational effectiveness. Similarly, organizational culture, encompassing shared values, beliefs, and norms, significantly shapes employee behavior and performance outcomes. The relationship between these leadership styles, organizational culture, and financial performance emphasizes the need for comprehensive understanding and analysis. Additionally, job satisfaction plays a crucial role as a mediator in this relationship. Satisfied employees tend to demonstrate higher levels of productivity, commitment, and innovation, thereby enhancing organizational performance. By mediating between leadership, culture, and financial performance, job satisfaction acts as a bridge connecting organizational practices to tangible outcomes. Through a thorough review of existing literature, this article synthesizes key findings, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence to explain the complex dynamics involved. It highlights the importance of fostering transformational leadership and positive organizational culture to strengthen financial performance. Furthermore, it identifies gaps and areas for future research, emphasizing the need for longitudinal studies, cross-cultural analyses, and quantitative assessments to deepen understanding of these complex relationships. Ultimately, this article contributes to the ongoing discourse on leadership, organizational culture, and financial performance, providing insights and implications for both scholars and practitioners. Abstract

This monitoring and control system are based on native chicken farmers' inability to meet current demand due to a lack of production. Feed is one of the environmental factors that require special attention considering that the cost of feed is the highest for livestock, reaching around 65% of production costs. Raising chickens as livestock needs a significant amount of time and effort. However, as other activities increase, farmers could neglect or forget to care for their livestock; as a result, many farmers fail to raise livestock. The purpose of this study was to design and construct an automatic chicken feed prototype using a weight sensor (load cell) with a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller according to a predetermined schedule using a network time protocol (NTP) based on the Internet of Things. The automatic chicken feeder is designed to be able to monitor and control via an internet network that is connected to a Smartphone by opening the Blynk application. This research is expected to provide benefits for farmers by enabling them to schedule animal feeding schedules so that the chicken feeding is consistent and measurable based on the daily needs of the chickens. The design of this chicken feeding utensil is scheduled automatically feed the chickens even though the owner of the livestock is doing other activities. This study used the waterfall method, a step-by-step implementation to improve the system's quality. The results showed that the accuracy value in automatic chicken feeding was 95.31% and the accuracy of the weight sensor (load cell) in reading the weight of chicken feed was 97.81%, with the automatic feeding treatment having the highest efficiency value of 7.84% and the manual feeding treatment having the lowest efficient value of 7.16% Keyword: IoT; NodeMCU ESP8266; Load Cell; Network Time Protocol; Blynk Abstrak Sistem monitoring dan kontrol ini dilatar belakangi kurangnya produksi peternak ayam kampung sehingga menyebabkan ketersediaannya tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan yang ada. Pakan merupakan salah satu faktor lingkungan yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus mengingat biaya pakan adalah yang tertinggi pada ternak mencapai sekitar 65% dari biaya produksi. Memelihara ayam sebagai ternak membutuhkan banyak waktu dan tenaga. Namun, dengan meningkatnya aktivitas lain, peternak dapat mengabaikan atau lupa merawat ternaknya, masalah ini menyebabkan banyak petani gagal beternak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat prototipe pakan ayam otomatis menggunakan sensor berat (load cell) dengan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan menggunakan network time protokol (NTP) berbasis Internet Of Things. Alat pemberi pakan ayam otomatis dirancang mampu melakukan monitoring dan kontrol melalui jaringan internet yang terhubung pada Smartphone dengan membuka aplikasi Blynk. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi peternak agar dapat mengatur jadwal pemberian makan hewan sesuai dengan jadwal sehingga pemberian makan ayam teratur dan terukur sesuai kebutuhan ayam perharinya. Perancangan alat makan ayam ini terjadwal otomatis agar ternak ayam tetap bisa mendapatkan asupan makanan meskipun pemilik hewan ternak tersebut sedang melakukan aktivitas yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan implementasi langkah demi langkah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan nilai akurasi dalam pemberian pakan ayam otomatis sebesar 95,31% dan akurasi sensor berat (load cell) dalam membaca berat pakan ayam sebesar 97,18% serta memiliki nilai efisiensi tertinggi pada perlakuan pemberian pakan ayam secara otomatis 7,84% dan terendah pada perlakuan pemberian pakan ayam secara manual 7,16%.

Abstract

AbstrakBanyaknya jumlah karyawan produksi disuatu industry menjadi suatu tantangan bagi karyawan pekerja kantoran dalam mengontrol dan menjaga kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi dan juga harus menjaga kinerja kerjanya supaya tetap mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan di KBN Cakung. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 100 responden yang merupakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pekerja karyawan pekerja kantoran di Perusahaan. Penulis juga menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis Metode pre test yang dilakukan kepada 30 responden, dan Metode Main test meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanKata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThe large number of production employees in an industry becomes a challenge for office workers in controlling and maintaining the quality and quantity of production, and also maintain their work performance in order to keep getting maximum results. The main purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of leadership, work motivation, and job stress to performance of employees at Perusahaan at KBN Cakung. By using a quantitative approach with 100 respondents who are saturated samples, namely all office workers at Perusahaan. The author also uses nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The researcher used analysis technique. The pre-test method was conducted on 30 respondents, and the Main test method included validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that leadership and work motivation have no significant effect on performance of employees, and work stress has a significant effect on performance of employees.Keyword: Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Stress, Performance Of Employees

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada ZARA di Jakarta. Terdapat dua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini yaitu Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Konsumen. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 responden yang telah mengetahui ZARA. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yang merupakan bagian dari non- probability sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS 25, dengan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Kualitas Pelayanan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, serta Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan konsumen.Kata Kunci: Brand image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

Dampak krisis ekonomi global akibat Pandemi Virus Corona atau Covid-19 sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh penduduk dunia, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia. Banyak industri bangkrut yang mengakibatkan angka kenaikan PHK meningkat, khususnya pada perempuan. Mengingat peran wanita sangat besar dan menjadi penopang ekonomi keluarga, peran wanita ini perlu diperkuat lagi, sehingga kelangsungan hidup keluarga mereka akan terjamin; salah satunya lewat pemanfaatan filantropi. Di Indonesia, dalam kondisi ekonomi yang sulit karena pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19), filantropi masyarakat tidak menurun, tetapi sebaliknya justru cenderung meningkat. Model Filantropi ini dapat memfasilitasi mereka yang berpendapatan tetap atau yang tidak memiliki resiko kehilangan pekerjaan di tengah pandemi ini, untuk mendistribusikan sebagian kecil kekayaannya dalam format egaliter ke mereka yang dirugikan karena restriksi COVID-19.
