Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh pengetahuan, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menabung Pada Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Multatuli. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Non probability sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 91 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dilapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur dalam skala likert. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan adapun variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan, kualitas produk dan promosi, sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan nasabah menabung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung. Variabel kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung. Variabel promosi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung. Variabel pengetahuan, kualitas produk dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung dan memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 91,8% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Yang terakhir, variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan nasabah menabung.

Abstract

The market aspect plays a strategic role in business feasibility studies, serving as a fundamental basis for assessing the potential success of a business. This study aims to analyze market aspects, including demand potential, segmentation, competition, and consumer behavior, as the primary pillar to support business sustainability. This research employs a qualitative method based on literature studies by reviewing various sources such as scholarly journals, industry reports, and other relevant documents. The findings indicate that understanding market dynamics provides substantial competitive advantages, particularly in designing marketing strategies responsive to consumer needs and market changes. The literature analysis also highlights that business success heavily depends on the ability of business actors to comprehend market trends, anticipate competition, and effectively leverage opportunities. These findings have significant implications in assisting business practitioners, investors, and policymakers in developing data-driven business strategies that support long-term sustainability. This study emphasizes the importance of market aspects as a fundamental element in every business feasibility study, focusing not only on profitability but also on business resilience amidst complex market dynamics.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of environmental aspect strategy in sustainable business management with a case study on Richeese Factory business. This study aims to provide insight into how Richeese Factory can integrate environmental aspects into their business strategy, as well as the benefits and challenges that may be faced. Thus, it is hoped that Richeese Factory can contribute to environmental sustainability while still achieving their business goals. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study in the form of interviews and observations, so that efficient resource management, use of renewable energy, and recycling programs have been implemented by Richeese Factory to reduce their environmental footprint. However, the implementation of this strategy is not without challenges, such as high initial costs and the need to adapt to new technologies. However, there are many opportunities that can be utilized, such as increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly products and incentives from the government

Abstract

The economic developments taking place in the world have resulted in an increasing number of financial products being offered to the public. explaining financial literacy has become increasingly complex over the last few years with the introduction of many new financial products. This requires people to have more financial knowledge to be able to address this. This is important because financial knowledge is closely related to financial behavior. Financial literacy is a component that becomes human capital that can be used in financial activities to increase the expected utility of consumption, namely behavior to increase economic welfare. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is scientific research that systematically examines the parts and phenomena and their relationships. Quantitative data, namely systematic scientific research in the form of questionnaires and calculations as well as outlined in tabular form positive contribution and significant effect of Islamic financial literacy on customer decisions. From the results of the R square, which is equal to 0.770, it means that 77.0% of Islamic Financial Literacy can be explained by the customer's decision variable, while the remaining 33.0% can be explained by other variables such as education, employment status and other variables. Based on the results of previous research, the writer realizes that there are still many limitations and mistakes in this research. However, this research is expected to provide a useful contribution to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic financial literacy training and its impact on enhancing students’ understanding of Islamic economics at SMK Negeri 1 Dolok Masihul. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach involving 25 students as participants. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results show that the training, conducted through interactive methods such as discussions, simulations, and case studies, significantly improved students’ knowledge of Islamic financial principles, including profit-sharing (mudharabah and musyarakah), prohibition of riba, and ethical financial management. The average understanding level increased from 63% before the training to 87% afterward. Supporting factors included teacher involvement, engaging materials, and the practical relevance of the content, while limiting factors were time constraints and lack of reference materials. Overall, the implementation of Islamic financial literacy training proved effective in strengthening students’ conceptual and practical understanding of Islamic economics and can serve as a model for integrating Sharia-based financial education in vocational schools.

Abstract

Pengaruh Digital Payment dan E-Commerce terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif: Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam UMSU This research aims to find out the influence of digital payments and e-commerce on consumer behavior (case study of students at the Umsu Islamic Faculty) both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is associative. The population was 1,215 students and the sample was 92 students. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 29.00. Partially, the digital payment variable has a significant effect on consumer behavior. Partially, the e-commerce variable has a significant effect on consumer behavior. Simultaneously, digital payment and e-commerce variables have a significant effect on consumer behavior.

Abstract

Human resource issues are still a highlight and priority for an organization or company to survive and develop in the current era of globalization. The existence of human resources is a determining factor in the successful implementation of an effective organization. Company activities will not be completed properly without being supported by the potential and effective and efficient performance of its human resources. To achieve this success, the existence of human resource management is an absolute thing that must be done optimally so that the purpose of the organization can be achieved. This research aims to examine further the function of human resource management in general, as well as compare it with Islamic rules regarding human resource management contained in the Qur’an so that it can add to the development of human resource management functions both in general and when associated with human resource management in Islam which views humans as having 2 functions, namely as servants and caliphs on earth. This research on Human Resource Management is also the result of the author's observations of human resource management when viewed from an Islamic perspective. This writing is to answer the question of how the human resource management system is viewed from an Islamic point of view. This research method is library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. With thematic method (maudu’iy), namely collecting and analyzing the verses of the Qur'an that talk about the function of human resource management. The results showed that many verses of the Qur'an that examine human resources can be used for the development of human resource management functions and add contributions to the development of Sharia human resource management functions. This research can be continued by studying and deepening the verses of the Koran in subsequent studies so that Islamic human resources have specific advantages.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the electrolyte properties of various imported fruits through electrolysis experiments. A quantitative approach was used by measuring the presence of gas bubbles formed on electrodes as an indicator of electrolyte strength. Samples included apples, pears, grapes, lemons, mandarins, strawberries, cherries, kiwis, blueberries, and dates. The results showed that all tested fruit extracts exhibited electrolyte properties due to the presence of organic acids (such as citric, malic, and tartaric acids) and minerals that can ionize into free ions. Apples showed the strongest electrolyte activity, followed by pears, grapes, lemons, and mandarins, while cherries, kiwis, blueberries, and dates showed weaker conductivity. Electrolyte strength was influenced by factors such as ion concentration, acid type, and mineral content. These findings suggest that fruit extracts, especially those with higher acidity levels, have the potential to act as natural electrolytes and serve as an alternative source of environmentally friendly electrical energy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect on income, health services and social services of employees at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara or abbreviated UMSU. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, many socio-economic impacts occurred on companies in the world, including at the UMSU as a higher education institution. This study uses primary and secondary data with quantitative descriptive analysis methods. This study took 12 respondents as samples from employees at UMSU by taking samples at the UMSU Administration Bureau. The results of the study concluded that income had a positive but not significant effect on welfare. Health services have a positive effect on welfare, while social services have a positive and significant effect on income. This research proves that the leadership of UMSU, in this case the Chancellor of UMSU, is very interested in maintaining the economy and employee immunity during the Covid 19 period which is currently engulfing the world.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan penerapan nilai Islam terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada BPRS Amanah Bangsa Pematang Siantar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat nasabah terhadap produk yang ditawarkan serta belum optimalnya penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam layanan perbankan syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, dengan nilai thitung = 17,447 > ttabel = 1,987 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Penerapan nilai Islam juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung = 19,425 > ttabel = 1,987 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung = 361,325 > Ftabel = 3,95 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 89,3% menunjukkan bahwa variasi kepuasan nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk dan penerapan nilai Islam, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas produk dan penguatan penerapan nilai-nilai Islam dalam mendukung kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah di lembaga perbankan syariah.   This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and the application of Islamic values on customer satisfaction at BPRS Amanah Bangsa Pematang Siantar. The background of the study is based on the low interest of customers in the bank's offered products and the suboptimal implementation of Islamic values in Islamic banking services. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 17.447 > t-table 1.987 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The application of Islamic values also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 19.425 > t-table 1.987 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, as indicated by the F-value of 361.325 > F-table 3.95 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 89.3% indicates that the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality and the implementation of Islamic values, while the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of improving product quality and reinforcing Islamic value implementation to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in Islamic banking institutions.
