Abstract

Early childhood character education is crucial for forming both people and society. However, implementing successful character education programs continues to present difficulties. Through Participatory Action Research (PAR), this study seeks to understand these issues better and identify solutions. Teachers, parents, and kids are the major participants in this research process. Role-playing and classroom discussions were part of the research methodology used to understand how youngsters conceptualize moral and ethical principles. The study's findings indicate that interactive discussions and role plays can help kids learn moral and ethical principles and motivate them to live by them. This study demonstrates the value of a participatory approach.

Abstract

Schools are a form of educational institution that can be spearheads in improving the community's and students' health status by prioritizing preventive and promotive efforts. Diseases commonly occurring in notable settlements can be prevented and screened from the start so they can be prevented and receive early treatment. Ma'arif Walisongo Kajoran Vocational School emphasizes its students to always behave healthily and cleanly through various methods, one of which is washing their hands. This service aims to assist students in implementing PHBS as an early prevention effort for various diseases. The method used in this service activity is participatory action research or PAR. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, all students at Ma'arif Walisongo Kajoran Vocational School are very enthusiastic about implementing PBHS as an effort to prevent various diseases by washing their hands with soap, always wearing masks, keeping the environment clean, exercising regularly, eating nutritious food and other.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Lack of Islamic Economic Literacy Development in Sahwahita-Based Inclusion-Based Libraries (Village Need)". The purpose of this study was to find out the Sahwahita inclusive library in developing Islamic economic literacy, the obstacles of the Sahwahita inclusion library in developing Islamic economic-based literacy and the efforts made by the Sahwahita inclusive library in overcoming these obstacles. The method used is a qualitative method. The author conducted interviews with the head of the library management based on social inclusion Sahwahita. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the Sahwahita Library is still relatively new in operation which still focuses on general development activities and has not led to development activities in accordance with Islamic Shari'a. Regarding the obstacles that exist in the Sahwahita Library at this time, namely with membership, where many members have resigned because the members are students and current students who are already working out of town and many activities are carried out online due to the pandemic, many people are I still don't understand digital.

Abstract

Abstrak Sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu dokumen penting yang harus dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM industri makanan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen sekaligus dapat meningkatkan peluang dan memberikan potensi besar dalam peningkatan penjualan. Tujuan dari  pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM dan membantu membuatkan dokumen sertifkikat halal secara gratis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan metode ABCD dimana ada 5 tahapan yang harus dijalankan, antara  lain tahap discovery, dream, design, define dan destiny. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu  pendampingan  selama proses penerbitan sertifikat halal  mulai dari input data melalui aplikasi si halal. Dari 20 UMKM yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pendampingan, berhasil dicapai pencapaian yang signifikan, di mana 15 UMKM berhasil mendapatkan sertifikat halal. Keberhasilan ini mencerminkan efektivitas pendampingan dan keberhasilan tim pengabdi dalam mengatasi kendala yang awalnya dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM. Selain dari aspek formal dan regulatif, keberhasilan ini juga menciptakan dampak positif pada tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk-produk UMKM. Kata kunci: pendampingan; sertifikasi halal; UMKM Abstract A halal certificate is one of the important documents that MSMEs in the food industry must have. This aims to increase consumer confidence while increasing opportunities and providing great potential for increasing sales. The aim of carrying out this service is to provide understanding to MSME players and help create halal certificate documents for free. The method used in this activity is the ABCD method, where five stages must be carried out, including the Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny stages. The result of this community service is assistance during the halal certificate issuance process, starting from data input through the halal application. Of the 20 MSMEs that participated in the mentoring activities, they achieved significant achievements, whereas 15 MSMEs achieved halal certificates. This success reflects the effectiveness of mentoring and the success of the service team in overcoming the obstacles initially faced by MSME actors. Apart from the formal and regulatory aspects, this success also creates a positive impact on the level of consumer confidence in MSME products. Keywords: accompaniment; halal certification; MSMEs

Abstract

Abstrak Penggunaan alat-alat pengeditan foto, seperti aplikasi Photoroom, telah menjadi langkah penting dalam memastikan bahwa setiap gambar yang digunakan dalam pemasaran online memiliki kualitas yang memadai. Kendati Photoroom dapat digunakan untuk visualisasi produk yang menarik, akan tetapi banyak individu dan pelaku usaha belum banyak yang mengetahuinya. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para mitra dalam melakukan edit foto produk sebagai media promosi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Photoroom. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan kurang lebih 45 hari yaitu dimulai dari 20 Juli sampai dengan 30 September 2023 di Desa Adipuro, Kecamatan Kaliangkrik Kabupaten Magelang. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 15 remaja di Desa Adipuro yang memiliki orang tua sebagai pemilik usaha kecil. Kegitan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pengabdian ini telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan para peserta dalam melakukan edit foto produk sebagai media promosi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Photoroom. Sebelum dilaksanakannya pengabdian, data awal menunjukkan bahwa hanya 66,7% peserta yang memiliki kemampuan sangat baik dalam menggunakan smartphone. Namun, setelah pelaksanaan pengabdian, terjadi peningkatan yang mencolok, di mana 93,3% peserta menunjukkan kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam memanfaatkan smartphone untuk keperluan editing foto. Tingginya persentase peserta yang meningkatkan kemampuan dalam menggunakan smartphone dapat dianggap sebagai indikator keberhasilan pengabdian. Kata kunci: pengabdian kepada masyarakat; pelatihan; photoroom. Abstract Photo editing tools, such as the Photoroom application, have become essential in ensuring that every image used in online marketing is of sufficient quality. Even though Photoroom can be used to visualize attractive products, many individuals and business people need to learn about it. This service aims to improve partners' abilities in editing product photos as promotional media using the Photoroom application. This service activity will be carried out for approximately 45 days, from July 20 to September 30, 2023, in Adipuro Village, Kaliangkrik District, Magelang Regency. The partners involved in this activity were 15 teenagers in Adipuro Village whose parents were small business owners. Service activities are carried out through three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. This service has had a significant impact on increasing the participants' ability to edit product photos as promotional media using the Photoroom application. Before the service, initial data showed that only 66.7% of participants had excellent smartphone use abilities. However, after carrying out the service, there was a striking increase, where 93.3% of participants showed excellent skills in using smartphones for photo editing purposes. The high percentage of participants who improve their smartphone use indicates the success of their service. Keywords: community service; training; photoroom

Abstract

This study aims to find out more and describe the state of the marketing communication mix implemented by the KSPPS Karisma branch of Grabag to arouse the interest of members and increase the number of their members. Increasing The failure of cooperatives to attract members is one of the factors. There is a lack of marketing communications while members are the source. Cooperative survival requires good marketing communications, informing the existence of products and convincing people to make purchases. The method used is descriptive qualitative method in this study. The data analysis method used is data collection, presentation of the data found and conclusions. Information obtained from observations and interviews where the sampling technique was purposive sampling, documentation, internet and literature research was carried out from January 2022 to December 2022. The marketing communication mix used by KSPPS Karisma Grabag to reach members is advertising, personal selling, and word of mouth marketing, direct and interactive marketing and public relations and Advertising. The marketing communication mix used in this study Kharisma KSPPS Grabag increased the number of members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui:1) Pengaruh uang saku terhadap keputusan pembelian produk online shop Santri Al Husna Payaman. 2)Pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan Terhadap Keputusan pembelian produk online shop Santri Al- Husna Payaman. 3) Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk online shop Santri Al- Husna Payaman. Model yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah menggunakan program analisis skala guttman (SKALO). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skalo- Program Analisis Skala Guttman Versi 3. Data yang digunakan adalah adata primer dengan pengambilan melalui kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan untuk 1) Uang Saku dengan besaran ≤Rp.500.000 perbulan menunjukan bahwa pembelian online shop Santri Al- Husna Payaman masih mempertimbangkan keputusan pembelian dengan 0-1 kali dalam waktu satu bulan 2)Pengalaman Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online shop yang ditunjukan dengan nilai rata- rata persentase sebesar 85% dan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi 3) Gaya Hidup berpengaruh signifikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai rata- rata persentase sebesar 78% dan termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is the right step to face increasingly fierce competition in promoting a product in the era of globalization. Several analyzes can be done to determine the marketing strategy used by a company. Marketing strategies are useful for formulating company goals, such as increasing the number of customers at BMT Eka Mandiri Muntilan Branch. This research adopts a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The 4P theory (product, price, place, promotion) is also applied in this study by analyzing customer responses using the AIDCA concept (Attention, Interest, Desire, Conviction, Action). The focus of the research is to understand the marketing strategy of wadiah savings at BMT Eka Mandiri Muntilan Branch and analyze its impact on saving interest. The results showed that BMT Eka Mandiri uses a 4P strategy that successfully creates aspects of buying interest, encouraging potential customers to buy and use wadiah savings products. This research is expected to provide information and become a reading material for the readers regarding the marketing strategies and the analysis conducted.

Abstract

This research focuses on implementing the Murabaha contract in BNU'26 Magelang District, the only community bank in Indonesia. BNU's problems in implementing the concept of pure Sharia are related to the constraints of banking laws prohibiting direct transactions. Therefore, to carry out Murabaha transactions, BNU has to partner with suppliers of goods. The second problem is more customer understanding of the Murabaha contract. This research was conducted at BNU'26 Magelang using a qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews. The results of this study indicate that murabaha financing uses murabaha bil wakalah, where the bank does not provide goods directly. Alternatively, the bank works with other parties to provide goods used as Murabaha financing to customers.

Abstract

One of the obstacles in the Musyarakah Mutanaqisah contract is that two contracts must be carried out, namely cooperation (Syirkah) and rent (Ijarah). In implementing musyarakah mutanaqishah, two types of transactions are involved in one agreement. Therefore, capital goods are not only the object of transactions in musyarakah mutanaqishah but also function as objects in ijarah transactions for business development and as objects in buying and selling transactions to protect ownership of capital goods. This research aims to determine how the implementation of the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract at Bank BNU'26 Syariah Magelang is implemented. Mutanaqisah musyarakah contract is an agreement or arrangement between two or more people that is derivative and in the form of an agreement. This study uses qualitative methods with two approaches, namely interviews and observations. The results of this study confirm that BNU'26 Syariah, implementing the mutanaqisah musyarakah contract to customers, is there is cooperation between the bank and the customer in an effort based on mutual agreement. The contract can be agreed upon if the customer agrees to the requirements that Bank BNU'26 Syariah Magelang has determined.
