Abstract

This article seeks to shed light on the decrees released by Lajnah Baḥth al-Masā’il Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) on matters pertaining to religious disputes (masā’il alfiqhiyyah). It focuses on two main themes; (1) the definition of what books are categorized as “al-Kutub al-Mu‘tabarah” and (2) the methodological approach used by the Lajnah in the process of deliberation. The assumption developed within this article is that what makes the books fall into the category of “al-Kutub al-Mu‘tabarah” are only those books that employ one of the four school of thought in fiqh. In addition, the methodological approach used in the Lajnah follows the following three patterns: (1) al-Ṭarīqah alqawliyyah (direct reference to those mu‘tabarah books), (2) al-Ṭarīqah al-ilḥāqiyyah (analogy between old and new problems as mentioned within those mu‘tabarah books), (3) al- Ṭarīqah al-manhajiyyah (following the methods of four madhhab imams).

Abstract

Islam forbids a form of marriage which only aims temporarily, such as mut’ah marriage and muhalil marriage For that the need for planting Islamic religious education values in shaping the sakinah family of Quraish Shihab's perspective. This thesis is qualitative research (Library research). Data was collected by documentation, then the data was analyzed by Descriptive methods. According to the Quraish Shihab there is an important aspect that aims for a family to go to a sakinah family, namely by paying attention to things in the family which include leadership, and knowing the task - tasks from mother, father and child so that they can be affectionate, have each other so that they can create a feeling of calm so that they know how the functions that exist in a family. This concept aims at the couple and wife working together in fostering the household to make the family happy.

Abstract

Spiritual Quotient (SQ), which is the foundation needed to function Intelligent Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) effectively. Even SQ is the highest intelligence. So that humans who have high SQ are a category of people who have noble morals. So Islamic education will play a role in aspects of humanity which can actually be maximized through SQ sensitivity. This study is intended to answer the following problems: (1) What is the General Concept of Spiritual Quotient? (2) What is the Concept of Spiritual Quotient in the Perspective of Islamic Education? These problems are discussed through library data collection, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials. This scientific work is a type of library research research, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading, taking notes, and processing research materials which are library research or pure research. All data were analyzed using a philosophical approach. This study shows that: (1) Spiritual intelligence (SQ) means the ability to know and understand ourselves fully as spiritual beings and as part of the universe. Having spiritual intelligence means that we fully understand the meaning and essence of the life we live and where humans are going. Based on these two concepts, it shows that Western SQ is more oriented towards the completion and achievement of world happiness, while Islamic SQ is more about achieving happiness in the world and the hereafter. If both are used ideally, SQ can be implemented in order to achieve "happiness" both in this world and in the hereafter. (2) The concept of Spiritual Quotient in the perspective of Islamic education is spirituality education that can sharpen the quality of spiritual intelligence, namely the values of spirituality itself which are aimed at education

Abstract

In the era of industry 4.0, it is so easy for students to take digital information instantly without any activity to ensure the validity of previous information. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of digital literacy skills in fiqh learning at State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research is qualitative with phenomenological glasses. The informants in this study were 160 students. Brande filled out an online questionnaire through a google form containing statements related to the basic digital literacy skills that have been developed. Then we conducted a semi-structured interview on the informant's answer results directly. The results of the study revealed that students have a good perception of literacy skills. They are ready to use tools to search, dig, select and process information. However, students have not mastered the basic tools for learning fiqh, namely Arabic. Students experience problems when looking for fiqh information in Arabic. The recommendation in this study is that students will not be optimal in fiqh learning if they only have digital literacy skill but the fiqh learning base is not yet qualified. They need a fiqh website that is in Indonesian with credible and valid references.

Abstract

Kasus poligami yang terjadi pada sebagian masyarakat di kelurahan Gununganyar tambak kota Surabaya ini tidak sama dengan kasus poligami yang biasa terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia, poligami yang terjadi pada umumnya merupakan hal yang paling dibenci oleh istri pertama yang biasanya dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh pihak suami atas pelayanan sang istri, atau karena sang istri tidak dapat memberikan keturunan yang bisa meneruskan garis keturunan pasangan tersebut, namun pada kasus ini poligami dilatar belakangi oleh permintaan istri kedua kepada istri pertama agar bersedia menjadikanya istri kedua dari suaminya, jadi letak keunikan pembahasan ini pada sebab terjadinya poligami, yang sebab tersebut tidak terjadi pada poligami pada umumnya, hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh istri kedua yang merupakan wanita yang sudah cukup umur namun belum juga mendapatkan jodoh yang diharapkan, sehingga belum juga menikah pada usia yang cukup tua, agar tidak menjadi aib dan tidak menutup garis keturunan keluarga. Meskipun pernikahan pada awalnya dilatar belakangi oleh permintaan perempuan (bukan atas keinginan suami) namun pada akhirnya bisa menimbulkan rasa cinta yang sama dalam diri suami terhadap istri kedua dan istri pertama, sehingga menghasilkan pemenuhan hak yang cukup seimbang dari suami terhadap kedua istrinya sehingga kehidupan kedua keluarga yang dipimpin oleh seorang suami terlihat harmonis, bisa hidup berdampingan, dan bahagia hingga saat ini.

Abstract

This article is the result of a qualitative field research. The research location is at the At-Tahdzib Islamic Boarding School Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang. The direction of the discussion in this article is how to place the marriage tradition following the Kyai within the framework of maqasid marriage and maqasid shariah. The researcher uses maqasid al-nikah and maqasid shariah theory in explaining the position of the marriage tradition following the Kyai, because the maqasid al-nikah and maqasid shariah theories. The researcher argues that the marriage tradition following the Kyai provides advocacy for the protection of the bride and groom in achieving the goals of marriage and the goals of the Shari'a that arise from marriage Keywords: marriage is obedient to the kyai, maqasid shariah. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang nalar hukum pembagian waris sama rata (studi kasus di desa Lanji Kecamatan Patebon kabupaten Kendal). Penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana pembagian waris dengan bagian sama rata di desa Lanji perspektif ilmu faraid. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah a). Proses pembagian waris bagi sama rata di desa Lanji yaitu Pertama, dengan musyawarah keluarga. musyawarah ini bertujuan untuk membahas harta ataupun tanggungan apa saja yang dimiliki oleh si mayit dan membahas bagian dari masing-masing yang sebenarnya. Kedua, melaporkan kepada pihak Perangkat desa dalam rangka untuk dibuatkan surat keterangan bermeterai yang ditandatangani oleh seluruh ahli waris yang berisikan tentang kesepakatan pembagian waris. ketiga, jika harta berupa tanah maka proses pembagian tanah dalam hal pengukuran dilakukan bersama Sekretaris Desa atau disebut carik untuk proses pembuatan sertifikat tanah yang dikeluarkan oleh BPN (Badan Pertanaha Nasional). b.) Pembagian waris dengan bagian sama rata di desa Lanji dibenarkan menurut Ilmu Faraid dengan syarat para ahli waris mengetahui bagian semestinya, para ahli waris telah menerima atau ridlo dengan pembagian sama rata dan para ahli waris tidak ada yang berstatus mahjur.

Abstract

Tafsir Amaly is who teaches the knowledge of the Qur'an from reading to how to practice it in everyday life. In addition, Amaly's Tafsir Learning has innovations in terms of strategies, approaches, models, and learning methods. So the purpose of this study is to understand how to internalize religious values to students through this Amaly Tafsir learning innovation. There are three problems examined in this thesis, namely: 1) How is the religious behavior of students, 2) How is Amaly's Tafsir learning innovation, 3) How is internalization of religious values students through the innovation of Amaly's Tafsir learning? The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview, and document techniques. The technique data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques. In the process of checking the validity of the data in this study, several validity checking techniques used in the study were carried out, namely extending the research period, persistence of observation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the innovations of learning amaly's interpretation include: 1) Religious behavior of students, among others: ideological and ritualistic, namely the habit of praying in congregation, istighosah, sunnah prayers, obligatory fasting and sunnah; Consequential behavior is in the form of good deeds in longan gardens, in buildings, in rice fields and teaching the Koran in target schools, cooking pickets, cleaning pickets. Expressive behavior that is sincere in doing good deeds, tawadhu 'to teachers and kyai and UK, obeying the rules as well as critical and sharp in understanding the verses. 2) Amaly's Tafsir learning innovations include: lesson planning includes syllabus and lesson plans and so on; implementation of learning through innovative learning strategies and methods; learning evaluation includes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor values.3) Internalization of religious values through Amaly's Tafsir learning innovations include: moral knowing (knowledge of complete faith and Islam), exemplary (a pilot of the practice in the Tafsir Amaly material), moral action (ie invited to practice), moral loving/feeling (feelings experienced by students themselves when practicing), motivation (motivated to practice and teach) and habituation (Providing rules and obligations).

Abstract

Penelitian ini al-Ghazali adalah teori jiwa yang juga masuk dalam wilayah bahasan tasawuf.Ada tiga permasalahan/fokus dalam penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Mendapatkan pemahaman pendapat al-Ghazali tentang jiwa 2) Mendapatkan pemahaman indikasi konsep ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan Islam terhadap konsep jiwa al-Ghazali 3) Untuk memahami relevansi konsep jiwa prespektif Al-Ghazali pada pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian karya-karya al-Ghazali, khususnya Ihya’ Ulumiddin, Tahafatul Falasifah, Al-Munqidz Min Ad-Adhalal, Bidayatul Hidayah dan karya-karya lainnya yang menjelaskan pemikiran al-Ghazali seperti al-Ghazali baina naqidihi madihihi dll. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, konsep ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan Islam al-Ghazali yang berhubungan dengan konsep jiwa al-Ghazali akan ideal jika dimplementasikan dalam suatu program pendidikan secara integral. Konsep tersebut akan menghasilkan keseimbangan antara pendidikan kejiwaan (spiritualitas dan moralitas) dan intelektualitas, karena pada dasarnya konsep-konsep al-Ghazali selalu relevan digunakan karena bertalian dalam esinsialnya di dunia pendidikan terutama pendidikan Islam
