Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of lowstudent learning outcomes, especially in the IPAS subject for fourth grade at SD Negeri 10 Tanjung Lago. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the role-playing learning method on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students as a resource in the learning process, with the research subjects being students (n=33). This research method is a type of quantitative research using the Quasi Experiment method (quasi-experiment) with the design form in this study being Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection techniques in this study were tests in the form of multiple choice questions (pretest and posttest), observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study were normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. Student learning outcome data were analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests with (Sign.) > 0.05. Then continued with the homogeneity test, it was stated that the significance value of the student learning outcomes obtained was 0.341, meaning that the data was homogeneous, namely from the same variant because the sign value was greater than 0.05. Then continued with the data analyzed using the Independent sample t-test on the SPSS version 25 application. The results of the study showed that the role playing method was able to improve student learning outcomes. The results of the hypothesis test showed a Sign value. (2-tailed) 0.001 <0.05 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with the statement "There is an Influence of the Role Playing Learning Method on the Learning Outcomes of Class IV Of State Elementary School 10 Tanjung Lago".

Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan bisnis yang terjadi saat ini membuat setiap perusahaan dituntut untuk mampu meningkatkan tujuan dan target perusahaan secara optimal, salah satunya yaitu dengan meningkatkan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia yang ada dalam perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi dan motivasi berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan di bagian fomer PT Pelita Harapan Abadi. Pengembangan komunikasi yang efektif serta pemberian motivasi dari atasan kepada bawahan dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan produktifitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbukaan komunikasi yang diberikan oleh atasan kepada bawahan dan motivasi yang diberikan melalui pemberian dukungan dan pengakuan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini menjadi bukti bahwa motivasi dan komunikasi internal yang baik mampu menjadi pendorong untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Implikasi hasil ini bagi manajemen PT Pelita Harapan Abadi dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan dan merumuskan strategi bagi pengembangan kinerja karyawan yang lebih terarah.

Abstract

Given the COVID-19 and normality of new, colleges and universities around the world must take action to secure the conditions of students and their staff, as well as members of the community.The pandemic of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) give a serious impact on access to higher education around the world. UNESCO Data mentioned in the year 2020 there were 1.1 billion students in the world (ranging from kindergarden to college) that apply the method of learning from home. In addition, there are about 63 million lecturers and teachers around the world who can't go teach. there are as many as 144 countries that apply the closure of the area or lockdown.One of the programs that must be quick in adaptation is to prepare human resources who are capable of adaptive in the era of the new normal. Specifically for college how in printing graduates involves the process of teaching and learning that focuses on the use of advanced technology, but at the same time human-centered that prioritizes the educational process by way of an interactive, two-way communication, collaborative and based on the spirit of long life learning.In the new normal era it is very important for educational institutions to develop innovative learning media will attract learners in following learning and will have an impact on learning outcomes both cognitively, affectively and psychomotorly. The attitude and behavior of friendly teachers, skills, and ownership of creative ideas owned by teachers can increase the motivation of learners.
