Abstract

The development of the creative economy in Indonesia has become a main focus in recent years. One important aspect is legal protection for brand holders. This legal protection is crucial because brands are valuable assets in the creative industry. The Indonesian government has taken steps to strengthen brand protection through stricter laws and regulations. This legal protection includes the exclusive right of the brand owner to control the use of its brand, prevent counterfeiting, and protect the brand's reputation. Strong legal protection for brand owners has a positive impact on the growth of the creative economy. This has an impact on creative industry players willingness to invest in their brands, increase consumer trust, and encourage innovation. In a global context, brand protection opens the door for business expansion into international markets. But challenges remain, including effective law enforcement and awareness of brand rights. Therefore, collaboration between government, industry, and brand holders is very important to ensure effective legal protection while advancing Indonesia's creative economy.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan memetakan problematika penerapan aplikasi kepemiluan yang dimiliki oleh KPU, dengan studi kasus di KPU Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan, KPU Kabupaten Sleman, dan KPU Kabupaten Magelang. Bahasan ini berangkat dari pertanyaan mengapa penerapan teknologi informasi oleh KPU dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilu seringkali berjalan tidak maksimal. Alih-alih memudahkan kinerja penyelenggara Pemilu, sejumlah aplikasi digital yang diterapkan KPU kerap justru mempersulit penyelenggara di level bawah, bahkan memicu konflik dengan peserta Pemilu atau masyarakat. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi partisipatoris disertai data pustaka dan wawancara mendalam terhadap operator aplikasi kepemiluan serta pejabat struktural. Dalam menganalisis permasalahan, peneliti menggunakan teori kesenjangan digital. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menemukan tiga faktor dalam sulitnya penerapan aplikasi kepemiluan di KPU: (1) terbatasnya jumlah sumber daya manusia di KPU Kabupaten/Kota yang mampu mengelola aplikasi kepemiluan dengan baik; (2)sejumlah aplikasi kepemiluan sebenarnya belum cukup siap untuk diterapkan, dan (3) bimbingan teknis untuk pengguna aplikasi tersebut tidak efektif. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, artikel ini mengajukan tiga rekomendasi pada KPU RI: (1) menguatkan kuantitas dan kualitas SDM yang mengelola aplikasi kepemiluan di KPU Kabupaten/Kota; (2) memastikan bahwa setiap aplikasi telah betul-betul siap diterapkan, termasuk dengan uji coba yang komprehensif; dan (3) menguatkan cakupan dan kedalaman Bimtek (Bimbingan Teknis), baik secara luring maupun daring.

Abstract

This research discusses the concept of Science Integration and Types of Science Integration Paradigms. The aim of this journal is to investigate and deepen the concept and practice of science integration, and reveal its benefits in solving complex problems in various fields of knowledge. The method used in preparing this journal is library research, by reviewing several literature regarding the integration of science and its types of paradigms. As a result, we can find out what integration of science is and its benefits for Islamic education. Based on the results of the literature review, this journal explains that the concept of integration of science and religion is divided into two meanings, namely reintegration and integrative. This journal also identifies several types of science integration paradigms, such as the Islamization of Science Paradigm, Islamic Science, Integration-interconnection, and Transdisciplinary Paradigm.

Abstract

In the world of Islamic education, morality and fiqh are two important pillars that shape the personality and social life of a Muslim. Understanding of normative fiqh is sometimes perceived as rigid or less in accordance with the ever-changing social dynamics. Therefore, it is important to conduct an in-depth analysis of morality and fiqh material so that the material taught is not only theoretical, but also contextual and applicable. This analysis is expected to provide an overview of how morality and fiqh material can be taught more electively, and how to connect the two materials in forming a ballistic Muslim character. This study discusses the concept of morality in Islam with a focus on the perspective of fiqh. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between morality and fiqh in the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method uses content analysis and literature study. The results of the study show that morality has an important role in shaping Muslim behavior. Conclusion, morality and fiqh have a close connection in Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze women's political participation and representation in the 2024 elections in Lampung Province. A qualitative descriptive methodology was used, focusing on literature from official sources, such as government agencies, NGOs, and research institutions. The theory of women's political participation highlights the importance of active involvement in politics to achieve gender equality and ensure that women's interests are represented in public policy. Conversely, representative theory by Hanna Pitkin emphasizes the need for alignment between societal demographics and political representation. The findings indicate that women's representation in Lampung is stagnating, significantly below the national quota target, reflecting a stagnant participation trend that may decline if existing challenges are not addressed. Women's involvement in politics is also hindered by male dominance within party structures. Inhibiting factors include socio-cultural norms, limited access to education and political information, and a lack of opportunities and resources. This research aims to enhance understanding of women's rights and roles in local politics and encourage their political engagement. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control, compliance, compensation management to ethical behavior of employees Center of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires to the respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and data that meet the criteria are as many as 60 samples. Multiple linear analysis is a technique of data analysis used in this study. The results obtained showed that partial internal control does not affect the ethical behavior of employees, compliance affect the ethical behavior of employees and management compensation does not affect the ethical behavior does not affect the ethical behavior of employees Center of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk.

Abstract

Situasi pandemi pada saat ini menyebabkan beberapa perubahan yang merubah tatanan hidup, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Sehingga semua tingkat pendidikan "dipaksa" beralih untuk beradaptasi dengan drastis dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa inggris di rumah melalui media online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan secara teoritis dengan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan terkait pembelajaran online berbasis proyek pada pembelajaran bahasa inggris di era pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada sistem belajar dari rumah. Sistem pembelajaran online berbasis proyek pelajar diberikan keleluasaan untuk mengakses materi pembelajaran bahasa inggris melalui internet. Pendidik dan peserta didik dapat mengakses banyak platform maupun media online melalui jaringan internet. Beberapa hal yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran online antara lain terbatasnya kuota internet, dan pendidik serta peserta didik yang tidak terbiasa dengan penerapan pembelajaran online. Abstract

Vernacular architecture represents the physical embodiment of local wisdom shaped by adaptation to environmental conditions, cultural practices, and available materials. One example of such architecture in Indonesia is Lamban Pesagi, the traditional house of the Lampung Pepadun ethnic group, which holds significant historical, cultural, and technical value. This study aims to identify and analyze the wooden joinery systems employed in the construction of Lamban Pesagi as part of efforts to preserve traditional building techniques increasingly threatened by modernization. The research adopts a qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach through field observation, visual documentation, technical sketching, and literature review. The object of study is a Lamban Pesagi structure relocated to the Lampung Museum. The findings reveal a variety of joinery techniques, including mortise-and-tenon joints, wooden pegs, ornamental clamped joints, oblique mortise-and-tenon, and lashed joints. Each joint type serves specific structural functions according to its location in the foundation, mid-structure, or roof zone and demonstrates a high level of technical sophistication. These techniques not only ensure structural strength and stability but also provide lateral flexibility and efficient use of local materials. The identified joinery systems exhibit strong potential for integration into contemporary timber construction practices focused on sustainability. The documentation and analysis of these traditional joints contribute significantly to the preservation of Nusantara’s architectural heritage and the development of sustainable construction practices rooted in indigenous knowledge.

Abstract

The coastal community of Indragiri Hilir, Riau, heavily depends on fishery resources as their main livelihood and a pillar of local economic resilience. However, excessive exploitation, degradation of coastal ecosystems, and climate change threaten the sustainability of fishery resources in this region. This study aims to analyze the existing management conditions of fisheries and formulate sustainable management strategies that can strengthen the economic resilience of the coastal community. The research method employs a qualitative and quantitative approach through field surveys, in-depth interviews with fishers and stakeholders, as well as secondary data analysis related to fishery production and the socio-economic conditions of the community. The results indicate that overfishing, mangrove habitat destruction, and weak regulatory enforcement are primary challenges in managing fisheries in Indragiri Hilir. Recommended strategies include the implementation of marine conservation zones, strengthening fisher institutions, diversifying businesses based on sustainable fisheries such as environmentally friendly aquaculture and marine ecotourism, and enhancing community capacity through training and access to capital. Integrating local wisdom with ecosystem-based approaches is key to successful sustainable management. Sustainable fisheries management not only ensures the long-term availability of resources but also improves the income and welfare of coastal communities. This study is expected to serve as a reference for local governments and stakeholders in formulating adaptive and inclusive fishery management policies to achieve resilient and sustainable economic security for coastal communities.

Abstract

The West Papua Province logo drawn by Pieter Mambor as an order from the Government of West Papua Provincial, Abraham Octavianus Atururi. However, the West Papua Provincial Government does not provide compensation to Pieter Mambor as the creator of the logo image. The main problem in this articles is how is the legal protection of the creation of the West Papua Province logo based on Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright? and whether the decision of the Makassar Commercial Court Number: 3/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Cipta/2022/PN Niaga Mks is accordance Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright? This research is normative type, descriptive nature, the main data is secondary data supported by interviews, data collection methods with literature studies, analyzed qualitatively and conclusions are drawn using deductive logic. The result of the research is the legal protection of the creation of the West Papua Province logo which is included in the category of fine art images regulated in Article 40 paragraph (1) of the UUHC and Decision 3/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Cipta/2022/PN Niaga Mks is not accordance with Article 9 paragraph (2) of Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The conclusion is that the logo of Papua province is included in the creation protected by copyright.
