Abstract

Mangrove vegetation has an important role in maintaining the stability of coastal ecosystems in preventing abrasion. One of them is in the Bagik Batu Beach Coastal area, Jerowaru with various types of mangrove vegetation. This study aims to determine the density level of mangrove vegetation types in mangroves in abrasion mitigation on the coast of Bagik Batu Beach. The research uses the Belt Transect method. In each plot, 3 measuring plots were made, namely 10 x 10 m (for trees) with a diameter (20 ≤ DBH < 35 cm), 5 x 5 m (stakes) with a diameter (2 ≤ DBH < 20 cm), and 2 x 2 m (for seedlings) with a diameter (DBH < 2 cm). Based on the results of the study, 9 species of mangroves were found, namely 5 species of true mangroves (Major) and 4 species of mangroves (Minor), including; Avicennia alba, sonneratia alba, Rhizophora stylosa, Rhizophora apiculata, Calotropis gigantea, Lumnitzera racemosa, Jatropha gossypiifolia, Samanea saman and Azadirachta indica. Avicennia alba with the most species with the relative density of seedlings (39.68%), relative density of stakes (22.45%), relative density of trees (17.06%).

Abstract

PKM ini dilaksanakan melibatkan mahasiswa di Institut Pendidikan Nusantara Global yang bertujuan untuk sarjana yang mampu memetakan dan memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dalam pembangunan pada umumnya dan pembangunan desa khususnya. Dalam pelaksanakan PKM ini dibantu juga oleh beberapa mahasiswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua jenis tumbuhan obat sedangkan objek adalah tumbuhan obat yang ditemukan pada saat melakukan penelitian. Metode survey yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian ini. Metode survey digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi untuk pembudidayaan jenis tumbuhan obat di Desa Jurit Kecamatan Pringgasela. sosialisasi tentang cara pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah sebagai tempat menanam tanaman obat dan juga penyampaian tentang manfaat tanaman obat sebagai sarana pertolongan pertama dan alternatif obat tanpa efek samping. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat kebun tentang pemanfaatan lahan rumah yang gersang dan sempit atau memanfaatkan siswa sawah yang tidak ditanami. Jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang mudah didapatkan msalnya Jehe, Lengkuas, Temulawak, Kemangi, Cocor Bebek, Kencur, Kumis Kucing dan papaya.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes the importance of student-centered learning, with differentiated instruction as one of its core pedagogical approaches. However, many teachers still face challenges in translating this concept into contextual and adaptive lesson planning. This program aimed to improve teachers’ conceptual understanding and practical skills in designing differentiated instructional materials responsive to student diversity. The activity was conducted at SMPN 1 Pringgasela, East Lombok Regency, involving 35 elementary and junior high school teachers from various schools in the Pringgasela sub-district. The methods included material dissemination, case analysis, independent practice, as well as reflection and evaluation sessions. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of differentiated instruction principles and the emergence of initial competence in developing adaptive lesson plans. These findings suggest that participatory and practice-based training approaches are effective in enhancing teacher capacity. Further training and technical mentoring are recommended to support the sustainable implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah kesalahan yang muncul dalam penyelesaian soal operasi aljabar oleh siswa, ditinjau dari jenis kesalahan dan faktor penyebabnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 22 siswa kelas IX MTS Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar yang telah mempelajari materi operasi aljabar. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas 8 soal uraian yang dianalisis berdasarkan kategori kesalahan dan faktor penyebabnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan utama yang dilakukan siswa dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga, yaitu kesalahan konseptual, kesalahan prosedural, dan kesalahan teknis. Kesalahan konseptual muncul akibat lemahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar aljabar, kesalahan prosedural timbul karena langkah penyelesaian yang tidak sistematis, sedangkan kesalahan teknis terjadi karena kurangnya ketelitian dalam perhitungan dan penulisan simbol. Faktor penyebab yang mendasari kesalahan tersebut meliputi rendahnya penguasaan konsep dasar, keterbatasan materi prasyarat, kurangnya ketelitian, serta pengaturan waktu yang tidak efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide students with knowledge about the importance of education to motivate students to continue to the university level. The implementation of this activity was carried out at MA Mu'allimat NW Pancor class XII IPA / IPS with as many as 50 people. The method used in this service activity is socialization with lectures accompanied by material exposure regarding the importance of education, introduction to universities, prospects for college graduates, and educational assistance, and ends with a question and answer session. The results of this service are based on the enthusiasm of the participants, and warm interaction in discussions, and can change the mindset of students towards higher education and the emergence of student motivation in continuing their education to the college level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze several related journals to the impact of the online learning at covid-19 pandemic. The method of this research used literature study or meta-analysis which aims to analyze variousrelated journals to the theme raised. The results of the analysis obtained show that learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on students, teachers and parents. The impact on students' learning are motivation is still low, students feel bored due to the closure of schools that are too long and the lack of infrastructure that supports online learning. The impact on teachers are, for senior teachers, they have to learn more in using technology because they are accustomed face-to-face learning, and the learning is not optimal because the implementation of online learning is not evenly distributed for all students and learning tends to be teacher centered. The impact on parents are additional expenses used to buy internet quotas to support online learning by their children, and parents must be able to share their time with their daily activities with the time to guide their children during online learning. Lack of internet access is also a barrier to online learning.

Abstract

Serewe Bay is one of the bays in the Lombok area, West Nusa Tenggara which is vulnerable to natural disasters including the Big Wave. For this reason, the researcher aims to determine the types of plants that play a role in mitigating big waves and the density level of the mangrove ecosystem in Serewe Bay. This research was conducted using the Belt Transect method, namely in Serewe Bay. Mangrove plant data were obtained by making plots at each research location. In each plot, 3 plots were made, namely 10 x 10 m (for trees), 5 x 5 m (saplings), and 2 x 2 m (for seedlings). Mangroves in Serewe Bay found 6 species that have the potential to mitigate big waves, namely Sonneracia alba with a relative density of seedlings (14.64%), Saplings (29.12%), Trees (73.33%). Dolichandrone spathacea relative density of seedlings (10.18%), Saplings (15.06%) Trees (12.33%). Rhizopora mucronata with a relative density of seedlings (10.14%), Saplings (20.65%), Trees (10.33%). Avicennia ofiicinalis relative density of seedlings (6.90%), Saplings (31.14%), Trees (9.33%). Casuarina equisetifolia relative density of seedlings (5.58%), Saplings (20.10%), Trees (8.33%). Hibiscus tillaceus relative density of seedlings (4.45%), Saplings (14.10%), Trees (5.67%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning activities of Science Biology Class VII A students at MTs. Darul Aminin NW Aikmual using the Inductive Thinking Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the data collection tool used were observation sheets of teacher and student activities. Based on the data analysis, the results obtained in the first cycle of meeting I, the teacher's activity score was 59.37% in the fairly active category. The action was continued until the second cycle. At the second meeting of cycle II, the teacher's activity score was 78.12% with the active category. Cycle I Meeting I students’ activity score was 47.05% with quite active category. The action was continued until the second cycle. At the second meeting of cycle II, the student activity score was 64.70% in the active category. From these results it can be concluded that action research was successful because it can increase students' biology learning activities using the Inductive Thinking Learning Model.

Abstract

This research was action research conducted at MA Darul Aminin NW Aikmual with research subjects was students of class XI IPA. The material taught is about the digestive system in humans. The research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that in cycle 1 with an average of 70.50 it did not meet the KKM target of 75 but showed an increase from the pre-cycle, because it had not reached the KKM target it was necessary to carry out the next cycle action, namely cycle 2. cycle 1 showed an increase in student achievement according to the KKM target, which was 78.00. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve student achievement in class XI IPA MA Darul Aminin NW Aikmual.
