This research was driven by a long-standing problem and the high number of students enrolling in private, face-to-face elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to examine parents' strategies and expectations in choosing an elementary school for their children to ensure an ideal education. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data analysis was conducted using source triangulation. The data analysis technique used a synchronization between the ideal school selection strategy for children and Talcott Parsons' structural-functional theory. The results showed that Adaptation (A) is reflected in parents' motivation and expectations for their children's education. Goal Attainment (G) is reflected in parents' considerations of school quality and available facilities. Integration (I) is reflected in parents' perceptions of their children and their educational needs. Latency (L) reflects parents' trust in the school and its education system. The survey results showed that the main factors considered by parents were teacher quality and school reputation, with 86.6% and 70%, respectively, rating these factors as very important. Facilities, location, and educational costs were also important considerations. Recent trends and their influence are beginning to be noticed, albeit to a slightly lesser extent. In general, parents prioritize school quality and reputation when choosing a school for their children.

Abstract The background of this research is to know how the e-learning system in the teaching and learning system at the public high school level, because the Covid 19 pandemic still allows us to learn online at home, with the e-learning system, the learning system can be very effective. remotely, because this research this time will discuss how a good system is applied to the learning process with an e-learning system. The method used in this research is to use the literature review method by referring to previously published books and journals, with the existence of books and journals that discuss this research before, it is certain that this research will produce the latest research and can become the basis for future research. . There are many remote learning method systems during the Covid 19 pandemic, with this remote learning system, the spread of the Corona virus will be greatly reduced, because students do not meet in person and cannot spread directly through physical contact, with the distance learning method. the teaching and learning system continues even though the Covid 19 pandemic spreads. In this research, we will produce a system proposal that will be the basis for the development of distance teaching and learning methods, using e-learning media at an educational level, namely public high schools with a proposed system, so it can be the best suggestion in the future. thiscovid 19 pandemic. Desa Banara merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamaran Grogol Kabupaten SukoharjoÂ yang berbatasan langsung dengan Kota Surakarta, tepatnya Kecamatan Laweyan. Dengan letak geografis ini membuat UMKM banyak tumbuh. Akan tetapi masih banyak dari UMKM tersebut kurang begitu maksimal dalam meningkatkan potensi produknya. Teknologi informasi khususnya dibidang digital marketing sangatlah sesuai dengan keadaan saat ini. Termasuk didalamnya keterlibatan 5 unsur (pentahelix) pemerintahan, akademisi, pelaku usaha, komunitas, dan media. Pelatihan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi dan workshop pengetahuan digital marketing, packaging, serta pembuatan konten digital marketing ini sangatlah penting untuk meningkatkan perekonomian bagi UMKM. Materi tersebut disampaikan dalam tajuk sosialisasi UMKM berbasis teknologi informasi, branding kuat, marketing cepat, UMKM melesat. Kegiatan berupa sosialisasi dan workshop sederhana yang diselenggarakan pada Kamis 18 September 2025. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang sangat bagus. Ini terbukti dari hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan pemahaman konsep digital marketing sebesar 11%, pengenalan platform digital sebesar 14%, pengetahuan tentang strategi branding sebesar 15%, pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pembuatan konten promosi sebesar 11% dan penggunaan tools digital marketing sebesar 18%. Kegiatan ini akan terus berjalan karena Desa Banaran merupakan salah satu desa binaan Universitas Tiga Serangkai. Masih terdapat potensi desa yang dapat di eksplor guna meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Banaran. Kegiatan-kegiatan lanjutan digital marketing bagi pelaku UMKM juga masih sangat dibutuhkan
