Abstract

The Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PISPK) is conducted bypuskesmas by integrating existing resources, with the family’s target. All familieswill get access to comprehensive health services. The implementation of PISPKsince 2016 has not been optimal because it has many obstacles. The analysis aimsto identify the obstacles, and to find solutions to implemented PISPK optimally.Implementation research was carried out using Participatory Action Research(PAR). The team (researcher and subject) implemented PISPK together based onstages that integrated into puskesmas management, at 4 puskesmas in SouthLampung. Researchers assisted and recorded data collected qualitatively (self-assessment, in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion), and quantitatively.There are any obstacles occurred in the implementation of PISPK such as theabsence of regulations and cross-sectoral supports; lack of knowledge andsupport from village officials, community leaders, and the public; limitedresources; lack of understanding of the substantive; application; lack of dataanalysis capabilities. These obstac-les can be minimized by making somebreakthroughs, such as advocacy and issuance of local government regulations onPISPK involving cross-sectors; increase socialization; periodic coordination,monitoring, and evaluation; making innovations (On Job Training, collaborationwith universities and health volunteer, Healthy Family Coverage Pocket Book,developing data analysis methods). The implementation of PISPK has manyobstacles that can be minimized by optimizing existing potentials and supportfrom stakeholders. Puskesmas need to increase socialization; team organizing;data analysis; coordination, and routine monitoring evaluation. Pusdatin needs toimprove KS applications to be more user-friendly.

Abstract

The development of technological progress currently being experienced has brought changes in various aspects of human life, especially in terms of access to information. Today's modern society tends to rely on mass media as the main source to meet their information needs. Mass media is considered more practical, fast and efficient, including in providing information about their religion. People only need to sit in front of various types of media such as the internet, radio, newspapers and television, and all their information needs can be met. The aim of this research is none other than to find out the urgency of preaching in the mass media, which is caused by the power of the mass media. The method used in this research uses research that focuses on reviewing literature/research libraries, using two data which includes primary data and secondary data. The results of this research show that da'wah activities carried out in the mass media are very important. This is because mass media has an important role in life. This important role includes a wide reach, being able to provide a broader understanding of religion, empowering the community, responding quickly, forming opinions. So that the da'wah messages conveyed by the preachers will be much more effective than traditional da'wah delivery such as pulpits, majlis ta'lim, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze principals' strategies in developing facilities and infrastructure to support learning innovation. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as observations and document analysis. Results indicate that successful principals in learning innovation focus on integrating technology, such as educational software and interactive whiteboards, and developing flexible learning spaces. Collaborative approaches involving teachers, students, and the community proved effective. The conclusion is that principals' strategies significantly enhance educational quality through proactive and visionary management of facilities and infrastructure. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing collaboration and professional training for principals, as well as the importance of sustainability in educational facility innovation.

Abstract

This study implements cloud GIS technology for data and information inventory activities on land control, ownership, utilization, and use. The rapid development of this technology significantly helps in data collection and visualization, making it a beneficial tool for policymakers in the land sector. This study uses the research and development research design method. This study is fascinating because it involves many data collectors, namely 623 people, who inventory data and information on land control, ownership, utilization, and use of cloud GIS technology. The results of this study conclude that P4T data inventory activities can use cloud GIS technology in data and information inventory activities on land control, ownership, utilization, and use. The results of the cloud GIS system implementation evaluation analysis show that the work speed aspect shows a value of 87.5%, the work comfort aspect shows a value of 65%, and the work productivity aspect shows a value of 85.5%. Keywords: Inventory, Land Rights, Land Ownership, Land Utilization, and Land Use   INTISARI Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan teknologi cloud GIS untuk kegiatan inventarisasi data dan informasi penguasaan, kepemilikan, pemanfaatan, dan penggunaan tanah. Perkembangan pesat teknologi ini secara signifikan membantu dalam pengumpulan dan visualisasi data, menjadikannya alat yang sangat membantu bagi pengampu kebijakan dalam bidang pertanahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desain penelitian research and develoment. Hal ini sangat menarik untuk dipelajari karena melibatkan banyak pengumpul data, yaitu 623 orang untuk menginventarisasi data dan informasi tentang penguasaan, pemilikan, pemanfaatan, dan penggunaan tanah dengan teknologi cloud GIS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa teknologi cloud GIS dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan inventarisasi data dan informasi penguasaan, pemilikan, pemanfaatan, dan penggunaan tanah. Hasil analisis evaluasi implementasi sistem cloud GIS menunjukkan aspek kecepatan kerja menunjukkan nilai 87,5%, aspek kenyamanan kerja menunjukkan nilai 65%, dan aspek produktivitas kerja menunjukkan nilai 85,5%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Penggunaan Metode Simulasi Bermain Peran Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Pemanduan Wisata Materi Transfer In Pada Siswa Kelas XI-1 Program Keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022”.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan kenyataan atau fakta sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar yang dicapai siswa juga untuk memperoleh respon siswa terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran serta aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Analisis ini dihitung dengan menggunakan statistik sederhana yaitu: Peneliti melakukan penjumlahan nilai yang diperoleh siswa, yang selanjutnya dibagi dengan jumlah siswa yang ada di kelas tersebut sehingga diperoleh rata-rata tes formatif dapat dirumuskan: Dengan : = Nilai rata-rata Σ X = Jumlah semua nilai siswa Σ N= Jumlah siswa Untuk menghitung persentase ketuntasan belajar digunakan rumus sebagai berikut: Pembelajaran model simulasi bermain peran pada materi Transfer In memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I rata rata hasil belajar 79 dengan ketuntasan belajar 64% dan siklus II rata rata hasil belajar 81 dengan ketuntasan belajar 90 %

Abstract

The objective of this study was to clarify the specific methods of politeness used during interactions between teachers and students in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, and to analyze the influence of these strategies on the educational process. The author chose to gather data from the tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Ngantang throughout the academic year 2023/2024. The study encompassed the entire group of individuals involved in an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom, comprising both the teacher and the students. The study involved 20 participants in total. Data was gathered in a natural environment, with the researcher observing the teaching and learning activities without implementing any modifications or interventions.The data was analyzed using Miles & Huberman's (1994) interactive cycle model of qualitative data analysis, which involved three simultaneous processes: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing or verifying conclusions. It identified four unique politeness strategies: bald on record, positive politeness, negative politeness, and off record. According to the findings, the researcher concluded that the teacher exhibited positive politeness during the instructional activities. Furthermore, the teacher utilized polite language and their demeanor was marked by attentiveness, delight, and friendliness. The majority of students in the class displayed exemplary etiquette by showing deference to their teacher throughout the instructional and educational endeavors.

Abstract

The background of this research is the poor student learning outcomes and low awareness of teachers to apply an effective and innovative learning. This study aims to determine whether there is improvement of mathematics learning outcomes before and after the discovery learning method is applied on Grade VA SD Negeri 009 Pulau Kijang Kecamatan Reteh. The number of subject of this research was 22 students consisting of 8 male students and 14 female students with heterogeneous ability. The minimum passing grade, hereinafter KKM and Analysis on Average is used to know whether or not there is enhancement of mathematics learning outcomes before and after the discovery model is applied. The research findings reveal that the number of students that achieved the KKM (75) based on the first data obtained from the teacher was 7 (32%). At the first cycle, the number increased to 14 (64%), and at the second cycle, the number increased to 19 (86%). The average score of the student based on the first data obtained from the teacher was 72.7. At the first cycle, the average score increased to 76.3 and at the second cycle, it creased to 82. Referring to the research findings, it can be concluded that the application of the discovery learning method can enhance mathematics learning outcomes of students of Grade VA SD Negeri 009 Pulau Kijang Kecamatan Reteh of 2016.

Abstract

This community service was carried out at IGABA Aisyiah Colomadu Karanganyar. The problem faced by IGABA is the lack of insight and management of financial administration by the HR Teachers and managers of TK Bustanul Atfal Aisyiah. Therefore, this community service is highly expected by partners. The target audience needs support in terms of infrastructure and human resources in realizing useful financial administration and can provide an example for other schools. The purpose of this community service activity is 1. to assist the target audience in carrying out activities 2. Help partners improve financial administration 3. Accompany partners in improving their ability to manage finances, The method used in this activity is the Focus Group Discussion method, direct practice, training, and mentoring. The output of this community service is in the form of published articles in journals, HAKI Posters, HAKI Videos, community service reports, news in the media and documentation that will be uploaded on online media.

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kebijakan pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan oleh sekolah perlu dievaluasi berdasarkan standar penilaian yang jelas agar proses pembelajaran berjalan efektif, kondusif, dan berorientasi pada perkembangan peserta didik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis standar penilaian kebijakan pengelolaan kelas di sekolah dasar dengan mengacu pada contoh implementasi kebijakan yang diberitakan di media daring. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengaitkan kebijakan tersebut dengan standar penilaian pendidikan serta ketepatan penggunaan bahasa, khususnya ejaan bahasa Indonesia, dalam penyampaian informasi kebijakan kepada publik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengelolaan kelas di sekolah dasar perlu didukung oleh standar penilaian yang sistematis, transparan, dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penggunaan ejaan yang sesuai dengan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) dalam pemberitaan kebijakan pendidikan juga menjadi faktor penting agar informasi mudah dipahami dan tidak menimbulkan penafsiran yang keliru. Dengan demikian, evaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan kelas tidak hanya berfokus pada implementasi di sekolah, tetapi juga pada kualitas penyampaian informasinya kepada masyarakat.
