Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan budaya literasi digital terhadap kemampuan membaca berbasis aplikasi Canva pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sibulue. Fokus penelitian ini dilihat pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran ter khusus pada membaca dalam upaya meningkatkan budaya literasi berbasis aplikasi Canva di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sibulue yang dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Data penelitian ini berupa hasil dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan terhadap tindakan pembelajaran dan proses budaya literasi digital terhadap kemampuan membaca berbasis aplikasi Canva. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini teknik yang berupa hasil tes siswa dalam membaca, serta teknik non tes yang berupa observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran budaya literasi digital berbasis aplikasi Canva dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa. Keberhasilan siswa pada proses pembelajaran membaca dapat dilihat pada ketuntasan klasikal yang diperoleh siswa sudah mencapai 85% siswa yang mendapatkan nilai 75 ke atas. Pada siklus I mencapai 70% dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II mencapai 90% siswa yang mendapatkan nilai 75 ke atas, maka persentase kenaikan dari siklus I ke siklus II Mencapai 20%. Selain itu, dapat juga dilihat pada ke antusiasan, keaktifan, keseriusan, kreativitas, keberanian, dan kerja sama siswa dalam melaksanakan setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Peningkatan kemampuan membaca budaya literasi digital berbasis Canva di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sibulue dapat terlihat pada hasil membaca siswa pada aplikasi Canva. Siswa dapat menghasilkan karya tanpa dengan memperhatikan ketepatan menyuarakan penulisan, kewajaran lafal, kewajaran intonasi, kelancaran, serta kejelasan suara dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa proses kegiatan membaca budaya literasi digital berbasis aplikasi Canva di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sibulue Mengalami peningkatan dan penelitian ini berhasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika yang dihadapi oleh guru Bahasa Indonesia dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (Merdeka Belajar) di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Bone. Kurikulum Merdeka diperkenalkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pendekatan yang lebih fleksibel dan berpusat pada siswa. Namun, pelaksanaannya sering kali dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada guru-guru Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah tersebut. Data yang diperoleh mencakup perspektif guru mengenai dukungan yang diterima, sumber belajar yang tersedia, serta kendala dan strategi yang diterapkan dalam mengatasi masalah yang muncul selama proses pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengelompokkan tema-tema utama dari tanggapan informan.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru menghadapi beberapa kesulitan dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, termasuk kurangnya pelatihan yang memadai, dukungan sumber belajar yang belum optimal, dan kebutuhan akan penyesuaian metode pengajaran. Meskipun dukungan berupa materi pembelajaran dan sumber daya digital tersedia, guru merasa belum sepenuhnya siap untuk menerapkan kurikulum sesuai dengan pedoman yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pihak terkait dalam upaya memperbaiki implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah, serta menyarankan perlunya pelatihan tambahan dan peningkatan dukungan untuk guru.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of directive illocutionary acts used by Ustadz Das’ad Latief in his sermons uploaded on his YouTube account. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data sourced from transcripts of several sermon videos on the channel. Data were collected through observation and recording techniques, followed by the stages of identification, classification, and interpretation of directive illocutionary acts. The findings reveal five types of directive illocutionary acts in Ustadz Das’ad Latief’s sermons: commanding, requesting, inviting, suggesting, and advising. These speech acts reflect a persuasive religious communication style intended to guide listeners toward positive behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. Reflectively, this study highlights the communicative value of directive speech acts in fostering effective religious discourse and contributes to the development of pragmatic studies in digital religious communication.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing code mixing and code switching in the speech events of student interns at the South Sulawesi Provincial Language Center. This study aims to describe the forms and types of code mixing and code switching as well as the factors that cause code mixing and code switching. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach because the object of study  appears naturally, namely the speech of student interns. The data collection techniques used were observation, recording, conversation, and note-taking. The data analysis used in this study was to identify the data, classify the data, analyze the data according to the research questions, and group the analyzed data. The results obtained from this study were 21 data points, consisting of 11 mixed code data points and 10 code-switching data points. The mixed code data points consisted of 4 data points in the form of words, 2 data points in the form of phrases, 1 data point in the form of word repetition, and 4 data points in the form of clauses. In terms of the type of code-mixing, there were 9 data in the form of internal code-mixing  and 2 data in the form of external code-mixing. Meanwhile, the code-switching data were detailed as 7 data in the form of situational code-switching and 3 data in the form of metaphorical code-switching. In terms of type, there were 9 data in the form of internal code-switching and 1 data in the form of external code-switching.

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research that aims to determine the improvement of procedural text writing skills through the application of the project based learning model in grade X DKV SMK TV Watampone students. The focus of this research lies in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of learning, especially on writing skills in an effort to improve students' procedural text writing skills. The research was carried out in two cycles. The research data is in the form of the results of planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as the results of observation and documentation in the field on the learning act of writing procedural texts. Data collection techniques include student writing tests and non-test techniques, namely observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of the project-based learning model can improve students' ability to write procedural texts. The success of students can be seen from classical completeness which reaches 85% of students with a score of 75 and above. In the first cycle the completeness rate reached 74%, then increased in the second cycle to 91%, so there was an increase of 17%. In addition, improvements can also be seen in the aspects of enthusiasm, activeness, seriousness, creativity, courage, and cooperation of students while participating in learning activities. Improving the ability to write procedural texts through the application of the project-based learning model can be seen from the students' ability to produce written works that are in accordance with the content, structure, writing rules, and linguistic characteristics of procedural texts. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the learning process of writing procedural texts using the project-based learning model in grade X DKV SMK TV Watampone students has increased, and this research has been declared successful.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms and types of exophore deixis found in the dialogue of the film 172 Days by Nadzira Shafa. This study is based on the importance of exophore deixis as an indicator element that connects language with the context of the speech situation, thus playing a role in the formation of meaning and cohesion of the film's discourse. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative by analyzing dialogue excerpts in the film that are classified based on the theory of exophore deixis according to Purwo (1984) which includes personal deixis, spatial deixis, and temporal deixis. The results of the study show that in the dialogue of the film 172 Days there are 126 exophore deixis data which are divided into three main types, namely personal deixis, spatial deixis, and temporal deixis. 65 data of personal deixis were found which include various forms of first person pronouns (such as I, me, we, and us), second person (such as you, you, and you), and third person (such as he and they). Spatial deixis consists of 27 data in the form of place and direction indicators (such as here, there, that, and over there). A total of 34 instances of temporal deixis were found, including indicators of past time (e.g., "yesterday" and "earlier"), present time (e.g., "now" and "today"), and future time (e.g., "later" and "tomorrow"). Overall, the research findings confirm that exophore deixis plays a crucial role in constructing communicative meaning and enriching the social dimension of film discourse.
