Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sampling method used accidental sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to traditional traders of the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The research method used is a quantitative approach with questionnaires and managing data using SPSS. The analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on sales results. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing it will affect the sales results of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

StudyThis aims to determine the influence of shop atmosphere, promotions and location on purchasing interest at the Indah Sari Pematang Siantar shop. This research is survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population used in this research was consumers of Toko Indah Sari Pematang Siantar in Banjarnegara city. The sample used was 130 consumers of Toko Indah Sari Pematang Siantar in Banjarnegara city using the Purposive Sampling method. Test the validity of the instrument using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and test its reliability using Cronbach's Alpha. . The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The research results found that: (1) Store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest. (2) Promotion has a positive effect on buying interest. (3) Location has a positive effect on buying interest. (4) Store atmosphere, promotions and location have a positive effect on buying interest. The magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and location on purchase interest (adjusted R2) is 0.467.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Efarina University, Pematangsiantar. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work stress on Efarina University employees, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all Efarina University employees totaling 50 employees and the sample used in this study was 50 people. The method of determining the sample in this study was using the saturated sampling method (census). The data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was the descriptive analysis method and the quantitative analysis method. The results showed that leadership style positively influenced the performance of Efarina University employees. Work stress positively influenced the performance of Efarina University employees. In a simultaneous test, leadership style and work stress had an influence on the performance of Efarina University employees. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style and work stress on the performance of Efarina University employees was 63.9% while the remaining 36.1% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

 Abstract. This study aims to analyze the optimization of technology-based training to improve the performance of members of vocational training institutions. The research method is descriptive qualitative method with data collection of interviews, observations, literature studies. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis. The results showed that not all dimensions of technology-based training were optimized by the institution in improving the performance of its members. To optimize technology-based training requires continuous member assistance during training, reviewing training programs by involving members, investing in technology-based training facilities and infrastructure, and collaborating with related parties.

Abstract

Transformational leadership plays a vital role in enhancing employee career development by fostering motivation and professional growth in organizations. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on employee career development within a state-owned financial institution in Indonesia. Data were collected from 30 employees using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, designed to measure perceptions of leadership and career progression, and analyzed through statistical methods to test the relationship between variables. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, characterized by inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, and individual consideration, significantly enhances employees’ skills, career advancement, and motivation. Leaders who provide personalized support and a clear vision create a supportive environment that aligns individual aspirations with organizational goals. In conclusion, transformational leadership is a key driver of career development, offering practical insights for improving leadership practices in financial institutions. Organizations should invest in training programs to cultivate transformational leadership skills, ensuring sustained employee growth and organizational success. This study highlights the importance of effective leadership in addressing career development challenges and fostering a motivated workforce.
