Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pertanian kelapa sawit merupakan industri yang sedang berkembang beberapa tahun terakhir. Pekerjaan di bidang pertanian merupakan pekerjaan yang menuntut banyak kegiatan fisik pekerja. Evaluasi pada pekerja kelapa sawit menunjukan tingginya risiko MSDs. Banyaknya potensi risiko gangguan musculoskelatal (MSDs) pada pekerja pertanian kelapa sawit maka tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengevaluasi lebih lanjut risiko MSDs dan melakukan perancangan alat yang dapat digunakan pekerja kelapa sawit untuk mengurangai risiko tersebut. Evaluasi menggunakan Quick Exposure Check (QEC) menunjukan bahwa pekerja panen dengan kegiatan mengumpulkan TBS (tandan buah segar) ke TPHS (tempat penampungan hasil sementara) memiliki skor QEC yang paling tinggi dibandingkan jenis pekerjaan lainnya yaitu sebesar 72%. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi menggunakan kuesioner Nordic keluhan yang paling banyak dirasakan pekerja yaitu pada bagian bahu dan punggung bagian bawah yaitu sebesar 75% dan 73%.

Abstract

Antam Diesel Power Plant is one main power plant that supply electricity for processing nickel ore. Antam Diesel Power Plant is consist of 8 engines Wartsila W18V50DF. The reliability of Antam Diesel Power Plant is quietly well maintenance for avoid disturbance in processing nickel ore dan avoid material loss. Obviously, that power plant need frequently maintained, one of maintenance is 36000 hours maintenance. This job is conducted by manufacturer PT Wartsila Indonesia.As contractor Wartsila given a mandatory for shorter the duration of maintenance 36000 hours but still maintain engines performance also avoid loss from both parties. Maintenance Planning 36000 hours using Critical Path Method and Program Evaluation and Review Technique. With using CPM dan PERT the maintainance can be shortened from 36 days to 32 day with increase of margin from 16,75% to 20,91% and probabily of success 77,94%. Using additional crash duration method is not suitable for this project because the cost is increase directly proportional with failure rate and also for avoid labor from being tired.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan adalah dengan menjaga kualitas terhadap produk yang dikrimkan. PT Pionir adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam industri otomotif khususnya produk ban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh hubungan setiap proses produksi yang terdiri atas kualitas material, proses building, dan proses curing terhadap kualitas produk dan kinerja inspeksi serta untuk pengendalian proses produksi dengan cara mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya produk cacat. Analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode diagram jalur dan DMAIC.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis, proses curing mempunyai hubungan paling tinggi terhadap kualitas produk dengan nilai sebesar 66,5 %. Pengendalian proses curing dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kapabilitas setiap sub variabelnya yang terdiri atas shaping 2, bladder lifetime, shaping 1, bladder height, dan internal high steam pressure. Pada saat ini sub variabel tersebut mempunyai nilai kapabilitas Cp < 1 yang berarti bahwa kapabilitasnya sangat rendah dan tidak stabil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh simultan dan parsial antara program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan di CV. FSI Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 109 karyawan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda serta uji Sobel untuk menguji pengaruh mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 58,7%. Secara parsial, pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 0,414, sementara pengembangan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar, yaitu sebesar 0,693. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pengembangan secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,1%. Secara parsial, pelatihan memberikan pengaruh positif sebesar 0,766, sedangkan pengembangan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 1,484. Kinerja karyawan terbukti memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dengan kontribusi sebesar 75,8%. Uji Sobel menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas melalui kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa peningkatan program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan yang relevan dan terstruktur sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu memenuhi kebutuhan darah di rumah sakit serta meningkatkan kesadaran sosial mahasiswa dan masyarakat sekitar melalui program donor darah kolaboratif. Kegiatan diselenggarakan oleh Program Studi Teknik Industri Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) bekerja sama dengan Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) Kota Bandung. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi koordinasi dengan PMI, sosialisasi kepada calon pendonor, skrining kesehatan, dan pelaksanaan donor darah di kampus. Dari 103 calon pendonor yang mendaftar, sebanyak 80 orang memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Hasilnya, terkumpul 81 kantong darah yang didistribusikan oleh PMI kepada pasien yang membutuhkan. Kegiatan ini mendapat antusiasme tinggi dari mahasiswa dan menjadi sarana pembelajaran dalam manajemen kegiatan serta pengabdian masyarakat. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti calon pendonor yang tidak lolos skrining dan keterbatasan waktu, kegiatan ini menunjukkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan institusi eksternal serta mendukung implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan evaluasi berkala, program ini berpotensi menjadi kegiatan rutin yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak luas.

Abstract

PT. Wartsila Indonesia, as the manager of the Lombok Gas and Steam Engine Power Plant (PLTMGU) has an obligation to maintain an Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) above 90%. In 2024, EAF will be recorded at 96.97%, with a total outage of 3,726 hours due to Planned Outage (PO) and Force Outage (FO). For 2025, EAF is predicted to be 90.02% with a PO of 7,958 Hours. The planned duration of the PO for 32,000 hours of maintenance is 18 days or 432 hours. The total number of machines that will carry out maintenance of these 32,000 hours is nine Wartsila machines W20V34DF. This study aims to plan a 32,000-hour maintenance activity schedule using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method, and the Critical Path Method (CPM). The study successfully shortened the planned maintenance duration from 18 days (432 hours) to 15 days (345 hours), saving 87 hours per machine. This reduction in maintenance duration can increase EAF and anticipate FO by providing a UOH allocation of 274 hours. With this allocation, the EAF Prediction in 2025 increased to 90.66% beyond the initial prediction. These results confirm the importance of careful planning and management of maintenance schedules to maintain operational sustainability and improve power plant performance.

Abstract

Gas turbines are internal combustion engines used as a primary energy source in Gas Power Plants (PLTG). To ensure the reliability and quality of gas turbine repair outcomes, effective project management supported by employee capability and technological infrastructure is essential. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee capability and technological support on project management performance and its subsequent impact on product quality at PT Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive and verification research design, involving 80 research samples. The sample consisted of employees from the operations, marketing, and finance divisions involved in the FT8 gas turbine repair project. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using classical assumption tests, path analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The results indicate that employee capability and technological support have a positive and significant effect on project management performance (Adjusted R² = 61.6%). Furthermore, the three variables—employee capability, technological support, and project management performance—also significantly influence product quality (Adjusted R² = 80%). Project management performance is proven to be a partial mediator in the relationship between internal capabilities and product quality. These findings emphasize the importance of integrated management of human resources and technological support in project execution to achieve high-quality products

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Project Quality Management (PQM) in the First Year Inspection (FYI) milestone of the Muara Tawar Add-On Combined Cycle Power Plant (PLTGU) Block 2 project, and to design an integrated business process using the lean construction approach. A mixed-methods research design was applied, combining observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the PQM implementation, based on PMBOK 7 principles—namely Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control—was mostly at a “partial fit” level due to non-standardized documentation and delays in corrective actions. The FYI business process was mapped using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Big Picture Mapping (BPM) to classify value-added (VA), non-value-added (NVA), and necessary non-value-added (NNVA) activities. Of the 23 total activities analyzed, 14 were identified as value-added, while 2 were classified as wasteful. The main causes of inefficiency included waiting time, unnecessary inventory, and excessive transportation. These were mitigated through the integration of collaborative spreadsheets and improved stakeholder coordination. The study emphasizes the importance of having a single source of truth in defect monitoring among project stakeholders (owner, contractor, consultant) to enable better communication and decision-making. Results demonstrate that the resolution of FYI pending items was completed earlier than the planned schedule, validating the effectiveness of integrating lean construction tools to enhance PQM outcomes in power plant construction projects.

Abstract

This study evaluates the feasibility of implementing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) schemes in the energy conservation sector, specifically for street lighting infrastructure in West Lombok Regency. The research employs Value for Money (VfM) analysis and comprehensive project risk assessment to determine investment viability. Using quantitative methodology, the study analyzes technical specifications, financial projections, and risk allocation strategies for 12,915 street lighting points across 10 sub-districts. Financial feasibility indicators show positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 12.66 billion, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 15.81%, and payback period of 4.76 years. The Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) is calculated at 9.34%. Risk analysis identifies 24 critical risks categorized across planning, construction, and operational phases, with appropriate mitigation strategies. The study concludes that PPP implementation for street lighting in West Lombok Regency is technically and financially feasible, offering energy efficiency improvements of up to 60% compared to conventional systems while ensuring sustainable public service delivery through availability payment mechanisms.
