Abstract

The number of outpatient visits at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar decreased from 2017 as many as 47.773 patients to 45.591 patients where the decrease in the number of outpatient visits was indicated to be related to the excellent service provided by the hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of excellent service on the satisfaction of outpatients at the Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted in the outpatient room of the Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. The total sample was 397 outpatients. Data were collected using a questionnaire tool. Data were analyzed using the chi square test at α <5%. The results showed that there was an effect of excellent service from the Attitude with a value of p=0,007, Attention with a value of p=0,001, Action with a value of p=0,003, Ability with a value of p=0,001, Appearance with a value of p=0,000, and Accountability with a value of p=0,000 on outpatient satisfaction at Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar. It is expected that the Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar will pay attention and maintain the items of Attitude, Attention, Action, Ability, Appearance, and Accountability because it is scientifically proven affect to outpatient satisfaction.

Abstract

Jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di RSUD H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar mengalami penurunan secara signifikan dalam tiga tahun terakhir, pada tahun 2017 sebesar 83.343 pasien berkurang menjadi 80.084 di tahun 2018, pada tahun 2019 kembali menurun menjadi 77.032 pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Gap harapan dan kenyataan pasien JKN terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan dengan Metode Servqual dan Metode Importance Performance Analysis di RSUD H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan menggunakan metode Servqual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di ruang rawat jalan di RSUD H. Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Kabupaten Takalar dengan populasi sebanyak 77.032 pasien rawat jalan serta diperoleh sampel sebanyak 398 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Gap dengan metode Servqual dan Importance Performance Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft Excell dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Tangible memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,3 (persentase kesesuaian 72,9%), Assurance memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,6 (67,1%), Reliability memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,5 (67,9%), Responsiveness memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,6 (66,3%), Empathy memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,5 (68,3%), Kenyamanan memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,5 (68,1%), Ketepatan Waktu memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,8 (60,4%), Efisiensi Layanan Kesehatan memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,6 (66,3%), Kesinambungan Layanan Kesehatan memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,5 (69,6%), serta Efektivitas Layanan Kesehatan memiliki nilai Gap sebesar -1,3 (72,5%).

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the results of the initial survey conducted, it was noted that the total number of nurses working at the Makassar Hajj Hospital reached 316 people. Although the number of nurses is quite large, there are several problems that affect their performance at the hospital. One of the main problems found was the lack of motivation provided by the hospital management. Support and encouragement from the leadership is needed to improve nurses' morale, but this is still not given enough attention. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect nurses' performance. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at Hajj Hospital Makassar. The research was conducted in April 2022. The study population was all nurses who were in the wards of the Makassar Hajj Hospital. The research sample amounted to 36 people. The sampling technique used Simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between work motivation and nurse performance (p value: 0.001) and there was no relationship between leadership style and nurse performance. It is recommended for hospitals to improve the performance of nurses by carrying out supervision and to nurses in the form of monitoring and evaluation of every activity of providing nursing care to patients and providing opportunities for nurses to attend nursing training so that the quality of nursing services becomes better.Keywords: Performance, Motivation, Nurses.

Abstract

Abstract: Puskesmas have various tasks and work programs that are quite complex in their working areas. These tasks involve various aspects of health services, ranging from disease prevention, health promotion, to treatment for various community groups. Based on a preliminary study conducted at five Puskesmas located in Ciputat Sub-district, South Tangerang City, namely Puskesmas Kampung Sawah, Puskesmas Ciputat, Puskesmas Sawah Baru, Puskesmas Situ Gintung, and Puskesmas Jombang, through interviews with several health workers, it was revealed that they feel fully responsible for all the work received at the Puskesmas. Each health worker at the health center also has to deal with quite a lot of additional tasks, which often exceed the capacity of their main job. This indicates an excessive workload, which leads to high work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine several factors associated with work stress in health workers in health facilities. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The study was conducted in the Ciputat District Working Area of South Tangerang City which consists of five Puskesmas, namely Puskesmas Kampung Sawah, Puskesmas Ciputat, Puskesmas Sawah Baru, Puskesmas Situ Gintung, and Puskesmas Jombang. The research was conducted in June 2023. The population in this study were all health workers at the Puskesmas of Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, totaling 82 people. The research sample amounted to 82 people who were selected using total sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted univariate and bivariate. The results showed an association between leadership style (p value: 0.022) and interpersonal relationships (p value: 0.036) on the incidence of stress. It is recommended to the health center to be able to apply a good leadership style to every employee of the health center, especially health workers by providing equal work and fair behavior towards health workers in order to prevent the onset of work stress in health workers and can improve good interpersonal relationships among coworkers and health workers in order to create harmony and a sense of harmony at work and minimize the occurrence of work stress in the work environment.Keywords: Leadership Style, Interpersonal Relationships, Stress.

Abstract

Abstract: Patient satisfaction is a customer response to fulfilling needs and expectations. The Rambah Samo I Puskesmas is one of the Puskesmas in Rokan Hulu Regency which has experienced a decrease in the number of patient visits utilizing services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of several factors with patient satisfaction with primary health services. Quantitative research type with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in 2023 with a sample of 99 people. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between reliability (p value 0.043), responsiveness (p value 0.040, POR 2.751). It is recommended to the Puskesmas to be able to improve the quality of health services consisting of administrative officers, health worker services, and pharmacy services in order to provide friendly and attentive service to patients and provide clear information to patients.Keywords: Reliability, Patient, Health Center

Abstract

Nurse satisfaction is very important to know in order to improve the quality of service and also a positive attitude towards work will emerge. Job satisfaction of each nurse can be measured by the size of the gap between expectations and the reality received. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect nurses' job satisfaction in the hospital. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at Hajj Hospital Makassar. The research was conducted in April 2024. The study population was all nurses at the Makassar Hajj Hospital. The research sample amounted to 42 people. The sampling technique used Simple random sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between salary (p value: 0.003) and promotion opportunities (p value: 0.023). It is recommended that hospital management can review the amount of nurses' salaries and the governance of Human Resources in the Hospital.Keywords: Salary, Job Satisfaction, Promotion

Abstract

Abstract: One of the health problems that is still a serious concern and raises concerns among the people of Indonesia is HIV/AIDS. Based on document searches, according to information from KPA Semarang Regency, cases are found to increase every year. From June 2022, there were 960 people affected by HIV. Bergas area with the first rank most HIV cases found with 115 cases. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between self-acceptance and adherence to ARV treatment in people with HIV. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted in the working area of the Bergas District Health Center in November 2024. The population was ODHIV who came to the Bergas District VCT clinic with a total of 115 ODHIV obtained from visit data at the VCT clinic. The sample amounted to 85 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was Accidental Sampling. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivariately. The results showed that there was a relationship between Self Acceptance and adherence to taking medication with a p value of 0.01. It is recommended to the family of ODHIV to always provide support and motivation to ODHIV.Keywords: HIV, Penerimaan Diri, VCT

Abstract

Abstract:Puskesmas is the frontline in organizing basic health efforts by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts to achieve public health status. Puskesmas accreditation is one of the regulatory mechanisms that aims to encourage efforts to improve the quality and performance of Puskesmas services. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between puskesmas accreditation and the level of patient satisfaction at the puskesmas. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The study was conducted at 2 health centers in Semarang Regency. The research was conducted in July 2024. The sample amounted to 240 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between the level of accreditation of health centers (p value: 0.042) on patient satisfaction. It is recommended that the health center improve and improve the quality of health services from all dimensions of reliability, assurance, tangiable, empathy and responsiveness and conduct regular and continuous patient satisfaction surveys to evaluate the health service performance of the Puskesmas.Keywords: Accreditation, Satisfaction, Health Center.

Abstract

Abstract: Work fatigue experienced by nurses is one of the significant factors that can reduce the quality of health services and increase the risk of errors in medical actions. Nurses who experience fatigue tend to show a significant decrease in performance, both in terms of the effectiveness of nursing actions and productivity in providing health services. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors associated with job fatigue in nurses. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at RSU Haji Medan in July 2024. The study population was all inpatient nurses at RSU Haji Medan which amounted to 227 people. The sample amounted to 119 respondents. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between age (p value: 0.032) and workload (p value: 0.01) to job fatigue in nurses. Abstract

Abstract: Nurses are one of the key components in hospital health services. Work fatigue that is not adequately addressed can cause various serious problems in the work environment, including an increased risk of workplace accidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors associated with fatigue in nurses. The research design used in this study is cross-sectional. The study was conducted at Sundari General Hospital. The study was conducted in February 2025. The study population consisted of all nurses at Sundari General Hospital. The sample consisted of 65 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed a relationship between length of service (p value: 0.047) and workload (p value: 0.00) with work fatigue among nurses. It is recommended that hospital management recruit additional nurses to compensate for the number of patient visits. Providing occupational safety and health (OSH) education on work fatigue management for nurses and ensuring adequate nutritional intake are also necessary as preventive measures against more serious work-related illnesses.Keywords: Workload, Work Fatigue, Nurses.
