Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja perawat Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan memnggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, serta alat uji yang digunakan adalah uji F dan uji t. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan jika stres kerja dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Artinya jika stress kerja dan beban kerja naik maka kinerja perawat akan menurun. Stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Artinya jika stress kerja naik maka kinerja dari perawat akan menurun. Beban kerja secara parsial bepengaruh negatif dan signifian terhadap kinerja perawat Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Artinya jika beban kerja naik maka kinerja dari perawat akan menurun.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of education level, educational background, business size, as well as the provision of information and socialization on the understanding of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in Kendari City. The population of this study includes all small businesses registered at the Office of Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs in Abeli District and West Kendari District. The sample was determined using the Slovin's formula, resulting in a total sample of 76 MSMEs. This research uses a quantitative approach, with primary and secondary data as the data source. Data analysis was conducted through classical assumption tests and multiple linear regressions. The coefficient of determination, F test, and T test were used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that the level of education, educational background, and business size have a positive and significant influence on the understanding of MSME actors in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM. Meanwhile, the provision of information and socialization does not have a significant influence on the understanding of MSME actors in the same regard.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik memegang peran penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan membangun kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah. Namun, di banyak kantor kelurahan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kantor Kelurahan Baruga, Kota Kendari, keterbatasan tenaga kerja dan kurangnya digitalisasi menjadi hambatan utama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi gap pengetahuan mengenai efektivitas pelayanan publik di tingkat kelurahan, khususnya terkait implementasi teknologi dan sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Kantor Kelurahan Baruga, melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi proses administrasi dan penambahan tenaga kerja yang terlatih dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik serta mengurangi waktu tunggu masyarakat. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam literatur pelayanan publik dan secara praktis menawarkan solusi konkret bagi pemerintah lokal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di kelurahan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pengembangan strategi berbasis teknologi dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia untuk memperbaiki pelayanan publik di tingkat lokal.Kata kunci: digitalisasi; efisiensi pelayanan; infrastruktur; sumber daya manusia; teknologi

This study aims to find out and analyze (1) The influence of human resource development on the competence of employees of the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate; The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the total population of 60 employees excluding leaders. The data analysis technique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (2) Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Inspectorate of South Konawe Regency; and (4) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee competence at the South Konawe Regency Regional Inspectorate.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine and analyze public awareness of shipping navigation aids in Southeast Sulawesi waters at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection tools include observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Head of Installation, the Shipping Navigation Aids technician, with the Head of the Shipping Navigation Aids Section as the key informant. The results of this research show that: Public awareness of shipping navigation aids at the Kendari Type A Class III Navigation District Office. Researchers can conclude that the Kendari Class III Type A Navigation District office has not been optimal in conducting socialization regarding shipping navigation aids to the community along the coast. and around the location of the facility. As a result, most people do not know the role and function of shipping navigation aids in supporting shipping safety in Southeast Sulawesi waters. However, through interviews conducted, the community stated that if they understood the function and use of shipping navigation aids, they would be better prepared to maintain and protect these facilities from the actions of irresponsible groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh personal selling dan kualitas jasa terhadap keputusan pembelian polis asuransi jiwa, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, pada PT. Prudential Life Assurance Kendari dengan support system FP One. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Sampel sebanyak 90 responden ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin dari populasi 876 nasabah, dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun parsial, variabel personal selling dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian polis asuransi. Personal selling berkontribusi melalui kemampuan agen dalam membangun hubungan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan proteksi, serta menyampaikan manfaat asuransi secara personal dan profesional. Sementara itu, kualitas jasa yang terdiri dari dimensi keandalan, daya tanggap, kepastian, empati, dan bukti fisik terbukti meningkatkan kepercayaan dan loyalitas nasabah dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian polis. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan agen dan mempertahankan kualitas layanan. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya literatur pemasaran jasa asuransi dengan data empiris dari wilayah Kendari. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya meneliti faktor-faktor lain seperti kepercayaan atau citra merek, serta memperluas cakupan wilayah studi.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of competence, career development, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. The sample in this study consisted of all employees at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency totaling 33 people. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Competence, career development, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency. (4) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs of North Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Public Service Motivation terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui Komitmen Organisasi, di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara Public Service Motivation dengan Komitmen Organisasi, serta pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Public Service Motivation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, yang mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik menjadi pendorong utama peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Public Service Motivation juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, di mana motivasi yang tinggi mendorong pegawai memiliki keterikatan emosional, tanggung jawab moral, dan kesadaran terhadap keberlanjutan kontribusi mereka kepada organisasi. Selain itu, Komitmen Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pegawai yang memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik dengan menjaga kualitas kerja dan mencapai target organisasi. Terakhir, Komitmen Organisasi berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara Public Service Motivation dan Kinerja Pegawai, menunjukkan bahwa motivasi pelayanan publik yang tinggi diperkuat dengan keterikatan terhadap organisasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang optimal. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya motivasi pelayanan publik dan komitmen organisasi dalam mendukung kinerja pegawai yang maksimal.

Abstract

This study investigates and analyzes work discipline and organizational effectiveness at the Kendari Office of the National Search and Rescue Agency of Indonesia (BASARNAS). Work discipline and effectiveness are critical factors in ensuring optimal employee performance, particularly in emergency response operations. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, employing a qualitative descriptive methodology. A descriptive approach in data analysis was used to clarify employees' levels of discipline and job efficiency. The findings reveal that work discipline at the BASARNAS Kendari Office has been well implemented, adhering to established work standards and regulations. Employees demonstrate a high level of commitment and compliance, contributing to maintaining operational efficiency. Furthermore, employee effectiveness is considered relatively high, as personnel are able to perform their duties efficiently and in alignment with organizational objectives. Based on these results, work discipline and effectiveness at the BASARNAS Kendari Office are generally well maintained, supporting smooth operations and high levels of performance. To further enhance outcomes, it is recommended that continuous training and performance evaluations be conducted to strengthen discipline and improve efficiency in emergency response operations. These findings suggest that maintaining strict discipline and closely monitoring work effectiveness are essential for optimizing organizational performance in high-risk environments.
