Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (a). pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (b). kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (c). motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan (d) kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 176 orang yang terdistribusipada 3 stasiun LPP TVRI meliputi Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Sulawesi Barat. Sampel menggunakan metode sensus dimanaseluruh responden dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alatanalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart PLS Versi 3.2. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah TVRI Wilayah sulawesi selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat Hasil penelitian bahwa; (a). budaya organisasi berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, motivasi berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai pegawai LPP TVRI. This study aims to determine and analyze (a). the influence of organizational culture on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (b). leadership on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (c). work motivation on LPP TVRI employee performance and (d) competence on LPRI TVRI employee performance. The study population was 176 people distributed in 3 LPP TVRI stations covering Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The sample uses the census method where all respondents are used as samples. Alatanalisis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Version 3.2. The research locations are TVRI in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. (a). organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, motivation has positive and significant influence on the performance of LPP TVRI employees and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of LPP TVRI employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and contribution of hotel taxes and advertisement taxes in increasing Kendari City's own-source revenue (PAD). This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data sources in this study use primary data through unstructured interviews and secondary data obtained through documents or written data at the Kendari City Regional Revenue Agency, namely data on PAD revenue realization and hotel taxes and advertisement tax for the Kendari City Government for 2018-2021 and target amount data. and realization of Kendari City Hotel and Advertising Tax for 2018-2021. The data collection methods used in this research are Field Research, Archival Research and Library Research. The results of this study are that the effectiveness of Kendari City hotel taxes is categorized as very effective with an average percentage of 106.11% and the contribution of Kendari City hotel tax revenues in increasing PAD is categorized as highly contributing with an average percentage of 5.15%. The effectiveness of advertising tax in Kendari City is categorized as very effective with an average percentage of 106.81% and the contribution of Kendari City advertisement tax revenue is categorized as having less contribution with an average percentage of 1.20%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan guru, karakter demokratis dan karakter tanggung jawab yang terlihat dalam penerapan strategi yang dilakukan guru di sdn tokonanaka kabupaten morowali utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian ini yaitu: 1) tahap pra-lapangan, 2) tahap penelitian, 3) tahap pemeriksaan informasi, 4) tahap penyusunan laporan. Metode pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan bermacam-macam informasi, pengurangan informasi, tampilan informasi dan penarikan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan guru dalam menanamkan pendidikan karakter demokratis dan tanggung jawab ada dua strategi yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi pembiasaan dan keteladanan penggunaan strategi pembiasaan pada saat diterapkan sangat tampak terlihat karena terdapat perubahan sikap yang dialami siswa seperti pembiasaan untuk berkata sopan, pembiasaan mencium tangan guru. sedangkan metode keteladanan yang terlihat yaitu guru yang mempraktekan langsung atau memberikan contoh pembiasaan yang baik dilakukan siswa seperti datang tepat waktu menggunakan seragam yang rapi.

Abstract

Digital transformation has shifted the paradigm of human resource management from a technical approach to a more reflective and humanistic approach. This study aims to explore human resource   adaptive competency in facing digital disruption through a phenomenological approach. This study was designed using a qualitative approach with an exploratory design to understand the phenomenon of adaptive competency from the perspective of human resource actors in the business sector. This study also involved five key informants from the business sector who were selected purposively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic techniques. The results of the study identified reflective, emotional, and social dimensions as the foundation of adaptive competency, such as reflective practices, a safe culture for learning, cross-generational collaboration, and humility to continue learning. This study enriches the human resource   management literature by offering an adaptive model based on humanistic values that can be applied in various organizational sectors. Its practical implications include the design of human resource development programs that are more oriented towards meaning, resilience, and collaboration. This study provides a conceptual basis for the development of sustainable human resource   strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

Organizational culture in the public sector plays a critical role in driving bureaucratic reform and institutional transformation. In Indonesia, however, entrenched hierarchical norms, generational value gaps, and employment status disparities between civil servants and non-civil servants (contractual staff) pose significant challenges to inclusive and adaptive cultural change. This study explores how employees interpret and respond to these cultural shifts through a phenomenological lens. Using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, data were collected from 12 informants across central and local government agencies, representing diverse generations and employment statuses. The findings reveal five key themes: the transition from bureaucratic to adaptive cultures, internal employee challenges, the role of transformational leadership, polarization based on employment status, and aspirations for inclusivity. Non-civil servant employees often experience exclusion and limited recognition, while younger generations face structural resistance to innovation. Despite reforms, informal norms and unequal treatment persist, highlighting the gap between espoused values and actual practice. This study underscores the importance of leadership consistency, inclusive HR strategies, and culturally sensitive change management. By capturing employees’ lived experiences, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of organizational culture in the public sector. It offers strategic insights for more equitable and context-responsive bureaucratic transformation in developing countries.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL), comprising economic, social, and environmental dimensions, on business performance and business sustainability, with business performance functioning as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 208 business respondents through a structured questionnaire, which was then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that all three TBL dimensions have a significant impact on both business performance and sustainability, with the social dimension showing the strongest effect in enhancing performance and supporting business survival. Furthermore, business performance positively influences sustainability and serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between the social dimension and business survival, whereas its mediating role is not significant for the economic and environmental dimensions. Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the critical role of business performance as an intermediary mechanism within the TBL framework, particularly in relation to the social dimension. Practically, the results suggest that business actors should focus on social-oriented strategies, such as improving employee satisfaction, ensuring fair compensation, and empowering communities, to strengthen sustainability. Additionally, the study offers recommendations for policymakers to facilitate and support sustainable business practices among small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan daya saingnya di tengah persaingan global. Salah satu strategi yang mulai diterapkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM adalah co-creation, yang memungkinkan kolaborasi antara pelaku usaha dan konsumen dalam pengembangan produk serta pemasaran. Meskipun strategi ini telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan dan inovasi produk, implementasinya di Indonesia masih belum optimal akibat keterbatasan pemahaman, sumber daya, serta hambatan dalam literasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode wawancara semi-terstruktur kepada pemilik UMKM, konsumen, pakar pemasaran, komunitas pelanggan, dan perwakilan asosiasi UMKM untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan co-creation dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun co-creation memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan keunggulan kompetitif, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi dan kurangnya edukasi masih menjadi hambatan utama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi co-creation yang lebih efektif serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemangku kepentingan, termasuk pemerintah dan akademisi, untuk mendukung implementasi strategi ini dalam ekosistem UMKM

Abstract

Salah satu potensi pengembangan pembangunan daerah adalah pengembangan industri pariwisata. Sektor ini memiliki potensi yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Pemahaman tentang konsep pariwisata terintegrasi di wilayah ini menitikberatkan pada penggabungan aspek-aspek penting seperti budaya lokal, keindahan alam, dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang berkelanjutan. Ini membuka peluang untuk menciptakan optimalisasi destinasi wisata yang tidak hanya memikat namun juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. pentingnya pengembangan pariwisata secara terintegrasi dengan mengacu pada Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata  Nasional  (KSPN)  dan  Rencana  Induk  Master  Plan  Pariwisata  Kabupaten Konawe Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif  yang  didasarkan pada Surat Keputusan Bupati Konawe Utara Nomor 86 Tahun 2022, Tanggal 27 Januari 2022 telah ditetapkan 4 desa wisata dengan klasifikasi berkembang dan 8 desa wisata dengan klasifikasi rintisan. Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisa secara diskriptif karena data yang diperoleh bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa optimalisasi desa wisata berbasis kearifan lokal sangat penting dan pemerintah Kabupaten Konawe Utara perlu memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan dalam pengelolaan pariwisata yang selama ini terabaikan terkait dengan perawatan atau maintenance segala sarna dan prasarana wisata yang ada, penyelenggaraaan atraksi wisata berupa even-even budaya dan kesenian  dan  memanfatkan  peluang  oleh  pemerintah  daerah  dan    para  pengusaha (investor) di sektor pariwisata untuk bersama-sama dengan masyarakat setempat dalam pengelolaan kegiatan pariwisata di Kabupaten Konawe Utara.

Abstract

Digital transformation has changed the business landscape globally, encouraging MSMEs to adopt digital marketing strategies to improve their competitiveness and business sustainability. However, not all MSMEs are able to optimally utilize digital technology due to limited digital literacy, uneven infrastructure, and a lack of skilled human resources in digital marketing. The lack of research discussing the integration of digital marketing and MSME financial management is a knowledge gap that needs to be filled in order to understand how digitalization can effectively improve MSME business sustainability. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection through semi-structured interviews with MSME owners, digital marketing practitioners, academics, and e-commerce representatives. The results of the study show that digital marketing strategies based on social media, e-commerce platforms, and financial technology have a significant impact on MSME visibility and profitability, although challenges such as fluctuations in advertising costs and limited digital literacy are still major obstacles. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of MSME digital marketing literature and can practically be a guideline for MSME actors in optimizing their digital strategies. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore the effectiveness of government policies and the influence of financial technology sustainability in supporting MSME marketing digitalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 61 pegawai dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja Dan Beban Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Sedangkan pada pengujian secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai, kemudian Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai sedangkan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
