Abstract

Sampah berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal berbagai mikroorganisme penyebab penyakit dan juga sebagai cara untuk menyebarkan penyakit. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sampah sebaiknya harus di tingkatkan sehingga dampaknya berpengaruh baik bagi Kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan khususnya. Faktor yang mempegaruhi pengelolaan sampah meliputi pengumpulan, pengolahan, transportasi dan pemusnahan. Di kota Pematang Siantar, yang menjadi fokus dalam pengelolaan kebersihan lingkungan dari segi sampah berupa pendekatan akhir yang meliputi tahap pengumpulan, pengangkutan dan pembuangan sampah ke Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA). Pada penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa kondisi TPA Pematang Siantar dalam kategori kurang layak dan membahayakan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stretegi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana pengangkutan sampah, menyediakan TPA yang layak, optimalisasi pengangkutan sampah, optimalisasi pendanaan dan kerja sama antar pemerindah daerah dan swasta pembangunan TPA dengan model Sanitary Landfill, dan mengelola sampah dengan cara yang ramah lingkungan. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini, kami menyelidiki subjek atau pelaku langsung dari pengelolaan sampah Pematangsiantar, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi dan mendukung sistem pengelolaan sampah di kota tersebut. Pengelolaan sampah terintegrasi dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan warga dengan mendorong masyarakat untuk menjadi kreatif dan inovatif. Untuk memastikan Pematangsiantar menjadi kota bebas limbah, dan perlu diidentifikasi potensi serta metode kreatif lainnya untuk meningkatkan tata kelola sampah di masa depan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana strategi dalam mendukung berkembangnya pariwisata di kota Berastagi dengan pendekatan analisis SWOT yang melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan internal dan peluang dan acaman eksternal. Berdasarkan kajian wisata malam terdapat empat aspek utama yaitu ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan dan suasana malam. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak ekonomi dari wisata malam di Kota Berastagi sudah dapat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Menampilkan kesenian budaya Karo sebagai bagian dari wisata malam akan membuka peluang usaha yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat. Persepsi negatif masyarakat terhadap kegiatan wisata malam menjadi salah satu penghambat dalam pengembangannya. Adanya nilai-nilai kehidupan masyarakat suku Karo ditambah dengan kehadiran lembaga adat Karo di Kota Berastagi menjadi kekuatan lokal dalam perlindungan sosial pada kegiatan wisata malam. Masih banyak hal yang perlu dibenahi pada aspek lingkungan dalam pengembangan wisata malam di Kota Berastagi. Pemusatan kawasan wisata malam dan menerapkan ornamen tradisional suku Karo dapat menjadi upaya dalam meningkatkan citra kawasan dan fungsi lahan Kota Berastagi. Suasana malam dapat dibangun di Kota Berastagi untuk memberikan kesan yang berbeda antara wisata malam dan siang hari dengan menjadikan wisata kuliner dan budaya Karo sebagai brand yang melekat.

Abstract

Kawasan kumuh adalah salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di hampir seluruh kota besar, salah satunya adalah kota Binjai. Kawasan kumuh terjadi akibat beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah padatnya volume bangunan, masa bangunan berdiri, lemahnya sarana, prasarana, tingkat sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisa strategi dalam menanggulangi kawasan kumuh menggunakan model SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan strategi kekuatan yang meliputi bimbingan diperlukan peningkatan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar kawasan kumuh dapat di tanggulangi. Secara teknis langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pengawasan dan pengendalian dalam penyaluran bantuan kepada msyarakat agar sesuai dengan fungsi dan tujuan. Penyuluhan juga di perlukan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat guna mendapatkan hasil optimal dalam memahami situasi dan kondisi kawasan kumuh. Dari segi strategi berdasarkan kelemahannya, hal utama yang harus ditingkatkan adalah kesiapan masyarakat turut serta dalam kegiatan penanggulangan Kawasan kumuh, didukung oleh pengawasan dan pengendalian program yang dilakukan seperti pembentukan KSM. Dari segi strategi peluang, hal yang harus dilakukan adalah peningkatan bimbingan, bantuan teknis dan pemerataan penyuluhan terhadap masyarakat, didukung dengan kerja sama pihak pemerintah daerah dan swasta. Strategi dari segi ancaman, hal yang harus di perhatikan adalah kesiapan masyarakat untuk membentuk organisasi kelembagaan guna mengkoordinir pengelolaan program dan pengelolaan dana dalam penanggulangan kawasan kumuh di kota Binjai.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah mengalisa apa saja yang menjadi strategi pada tata kelola permukiman kumuh. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tebing Tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran kuesioner, wawancara dan survey focus group discussion. Model penelitian ini menggunakan analisa SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu stratregi yang digunakan adalah peningkatan dan optimalisai kolaborasi realisasi program pemerintahan pusat dan daerah dengan melampirkan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung keberhasilan tata kelola pemukiman kumuh yang berkualitas dan sesuai kriteria teknis perencanaan pada Kelompok kerja Perumahan & Kawasan Pemukiman (Pokja PKP) yang bentuk upaya dan dukungan terhadap peningkatan advokasi Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD). Strategi lainnya dalam mengusulkan anggaran perencanaan untuk kegiatan tata kelola permukiman kumuh sebaiknya penginputan anggaran dilakukan secara strategis dengan penyusunan kelengkapan dokumen perencanaan dan dokumen-dokumen pendukung lainnya dalam meningkatkan peran pemerintah dan lembaga sosial pada masyarakat sebagai bentuk perwujudan realisasi program penanganan pemukiman kumuh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee commitment at PT. Media Teknik Persada. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 67 people taken using proportional sampling. The research results show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. This is shown by the T-count value of T-count of 8.633 > t table 1.66864, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient shows that if organizational climate is increased by 1 unit, employee commitment will increase by 0.311 units assuming other variables remain constant. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.527 or 52.70%, which indicates that organizational climate has a low influence on employee commitment, while the remaining 47.30% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Thus, partially, organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work at PT. Media Teknik Persada. This identifies that improvements in the organizational climate can contribute to increased employee commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of empowerment leadership on intrinsic motivation in the Binjai City Environmental Service. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 75 people taken using proportional sampling. The research results show that empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. This is shown by the T-count value of T-count of 9.919 > t table 1.6666, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient shows that if empowerment leadership is increased by 1 unit, then intrinsic motivation will increase by 0.364 units. assuming other variables remain constant. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.568 or 56.80%, which indicates that empowerment leadership has a low influence on intrinsic motivation, while the remaining 43.20% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Thus, partially, empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work of employees at the Binjai City Environmental Service. This identifies that meaning, improvements in empowering leadership can contribute to increased intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of compensation on job satisfaction at the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Services in Binjai City. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 61 people taken using proportional sampling. The research results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is shown by the T-count value of T-count of 13.204 > t table 1.67109, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient shows that if compensation is increased by 1 unit, then job satisfaction will increase by 0.826 units assuming other variables remain constant. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.743 or 74.30%, which indicates that compensation has a high influence on job satisfaction, while the remaining 25.70% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Thus, partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Services of Binjai City. This identifies that improvements in Compensation can contribute to increased job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of empowerment leadership on proactive behavior in the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Services of Binjai City. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 61 people taken using proportional sampling. The research results show that empowering leadership has a positive and significant effect on proactive behavior. This is shown by the T-count value of T-count of 1.978 > t table 1.67109, with a significance value of 0.053 < 0.05. The regression coefficient shows that if empowerment leadership is increased by 1 unit, proactive behavior will increase by 0.059 units assuming other variables remain constant. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.046 or 4.60%, which indicates that empowerment leadership has a very low influence on proactive behavior, while the remaining 95.40% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Thus, partially, empowering leadership has a positive but not significant effect on proactive behavior in the Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Service of Binjai City. This identifies that improvements in empowering leadership can contribute to increased proactive behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge management on the culture of sharing in the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City. This research was conducted using a causal associative quantitative approach. The sample used was all employees with a total of 105 people taken using proportional sampling. The research results show that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on sharing culture. This is shown by the T-count value of T-count of 19.564 > t table 1.65978, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient shows that if knowledge management is increased by 1 unit, then sharing culture will increase by 0.644 units assuming other variables remain constant. Apart from that, the results of the determination test show an Adjusted R Square value of 0.786 or 78.60%, which indicates that knowledge management has a high influence on sharing culture, while the remaining 21.40% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied. Thus, partially, knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the culture of sharing in the Ministry of Religion of Binjai City. It identifies that improvements in knowledge management can contribute to an enhanced sharing culture.

Abstract

This study is to analyze the effectiveness of green financing in sustainable financing for home industry players in Pematang Serai Village. Green financing is a financing scheme or lending to business actors that is environmentally friendly. Based on Government regulations to be able to receive financing with a green financing scheme. To achieve industrial, social and economic advantages to reduce the threat of global warming and prevent other environmental and social problems, the goal is to shift the goal to a competitive low-carbon economy, so that it can strategically promote environmental investment in various areas of business/economy. The research data is sourced from the results of interviews with industrial homes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. as borrowers/customers of the Green Financing Program with the help of questionnaires so that the questions in the interview are more systematic. Sampling was carried out using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis used was: Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study explained that green credit partially did not have a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, while green product innovation and green technology partially had a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency.
