Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana microfoundation dari dynamic managerial capabilities berpengaruh pada organizational performance, dalam konteks ini adalah pengambilan keputusan penyaluran pembiayaan di bank syariah. Dynamic Capability merupakan sebuah konsep yang memiliki pandangan bahwa perusahaan atau organisasi harus mampu mendorong dan mengubah sumber daya internal dan eksternal untuk memiliki value guna menyesuaikan atau adaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan perusahaan yang begitu cepat. Microfoundation untuk memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tingkat individu mempengaruhi organisasi, bagaimana interaksi individu mengarah pada hasil dan kinerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan bank umum syariah di Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 345 orang. Data hasil quesioner yang dinalisis dengan structural equation modelling (SEM) menggunakan software STATA 15. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa cognition management, human capital management dan relationship network bagian dari microfoundation. Ketiga varibel ini dengan dimediasi oleh dynamic managerial capability sangat mempengaruhi organizational performance. Variabel tersebut yang paling dominan berpengaruh langsung pada organizational performance khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan persetujuan pembiayaan dari pimpinan unit kerja perbankan syariah di Jawa Timur adalah relationsip network.

Kebun Gizi merupakan progam berbasis masyarakat sebagai upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan buah dan sayur dengan memanfatkan lahan pekarangan maupun media lain seperti hidroponik atau menggunakan media paralon. Dalam melakukan kegiatan kebun gizi mahasiswa mengadakan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan perangkat Desa Sumber Malang. Penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kebun gizi dilakukan pada tanggal 24 Februari 2021 di balai Desa Sumber Malang dengan mengumpulkan perangkat desa dan sebagian masyarakat Desa Sumber Malang Bersama mahasiswa KKN. Kegiatan ini disambut dengan baik oleh masyarakat Desa Sumber Malang sehingga banyak yang tertarik untuk membudidayakan kebun gizi yang berbasis hidroponik. Tujuan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kebun gizi adalah mengajak masyarakat desa untuk hidup sehat, memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit, lebih dari itu dapat meringankan dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumber Malang. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini diawali dengan penyampaian materi dan penanaman tanaman hidroponik dan pupuk cair, selanjutnya praktek langsung kepada perangkat desa dan sebagian masyarakat Desa Sumber Malang mengenai cara mengelola kebun gizi yang baik dan benar. Hasil dari adanya penyuluhan dan sosialisasi kebun gizi ini diharapkan bisa memberikan motivasi yang baik bagi masyarakat untuk menciptakan hidup yang sehat dan bersih, memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit serta dapat meringankan dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sumber Malang.

The limited quota and short time for the Hajj pilgrimage have resulted in quite long waiting lists. Many prospective regular Hajj pilgrims tend to choose other options, namely Hajj Plus or Umrah. The purchase decision of prospective Hajj Plus or Umrah pilgrims is influenced by several factors, one of which is word of mouth (WOM). This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of causality research. The sample was determined using an accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. The research results show that word of mouth influences purchasing decisions. If pilgrims who have used Umrah and Hajj plus services increasingly provide recommendations through word of mouth, the confidence of prospective pilgrims in deciding to purchase Umrah and Hajj plus service products at PT Ebad Al Rahman Wisata Jember Regency will increase.

The era of remote work has significantly changed the way companies operate, with a focus on flexibility and innovative use of technology. In this context, human resource management (HR) practices become critical in influencing employee engagement and productivity. The challenges arising from the transition to remote work demand innovation in management approaches, especially in terms of employee empowerment and development. The aim of this research is to explore the effectiveness of innovative HR management practices in empowering employees in the era of remote work. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data obtained from literature studies and relevant previous research. Data analysis was carried out in depth to identify the impact of this practice on employee performance and satisfaction. The conclusion shows that adapting innovative HR management policies and practices can improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. The implementation of adaptive management strategies and the use of technology play an important role in ensuring effective communication and accurate performance monitoring in unconventional work environments. Additionally, increasing employee engagement and motivation can be achieved through reward and recognition initiatives and involving them in decision making. Employee skills development and well-being have also proven critical in maintaining and increasing productivity in remote work settings. This study confirms the need for organizations to continuously adapt and update their HR management practices to remain relevant and effective in the digital era.

The global recession is an economic phenomenon that can have a significant negative impact on various sectors of life, especially for more vulnerable people. In this context, this study aims to examine the role of Zakat in overcoming the impact of the global recession. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review approach by analyzing related documents. The data obtained is analyzed thematically to identify various mechanisms and strategies that can be used by Zakat in overcoming the impact of the global recession. Finding/Results: The results of the study show that zakat has great potential in making a significant contribution to overcoming the impact of the global recession. The role of zakat can be seen from several aspects, including Redistribution of Wealth, Economic Empowerment, and Improved Social Welfare. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that zakat can play a role in minimizing the impact of the global recession. This study is limited to the portrait of zakat management by the government, which is reflected in innovative zakat utilization programs but has not looked specifically at the direct benefits of zakat in improving the standard of living of the economy, one of which is through saving activities. In line with this, further research is needed on the integration of zakat in increasing economic activity and investment.

Bone-Bone Village was known as a non-smoking village in Indonesia. Bone-Bone becomes a tourist area through the district government policy. But it has limitations so that tourism potential was not developed. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Methods of analysis used SWOT analysis. The SO strategy described that the community needs to build a road map and a masterplan for the Bone-Bone tourism area. STâ€™s strategy described the need for strategic cooperation between tourist areas in South Sulawesi Province. WO's strategy described the need to educate local communities about recognizing and managing the tourism potential of Bone-Bone. And the strategy of WT saw the need for strategic cooperation with private parties and investors for the development of Bone-Bone tourism area. To implement this strategy required synergies between local communities, governments, and private parties. Therefore, policy recommendations need to pay attention to human resources competence, social and cultural characteristics, and market characteristics for the advancement of tourism villages.

Bank syariah sudah beroperasi di Indonesia lebih dari dua decade, dengan ciri utama menjalankan transaksi yang halal dan sesuai dengan syariah. Meski demikian pangsa pasar (market share) perbankan syari’ah pada tahun 2019 ini baru mencapai 5,94% terhadap perbankan nasional. Salah satu permasalahan penting yang dihadapi perbankan syariah yaitu, persepsi masyarakat yang meragukan kesyariahan bank syariah. Padahal pada sisi kesyariahan inilah salah satu ciri khas dan keunggulan bank syariah. Organisasi Muhammadiah memiliki respon yang lebih awal terhadap keberadaan perbankan syariah. Merespon kondisi lambannya perkembangan perbankan syariah saat ini, maka mengetahui pandangan kalangan tokoh Muhammadiah di Jember terhadap perbankan syariah menjadi penting. Hasil penelitian kualitatif ini menyebutkan bahwa Tokoh Muhammadiyah Jember percaya bahwa bank syariah telah menjalankan syariah dengan menjalankan fatwa DSN MUI, meski belum sepenuhnya dan masih perlu melakukan beberapa penyempurnaan agar lebih dipercaya masyarakat.

This study is motivated by new students who are confronted with different circumstances compared to their prior experiences before residing in a pesantren (Islamic boarding school). These varying circumstances prompt students to undergo changes and adapt to their new environment, occasionally resulting in stress, including academic stress. These disparities necessitate that students adjust to their surroundings. Furthermore, alongside adaptation, students also require social support to navigate the pressures of their social environment. The objective of this study is to ascertain how adaptation and social support impact the academic stress experienced by new students at Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kholdun AL-Hasyimi in Besuki Situbondo. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology employing multiple linear regression analysis. Total sampling is employed due to the subject number being below 100, specifically encompassing 49 new students at Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kholdun AL-Hasyimi in Besuki Situbondo. The preliminary findings of the study concerning the adaptation variable and academic stress, at a significance level of 0.01 (α = 1%), demonstrate a significance value of 0.001 < 0.01, indicating a negative correlation. Thus, H1 is accepted, suggesting a significant negative association between adaptation and academic stress. On the other hand, regarding the social support variable and academic stress, at a significance level of 0.1 (α = 10%), the value of 0.074 < 0.1 indicates a negative correlation. Thus, H2 is accepted, suggesting a significant negative influence between social support and academic stress among new students. This implies that as the level of social support increases, the level of academic stress decreases among new students at Pondok Pesantren Ibnu Kholdun AL-Hasyimi. Conversely, a lower level of social support corresponds to a higher level of academic stress among these students.

Thesis is an essential requirement for graduation and the attainment of a bachelor's degree (S1). Throughout the thesis-writing process, students inevitably encounter various obstacles. These challenges may lead students to engage in academic procrastination, influenced in part by perfectionist tendencies. Perfectionism can prompt students to set unrealistic standards, resulting in procrastination as they strive to meet these standards. This study aims to investigate the relationship between perfectionism and academic procrastination among final-year students working on their thesis at the Faculty of Da'wah, KH Ahmad Siddiq Jember State Islamic University. Employing a quantitative approach with correlational research, the study utilizes simple random sampling, surveying 148 students. Data analysis is conducted using Pearson product moment correlation with SPSS 25.0 software. The findings reveal a moderate positive correlation (r = 0.413) between perfectionism and academic procrastination (p < 0.05). Thus, the study concludes that perfectionism significantly contributes to academic procrastination among final-year students, highlighting the impact of idealistic beliefs on students' thesis preparation.
