Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of human resource management (HRM) policies and employee welfare on improving employee performance at PT. Arisco Mandiri. Effective HRM policies and adequate welfare are important factors in enhancing productivity and work efficiency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between these variables. The results show that HRM policies have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, employee welfare also contributes significantly to performance improvement. A combination of well-planned HRM policies and adequate welfare levels can create a conducive work environment, motivating employees to achieve company targets. The conclusion of this research is that HRM policies and employee welfare collectively have a significant influence on improving employee performance. Therefore, the company needs to increase its focus on these aspects to support organizational sustainability and growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Human Resources Development on the Performance of Regional Financial and Asset Agency Employees in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 88 employees. The sample measurement technique uses the Slovin formula with a magrin error of 10%, so the number of samples used is 46 respondents. Selected through random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance, with the calculated t value (3.420) which is greater than the t table (2.017). Therefore, the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance can be accepted. With a coefficient of determination (r square) of 21.0%. shows that the validity of employee performance can be explained by Human Resources Development. While the rest is influenced by other factors outside the variables.

Abstract

Penyusunan buku ini bertujuan untuk menjadi referensi bagi para mahasiswa, akademisi, serta praktisi yang ingin memperdalam pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai teori serta praktik dalam bidang keuangan dan investasi. Melalui bab-bab yang disajikan secara sistematis, diharapkan pembaca dapat memahami dengan lebih baik konsep-konsep penting seperti manajemen keuangan, hubungan keagenan, struktur kepemilikan, hingga peran pasar modal dalam mendukung perekonomian. Buku ini juga dilengkapi dengan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran nyata tentang bagaimana berbagai variabel seperti struktur kepemilikan, free cash flow, dan leverage mempengaruhi keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, serta nilai perusahaan. Dengan adanya studi kasus ini, kami berharap pembaca dapat memperoleh wawasan yang lebih aplikatif dan kontekstual dalam memahami fenomena-fenomena yang terjadi di dunia keuangan.

Abstract

The utilization of digital ledger applications as an effort to enhance business performance has a positive and comprehensive impact on various operational and strategic aspects of the company. These applications not only simplify the recording of financial transactions but also improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility into the company's financial condition. The implementation of digital ledger applications not only creates a more efficient work environment but also supports companies in facing dynamic business challenges. With careful monitoring, continuous training, and proper integration, companies can continuously maximize the benefits of this technology to achieve sustainable business growth. The results of community service activities (PKM) indicate that the perception of Bone Village Government staff towards the utilization of digital ledger applications significantly influences daily life and business improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of competency training in improving employee performance, specifically within the maintenance team at PT Karya Energi Indonesia. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, which seeks to provide an in-depth understanding of the impact of training on employee performance based on field data. Data collection techniques include observation and in-depth interviews with employees and maintenance team supervisors. The results show that competency training has a significant impact on two main aspects: the improvement of technical skills and the enhancement of safety awareness. The improvement in technical skills is reflected in an 80% achievement rate within the scope of work, indicating enhanced employee capabilities in maintenance activities. Meanwhile, safety awareness increased by 85%, indicating the success of the training in fostering a culture of safe working practices. Based on these findings, continuous and relevant training is essential to maintain and improve the quality of employee performance in the future.

Abstract

Isi buku ini disusun secara sistematis dengan mengintegrasikan teori-teori fundamental manajemen keuangan, prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitabilitas, serta tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan bagaimana keseluruhan variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan serta reaksi pasar. Dengan pendekatan ilmiah dan didukung data serta studi yang kontekstual, buku ini tidak hanya menawarkan konsep, tetapi juga memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai realitas perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pembahasan dalam buku ini dibagi dalam beberapa bab yang mengalir mulai dari pengantar sektor pertambangan hingga analisis terhadap nilai perusahaan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Abstract

Stunting remains a serious problem in human development in Indonesia as it affects the quality of human resources, cognitive development, and children’s productivity in the future. The Family Assistance Program for stunting prevention, initiated by BKKBN and the Ministry of Health, positions community cadres as the frontline actors in prevention efforts. This study aims to analyze the competencies and performance of family assistance cadres as well as the strategic human resource management (HRM) factors that influence their effectiveness. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach in Dakopemean Subdistrict, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that cadre competencies include knowledge of nutrition and child growth, communication skills, and the use of reporting technology. Major challenges identified were limited training, inadequate ICT facilities, and inconsistent incentives. The effectiveness of assistance increased when supported by strategic HRM elements such as continuous training, feedback-based supervision, fair incentives, and non-material recognition. In conclusion, enhancing cadre competencies and implementing HRM policies aligned with program objectives are key to the success of stunting prevention at the family level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether motivation and work experience affect the productivity of employee performance at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global This data collection uses a quantitative approach and primary data sources in the form of questionnaires distributed to the entire study population using a purposive sampling method. The population is all employees of PT. Aman Sejahtera Global, while the sample is 30 people, has also been tested regression and correlation, analysis methods and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses multiple regression techniques. The results showed that there was no partial positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance productivity. However, there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on employee performance productivity. This shows that motivation has no effect on employee performance productivity but work experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance productivity at PT. Aman Sejahtera Global

Abstract

The purpose of this training program on writing quantitative statistical research methods was to improve students' comprehension and proficiency in accurately applying quantitative research methodology. The curriculum tackles typical problems that students encounter, especially when it comes to creating research frameworks, handling statistical data, and rationally organizing the methodology section. Students from a variety of disciplines who were getting ready for or carrying out academic research participated in the training, which was held at the Pangkajene Regional Library in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The training offered useful insights into creating variables, sampling strategies, basic statistical data processing, and choosing suitable analysis methods through an interdisciplinary approach. The results demonstrated that participants were better able to create more methodical and empirically supported research methodologies. It is anticipated that this training will play a major role in building a robust and welcoming research culture in higher education.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted at the Enrekang Regency Government with the title Financial Performance Analysis of the Enrekang Regency Government for the 2018–2020 Fiscal Year. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the financial performance of the local government of Enrekang Regency over the last three years (2018–2020), using data from the Budget Realization Report of the Enrekang Regency Government for the 2018–2020 Fiscal Year. The analytical tools used in this research include the Regional Financial Independence Ratio, the Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio of Regional Original Income, the Activity Ratio, the Growth Ratio, the Decentralization Ratio, and the Regional Financial Dependence Ratio. The results show that the financial performance of the Enrekang Regency Government is characterized by: (1) a low Regional Financial Independence Ratio, averaging 30.77%; (2) an ineffective Effectiveness Ratio, averaging 57.33%; (3) a very efficient Efficiency Ratio, averaging 3.4%; (4) poor capital expenditure performance with an average of 20.51% and good operational expenditure performance with an average of 79.17%; (5) low income growth, averaging 17.17%, and low expenditure growth, averaging 3.67%; and (6) a Decentralization Ratio that, in general, indicates that decentralization has not yet been effectively implemented.
