Abstract

KPU is a general election organizing agency, it takes hard work and creative efforts in inviting the public to be able to play an active role in the ELECTION, especially the ELECTION. To reveal the problem thoroughly and in depth, the low participation of the community in carrying out elections. Some of them are: laziness, not changing fate, influence of other parties, ethnic issues, saturation of the community towards elections, low trust or disappointment (against election organizers, election participants namely legislative candidates, regional leader candidates and political parties), lack of impetus towards community, public awareness is low. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is useful for providing facts and data regarding the strategy of the Independent Election Commission of Central Aceh Regency in an effort to increase voter participation, then the data is analyzed using John Middleton's communication strategy model. the results of this study found that analysis and audience segmentation must also be carried out by determining who the target audience for the program is running. This analysis is very important because the form of planning will depend on the type of public being faced. Media selection is very important to do by paying attention to each stage of socialization, so conclusions can be drawn about how the Strategy of the Independent Election Commission of Central Aceh Regency in an effort to increase public participation in the Pilkada 1. to strengthen or strengthen the agency or institution 2. face to face socialization. face) and through the media 3. Beginner Voter Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi pemasaranyang digunakan PT.BPR-Syariah Renggali Takengon dalam mengomunikasikan Produk Pembiayaan PadaNasabah sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan dan apa sajafaktor pendukung strategi pemasaran PT.BPR-Syariah Renggali Takengon.Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi, maka dihasilkan temuan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwastrategi pemasaran yang digunakan PT.BPR-Syariah Renggali Takengondalam mengomunikasikan Produk pada nasabah yang mencakup tentang pendekatan dengan nasabah,perencanaan produk dan promosi. Faktor-faktor pendukung strategi pemasaranmencakup tentang pelayanan prima terhadap nasabah, lokasi yang mudahdijangkau, peningkatan SDM, mempunyai daya saing terhadap lembaga lain.Mengacu pada temuan tersebut, maka penelitian ini merekomendasikan tentang:1) Strategi pemasaran lebih ditingkatkan lagi supaya menjadi bank kepercayaankhususnya masyarakat yang berada di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah; 2) Melakukansosialisasi produk-produk PT.BPR-Syariah Renggali Takengon kepada masyarakatkhususnya produk pembiayaan hal ini dikarenakan tingkat pemahaman danpengetahuan masyarakat tentang murabahah masih rendah dan juga masih banyakyang belum mengerti dan salah faham tentang bank syari’ah dan mengagapnyasama saja dengan bank konvensional. Jadi bank harus melakukan pendekatanmelalui pondok-pondok pesantren, takmir-takmir masjid dan musholla, lembaga-lembagapendidikan, jamaah pengajian; 3) Melengkapi peralatan operasionaldengan teknologi yang canggih dan modern seperti ATM, sehingga nasabah bisamenarik dana dimana saja, jadi dengan hal ini bisa memberikan pelayanan kepadanasabah secara cepat dan lebih memuaskan, baik kepada nasabah pembiayaan ataupenabung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui apakah belanja modal dan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh secara parsial dan Simultan terhadap belanja pemeliharaan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di provinsi Aceh. Metode Analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder (time series) dari tahun 2006 s/d 2011. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hitungan diketahui bahwa hasil output regresi variabel Belanja Modal (X1) menunjukkan t hitung sebesar 3,963. (X2) variabel pendapatan asli daerah sebesar -681 dengan angka signifikansi lebih kecil 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel belanja pemeliharaan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Aceh. Nilai F hitung sebesar 11,446 dengan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel independen yaitu Belanja Modal memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap belanja pemeliharaan, sementara pendapatan asli daerah tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap belanja pemeliharaan pemerintah kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Aceh, selanjutnya dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dari kedua variabel independen yaitu belanja modal, pendapatan asli daerah, sebesar 31,2% . Untuk pemerintah kabupaten dan kota disarankan agar dapat menampilkan informasi keuangan melalui e-bugeting, sehingga stik holder seperti peneliti tidak terjadi kendala dalam pengumpulan data.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms on transaction costs within Indonesia's traditional economy. Using a quantitative approach, the research involved 60 respondents engaged in traditional economic sectors, utilizing a Likert scale (1-5) to gather perceptions on the efficiency, transparency, and cost-reduction potential of these technologies. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, with results indicating that both smart contracts and DeFi platforms significantly reduce transaction costs. Smart contracts were found to automate agreements and enhance trust, while DeFi platforms increased accessibility and reduced financial barriers. Regression analysis revealed that these technologies collectively explain 62% of the variance in transaction costs. The findings underscore the transformative potential of blockchain technologies in Indonesia's traditional economy, offering practical implications for stakeholders and policymakers to address technological and regulatory challenges. This research provides valuable insights for the integration of blockchain solutions in fostering economic efficiency and sustainability.

Abstract

The increasing volatility of global markets has intensified the need for supply chains that are both technologically advanced and strategically resilient. This study conducts a literature review of 40 scholarly documents sourced from Google Scholar to examine how the Triple-A approach—Agility, Adaptability, and Alignment—can be leveraged to realize a smart supply chain. The review synthesizes theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and case-based evidence across multiple industries, highlighting the interplay between digital technologies and Triple-A capabilities. Findings reveal that agility enables rapid responsiveness through real-time analytics and flexible operations, adaptability ensures long-term competitiveness via structural flexibility and continuous innovation, and alignment harmonizes stakeholder objectives through transparent communication and shared metrics. The integrated application of these three dimensions enhances supply chain resilience, sustainability, innovation capacity, and customer satisfaction. However, persistent challenges include measurement difficulties, change management resistance, and data interoperability issues. The paper concludes that realizing a smart supply chain requires a balanced development of Triple-A capabilities, strong leadership commitment, and continuous technological integration.

Abstract

Arabica cofee is a major export commodity and a mainstay in Central Aceh. However, it leaves a lot of waste in areasr adjacent to coffee processing businesses. The increasing accumulation of cofee husk waste pollutes the soil, air, and water. One way to utilize this waste is by processing it onto jam. Jam processing is carried out by taking fresh red coffee husks from pulping. The purpose of this Community Service Program is to provide knowledge about the benefits and efficacy of coffee husk (cascara) and to process the husk into cascara jam. A total of 20 partners attended this program, consisting of village women and women from the Family Welfare Movement (PKK). The methods used were presentation by resource percons through lectures, demonstrations, and training. The results of this activity showed that partners were previously unaware that cascara husks are edible and have an acceptable organoleptic taste. Partners’ knowledge has increased after participating in this activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara komperhensif Kelembagaan Mukim di wilayah tengah Aceh yang meliputi Kabupaten Wilayah Tengah Aceh, Bener Meriah, Gayo Lues Pasca MoU Pemerintah Indonesia dan Gerakan Aceh Merdeka. Pelaksanaan tugas, fungsi dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Metode yang digunakan dalam yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi peran Mukim dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya, yaitu  kepemimpinan dan sumber daya. Mukim belum mampu melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya secara keseluruhan dan masih kurangnya sumber daya. . Doktrin yang melekat pada Mukim masih sebagai lembaga nonformal, program yang ada belum mewakili tugas dan fungsi Mukim, struktur internal belum mampu menunjukkan pola hubungan kerja yang jelas. Akan tetapi Pasca perjanjian damai Mukim di wilayah tengah telah mendapatkan keleluasaan lebih baik. Mukim didukung dengan lahirnya peraturan-peraturan sebagai konsekuenasi perjanjian damai dalam berbagai bidang. Tugas dan fungsi menuntut Mukim harus bertransaksi dengan pihak yang berkepentingan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the communication strategies utilized by employees of the Transportation Service of Central Aceh in disseminating technical information about the Vehicle Roadworthiness Test (known as Uji KIR in Indonesia) to the public in Central Aceh Regency, while also identifying the obstacles that hinder their effectiveness in conveying the information. The employed data collection methods were interviews, literature studies, and observations. Furthermore, the obtained data were analyzed qualitatively. The research findings revealed that the communication strategy used by employees of the Transportation Service of Central Aceh in providing technical information on the Vehicle Roadworthiness Test was communication planning and management strategies. The Transportation Service of Central Aceh, particularly the head of the Workshop-and-Testing Division, undertakes a planning process that involves preparing and developing procedures for implementing the Vehicle Roadworthiness Test, evaluating the test directly in case of issues, and strategizing to disseminate information through the government’s internal media. To provide information about the Vehicle Roadworthiness Test, the Transportation Service of Central Aceh manages the implementation and preparation of a communication strategy that considers four factors: identifying the target audience, which includes owners of public transport vehicles; formulating messages to be conveyed to the vehicle owners; determining effective communication methods; and identifying the appropriate media for transmitting information to the vehicle owners. The purpose of communication planning and management strategies is to inform public transport vehicle owners about the procedure for taking the Vehicle Roadworthiness Test at the Transportation Service of Central Aceh.
