Abstract

The objective of this PKM activity is to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu Regency. The main focus is to provide a deep understanding of the importance of halal certification and to improve business management competencies following Sharia principles. This enables MSMEs to expand their market and boost consumer trust in their products. The methods employed include training and workshops, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Training and workshops aim to provide knowledge on halal certification procedures, halal business management, and marketing strategies. Mentoring is conducted periodically to ensure the proper implementation of the knowledge provided. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to measure progress and the effectiveness of the activities. The results show a significant increase in MSME actors' understanding and awareness of halal certification. Several MSMEs have successfully obtained halal certification and reported increased consumer trust and product sales. The Halal MSME Development and Empowerment Program has successfully achieved its goal of enhancing MSME competitiveness in Argamakmur City, North Bengkulu Regency. With halal certification and improved business management competencies, MSMEs are better prepared to face market competition and attract more consumers.

Abstract

Tomatoes (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) are a source of carotenoids they are easy to find. These compounds function as precursors of vitamin A, antioxidant, and prevent cancer. The extraction of carotenoid compounds for commercial products usually uses fresh plants, which are less efficient and require a lot of raw materials. The supply of these raw materials can be done through tissue culture. The frequency of subculture or supply of nutrients in tissue culture is very influential on the content of callus carotenoids produced. This study aimed to determine the effect of subculture frequency on growth, development and callus carotenoid content and to find out the right frequency of subculture to produce callus with optimal growth, development and carotenoid content. The design this study was a single Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments of subculture frequency and 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed by ANOVA at the 95% test level followed by DMRT in case a significant different was found The results showed subculture frequency affected growth, development and carotenoid content of callus Lycopersicon esculentum. Mill. The most optimal treatment to induce growth and production of carotenoids in this study was treatment of thrice subculture while the most optimal treatment in inducing development was the twice subculture treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel Digital Marketing Terhadap Customer Retention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank BRI Unit Ratu Samban Kota Bengkulu, dan dipilih 80 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel Service recovery terhadap Customer satisfaction. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial diperoleh t hitung sebesar 7,790 dan koefisisen regresi 1,120 dengan signifikan 0,050. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Customer retention. Semakin Baik Digital Marketing yang dilakukan maka Customer Retention (retensi pelanggan) akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Skintific products are one of the brands that utilize TikTok Shop, successfully attracting consumers' attention with a more personal and interactive approach and building closer relationships with its users through Brand Love and e-WOM strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand love and e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) on customer engagement on Skintific products on TikTok Shop. The respondents used were 140 FEB students from Bengkulu University through an online survey. Respondents were selected purposively, namely respondents aged 18-30 years and had experience with Scientific products, especially on TikTok Shop. The data obtained were then analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study showed that brand love had a positive effect on customer engagement on Skintific products on TikTok Shop, with the results of the t_count test > t_table (3.199 > 2.266). Then, E-WOM had a positive effect on customer engagement on Skintific products on TikTok Shop, with the results of the t_count test > t_table (9.361 > 2.266). Furthermore, Brand love and e-WOM have a positive effect on customer engagement on Skintific products on TikTok Shop with the results of the F_count test 118.418 > F_count 19.488. Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Loyalty and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu Chapter Rejang Lebong. The purpose of this study was to dtermine whether thres is an effect of Loyalty and Competence on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Bengkulu Chapter Rejang Lebong. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Bengkulu Chapter Rejang Lebong collected as many as 35 peopel and sampling using the total sampling method.  Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 1.010 +  0.179  (X1) + 0.580  (X2). This equation can be explained by the positif influencer of each independent variabel, namely Loyalty (X1) and Competence (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) and the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.992 or (99.2 %) through testing hypotheses together (Simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, namely Loyalty (X1) and Competence (X2) = 0,000, meaning that fsig   value < 0,05  indicates significantly together and have a significant effect. Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah bank BSI kc adam malik kota bengkulu, dan dipilih 80 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dengan mengunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Linier sederhana dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh positif variabel Service recovery terhadap Customer satisfaction. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial diperoleh t hitung sebesar 8,000 dan koefisisen regresi 1,159 dengan signifikan 0,050. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Service recovery berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Custome rsatisfaction. Semakin Baik service recovery yang dilakukan maka Customer satisfaction (Kepuasan nasabah) akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, pengaruh Intractional Justice Terhadap Costumer Loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia Unit Kandang Mas Kota Bengkulu. Interactional Justice merupakan tindakan perusahaan yang menfokuskan tingkah laku atau respon perusahaan ketika berhadapan dengan pelanggan yang sedang mengajukan komplain, mengubah menjadi pelanggan yang loyal. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis penlitian kuantitatif. PopulasIi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan PT.Pos Indonesia Unit Kandang Mas dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang responden. Alat uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrumen yang digunakan adalah dengan mengunakan uji normalitas, kemudian uji analisis regresi linear sederhana, selanjutnya untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan mengunakan melalui uji T. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa interactional justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapa costumer loyalty, berdasarkan hasil uji parsial T di peroleh t hitung sebesar 12,249 > dari t tabel 1.665 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,050. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Interactional Justice berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Costumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dirancang untuk menghubungkan wawasan akademik dengan pengalaman praktik. Melalui program Simulasi Toko Mini di SDN 07 Kota Bengkulu, mahasiswa berusaha menanamkan pemahaman literasi ekonomi sekaligus menumbuhkan sikap kewirausahaan sejak usia dini dengan melibatkan siswa kelas V dalam kegiatan transaksi sederhana. Pada praktik ini, siswa diberi kesempatan memainkan peran sebagai penjual, pembeli, dan kasir sehingga mereka dapat mengenali proses jual beli sekaligus melatih kemampuan berhitung. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menekankan nilai-nilai penting seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kedisiplinan, serta kerja sama yang erat kaitannya dengan dunia bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, lebih mudah memahami materi, serta mampu mengasah keterampilan sosial yang berguna dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Bagi mahasiswa, program ini menjadi sarana penerapan ilmu manajemen sekaligus memperkuat fungsi sosial dalam menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Dengan demikian, simulasi toko mini dapat dipandang sebagai metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang efektif, kontekstual, dan menyenangkan, serta berkontribusi terhadap penguatan literasi ekonomi baik bagi siswa maupun mahasiswa.
