Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a digital documentation system that stores comprehensive information regarding patient identity, examinations, treatments, and medical procedures during care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The implementation of EMR is a complex process that requires careful management of technology and information systems. Given its critical function in modern healthcare, this study aims to analyze the contribution of EMR to the Management Information System (MIS) at RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores actual conditions, phenomena, and variables related to EMR utilization. The findings show that EMR has been effectively applied and provides substantial benefits in several dimensions. In terms of Content, EMR supports the systematic and complete recording of patients’ social and medical data. In terms of Accuracy, it ensures that information is properly stored, easily traceable, and helps maintain previous medical histories, thereby enhancing diagnostic precision. Regarding Format, EMR follows standard medical record guidelines for health services. In terms of Ease, it simplifies access to data and medical histories, improving efficiency and saving time. Overall, the MIS at RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin facilitates computerized health records that enhance data completeness and reliability. The EMR’s main contributions are reflected in three managerial functions—Planning, Control, and Decision Making—which strengthen hospital management performance and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine students’ acceptance of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic tasks using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The rapid integration of Generative AI tools in higher education raises important questions regarding the determinants of students’ behavioral intention and actual usage. This study argues that performance-related perceptions are the primary drivers of adoption. Design/methods/approach – A quantitative explanatory design was employed using a survey of 210 undergraduate students who had experience using Generative AI for academic purposes. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Measurement evaluation included outer loadings, Cronbach’s Alpha, Composite Reliability, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE), while structural relationships were tested using bootstrapping with 5000 resamples. Findings – Performance Expectancy significantly influenced Behavioral Intention (β = 0.41, p < 0.001), followed by Effort Expectancy (β = 0.27, p < 0.001) and Social Influence (β = 0.18, p = 0.003). Behavioral Intention strongly affected Use Behavior (β = 0.53, p < 0.001), and Facilitating Conditions also had a significant direct effect (β = 0.29, p < 0.001). The model explained 62% of the variance in Behavioral Intention and 58% in Use Behavior. Research implications/limitations – The study was limited to a single institution and relied on self-reported cross-sectional data, which may restrict generalizability and causal inference. Originality/value – This study extends UTAUT to the context of Generative AI in academic assignments and provides empirical evidence of its predictive power in emerging AI-based educational technologies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komponen modul ajar dalam kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar, serta mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh dari berbagai metode kualitatif dengan sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen resmi yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif melalui proses membaca, menafsirkan, dan mengorganisasi data secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul ajar dalam kurikulum merdeka memiliki peran penting sebagai panduan pembelajaran yang fleksibel, kontekstual, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Komponen modul ajar terdiri atas informasi umum, komponen inti, dan lampiran yang masing-masing berfungsi untuk mendukung proses belajar yang efektif dan bermakna. Penerapan modul ajar bahasa Indonesia terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa melalui kegiatan membaca, menulis, menyimak, dan berbicara secara terpadu. Namun, tantangan masih muncul terutama dalam hal pemahaman guru terhadap struktur modul, keterbatasan sarana, serta minimnya pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan kompetensi dan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar guru mampu mengembangkan dan menerapkan modul ajar secara optimal sesuai semangat kurikulum merdeka.
