Desa Cilampuyang, Kecamatan Malangbong Kabupaten Garut Jaw a Baral adalah daerah dengan topografi terjal, dengan rata-rata kerniringan 20 - 40 % dan curah hujan tinggi Produktifitas lahan dan pendapatan petani tergolong rendah. Sistem wanatani diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah rendahnya pendapatan di Desa Cilampuyang. Kajian usaha wanatani inibertujuan untuk mendapat informasi potensi pengembangan pola usaha wanatani di Desa Cilampuyang. Mctode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kajian Pedesaan Secarn Partisipatif (PRA) dan analisis data untuk menghitung net present value (NPV). I lasil kajian menunjukkan pola usaha wanatani antara tanaman kehutanan (sengon) + perkebunan(cengkeh+pete) + pangan (padi gogo+jagung -kacang tanah) secara teknis dan finansial layak dilaksanakan dengan net present value (NPV) Rp.9.801.887 dan B/C 2.74 per hcktar per tahun. Ahematif usaha wanatani lainnya yangjuga layak dan berpotensi untuk dikembangkan adalah pol a tanaman hutan + tanaman perkebunan + tanaman makanan temak + tanaman pangan dengan Net Present Value (NPV) Rp.12.508.917,- perhektar dan B/C-1,48 (>I).

Effect of Storage Treatment on Small White Ginger Rhizome Viability Melati Melati; Devi Rusmin

One problem for developing small white ginger (Zingiber officinale var. amarum) is theavailability of high quality rhizome seeds in right quantity and time. Seed rhizome will sproutquickly, and its quality will decreased in immature seed rhizome and in not good storage conditions.The main objective of the experiment was to study the best storage room conditions for storagerhizome seeds of small white ginger. The experiment was conducted in seed laboratory and storageroom of Research Institute for Medicinal and Aromatic Crops Bogor. The experiment wasconducted by randomized complete design with nine different storage, 3 replication and 25 sampleseach treatment. The treatments are 1) rhizome seeds storage in room temperature (control),(2)rhizome seeds storage in AC room (16–240C),(3) rhizome seed soaked in paclobutrazol 1000 ppmfor 4 hours then seeds storage in room temperature ( 4) put rhizome seeds in rack and cover bystraw, storage in room temperature (5) rhizome seed storage on straws in the greenhouse ( 6)rhizome seed storage in the greenhouse without straw ( 7) rhizome seed soaked in water during 1hour every month then dried naturally in 300C and storage in AC room (8) rhizome seed soakedin paclobutrazol 1000 ppm for 4 hour then storage in AC room ( 9) put rhizome in wood box andcover by rice straw and husk. Variables observed include moisture contents of ginger seed, lostweight of seed and germination percentage of rhizome seeds at the end of storage period. The resultof experiment indicated that the moisture content and weight rhizome seeds decrease after 2 months. After four months storage period, moisture content was still high above 80 %, exceptrhizome seeds in under ground. The rhizome seeds that store in AC room showed the bestperformance and thus, this treatment can be recommended for storage of small white gingerrhizome seeds for 4 months. The low moisture content (< 80%) of rhizome small white ginger seedswill decreased its viability.Keywords: Zingiber officinale var. amarum, seed, storage, viability

This study aims to analyze how much effect of marketing mix, service quality, and consumer satisfaction on the decision to purchase Mio M3 CW Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Unaaha. The population in this study amounted to 80 respondents at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Unaaha, with sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously marketing mix, service quality, and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on the decision to purchase. Marketing mix has a negative and significant effect on the decision to purchase. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase.

Penilaian sangat penting dalam analisis kinerja pegawai karena mengukur kinerja pegawai, kemampuan melaksanakan tugas pokok, dan pegawai di Subbagian Manajemen Sekretariat DPRD Sumatera Utara memiliki peningkatan kinerja yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja Pegawai Subbagian Tata Usaha Disekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian kinerja pegawai Tata Usaha di Kesekretariatan DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara sebagai kunci keberhasilan sebuah istansi. Pekerjaan sesuai dengan SKP (Materi Evaluasi Pekerjaan) yang diterapkan pada instansi tersebut. Salah satu ukuran keberhasilan yang perlu dicapai oleh anggota Sub Bagian Tata Usaha Sekretariat adalah menjelaskan kualitas kerja untuk memastikan kinerja yang baik dan sinkron sesuai SKP. Kinerja staf pada bagian administrasi Sekretariat DPRD Sumut merupakan permohonan maaf karena telah melaksanakan tugas sebagai Bukti kualitas disiplin kerja.

Gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb) belongs to family Rubiaceae and genus Uncaria. The content of chemical compounds in plants is called phytochemicals. Plants can be a source of chemical compounds that can be used as medicine.More than 80% of gambier production in Indonesia comes from the province of West Sumatra ,one of them in Siguntur Muda.Therefore, secondary metabolites in Gambir Leaves have the potential to be further investigated as a source of bioactive compounds. The phytochemical screening of Gambir leaves is a preminilary qualitative test that needs to be done to maximise its function as a medicinal plant. Based on the result data of phytochemical screening show that Gambir contain secondary metabolite compounds of alkaloids, flavonoid, terpenoid and saponins, but do not contained steroid compound

Violence among university students is a serious issue that often neglects the position of victims as subjects who deserve legal and social protection. The case of mob violence against a law faculty student at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) in SMKN 2 Serang City in June 2024 reveals the complexities of victims’ access to justice, marked by slow legal processes and insufficient institutional support. This study employs a qualitative approach with a normative empirical juridical legal research design and a case study method, combining an examination of legislation with field data to explore the social, legal, and psychological conditions of the victims through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and literature review. Data analysis is conducted descriptively-analytically using thematic coding and source triangulation to ensure the validity of findings. The study uncovers three main findings: (1) secondary victimization experienced by victims due to legal process stagnation and lack of accompaniment, (2) institutional responses prioritizing campus reputation over victim recovery, and (3) a culture of violence normalizing violent acts as internal campus conflicts. This research offers victimology-based recommendations, including the establishment of victim service units on campus, sensitivity training for law enforcement officers, and revisions to victim-centered campus policies. The findings underscore the importance of a victimological approach in supporting restorative justice for student violence victims.
