Abstract

An organization or institution is established with specific goals, and the achievement of these objectives is influenced by the behavior and attitudes of its human resources. The success of an organization depends on the contributions of its human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine whether compensation and work motivation have an impact on job satisfaction at PT. Morowali Mitra Perkasa. A quantitative research method is applied in this study, with job satisfaction as the dependent variable and compensation and work motivation as independent variables. The total population of this study is 602 employees. The research sample is determined using Probability Sampling, applying the Simple Random Sampling method, using calculations with the Slovin formula. It is known that the sample size considered representative of the population is 86 respondents. The research analysis method uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) Compensation plays a role in job satisfaction. 2) Work motivation plays a role in job satisfaction

Abstract

Decreased employee performance that hinders the achievement of work targets is often influenced by competence and work discipline. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 52 production employees of CV Budii Jaya. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were then processed with the SmartPLS program. The results showed that competence and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance. The higher the competence of employees, the better the employee performance will be. Likewise with work discipline, the higher the discipline applied by employees, the higher the performance obtained. Keywords: Competence; Work Discipline; Employee Performance

Abstract

In the increasingly modern era of globalization, companies must compete fiercely to maintain their existence and achieve success. The realization of success is certainly not without various challenges, one of which relates to employee performance. This is often influenced by competence, work discipline, and workplace facilities. This research aims to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, and work facilities on the performance of production employees at PT. Romi Violeta Sidoarjo. The population and sample consisted of 38 employees. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, which was then processed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that competence, work discipline, and work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance. The higher the competence of the employees, the better their performance. Furthermore, the greater the discipline applied by employees, the higher their performance will be. Similarly, the more available and adequate the work facilities are to support their tasks, the faster the performance process will be.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance using research objects at Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Timur. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan) of Jawa Timur Province. The sample in this study was 72 respondents who had gone through calculations using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this research uses the component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool. The results of this research show that training can have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Companies that often ignore the needs and rights of human resources, as well as increasing work demands and working conditions that do not meet expectations, will trigger turnover intention in employees. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work-life balance on PT. Kediri Intermedia Pers’ employees turnover intention. This research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a saturated sampling technique to select a sample of 44 respondents. The analysis technique in this study uses the SmartPLS3 program. From the results of statistical testing, it was found that workload has a positive effect on turnover intention, while work-life balance has a negative effect on turnover intention in employees of PT Kediri Intermedia Pers. Abstract

Pada zaman yang sudah modern seperti sekarang ini, perlu adanya peningkatan pada aspek pemasaran dengan menggunakan sosial media yang sudah banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu hal yang bisa dilakukan dalam melakukan pemasaran online yaitu dengan membuat katalog digital yang akan dimasukkan kedalam Linktree untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk dan informasi mengenai produk apa saja yang ditawarkan. Adapun tujuan dari pendampingan UMKM Deps Cookies ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam memasarkan produk secara digital melalui pembuatan katalog digital dan memudahkan konsumen dalam melihat produk yang ditawarkan oleh Deps Cookies. Metode pelaksanaan yang kami lakukan yaitu dengan pendampingan, diskusi, survei, dan wawancara kepada UMKM Dep’s Cookies. Hasil dari pengabdian yang kami lakukan yaitu pemilik dari Dep’s Cookies memahami cara untuk membuat e- catalog dan mampu melakukan digital marketing dengan baik. Seperti membuat konten di Instagram, Facebook ataupun Whatsapp sebagai sarana untuk memasarkan dan mengenalkan produk- produk yang ditawarkan oleh Dep’s Cookies itu sendiri. Di sisi lainnya juga para konsumen Dep’s Cookies merasa terbantu dengan adanya katalog digital dapat memudahkan mereka untuk mendapatkan beberapa informasi dan melihat contoh produknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penerapan manajemen talenta pada Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership di Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pеnеlitiаn dеskriptif dеngаn pеndеkаtаn kuаlitаtif melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan para narasumber, yaitu: Koordinator Human Capital dan Koordinator Public Relation dan Partnership Campuspedia. Analisis data menggunakan Interactive Model yang dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan manajemen talenta pada Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership di Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0 sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik, hal ini tergambar dalam tahapan-tahapan manajemen talenta yang terdapat pada proses kegiatan Program Internship Campuspedia yang meliputi Perencanaan Pegawai (Workforce Planning), Recruitment, On Boarding, Manajemen Kinerja (Performance Management), Training and Performance Support, Compensation and Benefit, serta Uraian Tugas (Job Description). Akan tetapi pada Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0, Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership tidak dapat menemukan peserta terbaik yang bertalenta untuk dapat dipromosikan karena adanya permasalahan internal divisi yang menyebabkan kinerja peserta internship tidak sesuai dengan yang harapkan.Kata kunci: internship, seleksi, penilaian kinerja, manajemen talenta

Abstract

Human resource management (HRM) plays a crucial role in achieving the long-term goals of a company. PT Raya Bumi Nusantara Permai (RBNP) faces challenges in managing human resources, especially at Icon Mall Gresik. Although the mall has become the largest shopping center in Gresik, HR management faces issues such as subjective performance evaluations, differences in job satisfaction based on tenure, and fluctuations in employee motivation. Transparent performance evaluations, proper tenure management, and improved work motivation can address these issues, ultimately enhancing employee job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of performance evaluations, tenure, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at Icon Mall Gresik. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 67 employees from four divisions. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results show that performance evaluations, tenure, and work motivation contribute to employee job satisfaction. Performance evaluations have an impact through job mastery, where employees with adequate knowledge and skills feel more confident and productive, thus improving their job satisfaction. Tenure affects organizational commitment, where employees with longer tenure feel more appreciated and have better relationships with the company, positively impacting job satisfaction. Work motivation influences achievement, where employees who feel they have accomplished their work goals are more satisfied and motivated, which in turn increases their job satisfaction. Recommendations include that the company should improve performance evaluations, appreciate employee loyalty, and provide incentives to enhance motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of work environment and work-life balance on the likelihood of Generation Z employees in Gresik Regency leaving their jobs.  The study employs a quantitative method with a nonprobability sampling technique through purposive sampling, involving 90 Generation Z workers in Gresik Regency. Data were gathered via questionnaire distribution and analyzed using the partial least square method. The study's findings demonstrate that both work environment and work-life balance significantly reduce turnover intention. When Generation Z workers in Gresik Regency perceive their work environment and work-life balance positively, they are less likely to leave their jobs.

Abstract

The study objectives were 1) to describe the level of digital literacy of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur's  students; and 2) Developing a techno-pedagogy approach to improve digital literacy of UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur's students. This research innovation is developing of a techno-pedagogy approach model and arranging a techno-pedagogy approach to improve students' digital literacy. This innovation is based on the idea of a pedagogical model which is an important aspect in achieving learning goals in the world of education. In the first study objective, quantitative methods are used, the second research objective uses qualitative methods. Research location at UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur. This option is to provide insight, knowledge, and solutions to integrated pedagogical problems in learning amid the Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected from questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Among the data needed are online skills; motivation; online video/audio; internet discussion; supporting elements;  ict abilities; blended learning models; teaching contents; frequencies of face-to-face meeting; regulation; culture.
