Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of Community Service activities through Online Marketing Counseling and Marketplace Utilization for MSMEs residents of RT. 05 RW.07 Pandegiling, Surabaya to add insight into online marketing and marketplaces for MSME players in RT. 05 RW.07 Pandegiling, Surabaya. In addition to Lecturers and Students from the School of Economics Indonesia Surabaya as the activity implementation team, this counseling was also carried out by involving partners, namely Community Field Staff from PT Shopee International Indonesia. Abstract

The quality of academic services is to refer to academic services provided by education institutions / institutions to students as stakeholders. The quality of best academic services is based on the performance of variety groups of educators, education staff and more over janitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality directly influence student satisfaction and to find out the effect of service quality indirectly affected student loyalty through student satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative methods with explanatory research types. The subjects of this study were S1 "X" S1 and D3 study program students in Surabaya, which in total 98 active students. To test the effect of intervening variables, the path analysis method is used. Path analysis is a direct development of multiple regression forms with the aim of estimating the magnitude and significance (significance) of hypothetical causal relationships in a set of variables. The results showed that the existence of a positive and significant effect simultaneously between service quality variables on student loyalties, while service quality variables through student satisfaction indirectly affect student loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of community service carried out through counseling and assistance in handling complaints at PT Cipta Daya Gemilang Surabaya is to further improve the quality of marketing personnel in handling complaints at the company. The company here will be introduced to how to take steps in dealing with complaints that occur against the company. The method of implementing activities through four stages, namely preparation, counseling on complaint handling materials, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity show that there are still many step-by-step observations that must be addressed by this company to further improve the quality of salespeople in finding and maintaining existing customers.

Abstract

Employee performance is a form of performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Improving employee performance is desirable both from the employer and workers for self-development and promotion of the position. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and compensation for employee performance in sales. This research method uses quantitative methods with the type of explanatory research. The subjects of this study were all sales employees of PT. Surya Timur Sakti East Java in Surabaya, amounting to 107 active employees. To test the effect between variables used multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the presence of a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables of work discipline and compensation for employee performance, while partially the variables of work discipline and compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstrak Kinerja karyawan yaitu pencapaian pekerjaan dalam bentuk prestasi yang diperoleh pegawai pada saat memenuhi komitmen yang telah diserahkan kepadanya. Peningkatan kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang diinginkan baik dari pihak pemberi kerja maupun para pekerja untuk pengembangan diri dan promosi jabatan Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian penjualan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian penjualan PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim di Surabaya yang berjumlah 107 orang karyawan aktif. Untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel digunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secara parsial variabel disiplin kerja dan pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

The purpose of community service carried out through the activity "Counselling and Assistance on Salesmanship Methods at Srijaya Mobil Surabaya Workshop to further improve the quality of salespeople at the workshop. The company here will be introduced to the concept of how salespeople carry out salesmanship activities based on the salesmanship implementation steps commonly carried out in the personal selling process in this case marketing services and services from the Srijaya Mobil workshop. The method of implementing activities through four stages, namely: preparation, counselling Salesmanship material, Monitoring and Evaluation. The results of this activity show that there are still many step-by-step observations that must be addressed by this workshop to further improve the quality of salespeople in finding and maintaining existing customers. Abstract

Penggunaan alat pembayaran telah mengalami kemajuan yang pesat. Perkembangan tersebut berupa alat pembayaran online yang sangat membantu dan mempercepat proses pembayaran. Beragam alat pembayaran online yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan dan pembelian, salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) merupakan standar kode QR Nasional sebagai media pembayaran kode QR di Indonesia yang diluncurkan oleh Bank Indonesia. Dengan penggunaan E-Wallet sebagai alat pembayaran untuk beberapa merchant seperti ShopeePay dan lainnya sangat membantu sebagai alat transaksi pembayaran yang efektif  dan  efisien  serta  mampu  berintegrasi dengan software yang menggunakan InterActive QRIS Open API Platform. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tim Dosen STIESIA Surabaya pada pelaku UMKM di Pandegiling Surabaya dengan  menggunakan metode sosialisasi mengenai manfaat menggunakan QRIS dimana para pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang belum mengetahui informasi penggunaan pembayaran online. Adapun manfaat dari hasil  kegiatan  ini  langsung  dipraktekkan  oleh  pelaku  UMKM Pandegiling untuk  melakukan penggunaan aplikasi QRIS dalam transaksi pembayaran. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku UMKM di Pandegiling Surabaya untuk dapat bersaing dan bertransformasi di era digital.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out, analyze, and test the effect of job embeddedness, emotional intelligence, and employee engagement on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) for employees of PT Nusantara Mobil International. The job embeddedness was measured by fit, links, and sacrifice. Moreover, emotional intelligence was measured by self-awareness, self-control, self-motivation, social awareness, and social skills. Employee engagement was measured by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was employees of PT Nusantara Mobil International which consisted of 74 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which members of the population were the sample.  Additionally, a questionnaire was used as the data collection method. In this research, the data analysis technique is based on multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25.0. The results concluded that job embeddedness has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Similarly, both emotional intelligence and employee engagement had a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This literature review aims to determine the work readiness of undergraduate graduates to meet the qualifications required by employers in the world of work. The method used in this paper involved searching for all studies that examined work readiness and were published from 2019 to 2023. 5 out of 200 studies found on Google Scholar and Scopus were included in this review. Research findings show that programs in higher education, including internships and soft skills training, play an important role in increasing graduates' work readiness, demonstrating that the MBKM Program has effectively developed the skills and competencies required by the world of work. Research discussions highlight that these programs, including internships and soft skills training within the MBKM Program, are crucial for ensuring the relevance of education to job market needs. This research presents novelty by exploring and identifying the factors that influence the job readiness of prospective undergraduate graduates after participating in the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM), thus offering a new perspective in the context of higher education in Indonesia. The implications of this research are significant for curriculum development and learning programs in universities, which must continue to develop programs that support the development of soft skills and hard skills to increase graduates' work readiness.

Turnover intention refers to an employee's desire to leave the company and seek employment elsewhere. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and interpersonal relationships on turnover intention.
