Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality, Company Image and Experiential Marketing on Consumer Loyalty of ACE Hardware BG Junction Surabaya simultaneously and partially. The analysis technique uses Multiple Regression Test (multiple regression) with the SPSS program. The results showed that the variables of service quality, company image and experiential marketing had a joint or simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at ACE Hardware at BG Junction Surabaya. For Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Company image does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are important assets that must be managed properly by the company in order to make an optimal contribution. Keeping employees motivated is very important because motivation underlies each individual to act and do something. With high work motivation, employees will be more active in carrying out their work. Companies need to commemorate motivation and job satisfaction by going through Training, Welfare, Work Motivation, Promotion, and Salary, Co-Workers, Bosses, Jobs, Work Environment, and targets, on time, quality of work used by the company. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation analysis research. Descriptive research does not provide treatment, manipulation, but describes a condition as it is. The research location was taken by all employees of PT Jepe Press Media Utama. Several indicators of the Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance, the Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, and the Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, the variables of motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of PT. Jepe Press Media Main. This is based on the calculation results of the F test, by comparing F count and F table, it is obtained that F count (92.782) is greater than F table (3.115), and the significance value is 0.000 less than the significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah tentang kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menunjang transportasi laut di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah  pentingnya kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menunjang transportasi laut di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Kualitatif dengan informan dari pejabat/pegawai di Lingkungan Pelabuhan Sunda Kelapa selaku pejabat atau pelaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dengan peningkatan daya saing Sumber daya manusia di Indonesia melalui kualitas Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan modal yang sangat penting dan termasuk salah satu faktor utama dalam menentukan  keberhasilan transportasi laut di era digitalisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student investment interest in the capital market. The methods used in this study are quantitative methods and sampling techniques, namely using saturated sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach, in accordance with predetermined criteria. The sample of this study was 51 students who met the criteria. This study used primary data obtained through g-form then disseminated through whatsAap. The g-form questionnaire is arranged with a likert scale of 1-5. The variables used in this study are financial literacy variables (X1), investment knowledge (X2), motivation (X3), and investment interest (Y) in the capital market. Data analysis techniques in research are descriptive statistical analysis, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the results of the financial literacy t test obtained t count (-0.616) < t table (2.012) can be concluded if financial literacy does not affect student investment interest in the capital market, while investment knowledge obtained t count (2.954) > t table (2.012) can be concluded if investment knowledge affects student investment interest in the capital market and motivation obtained t count (2.277) > t table (2.012) can It is concluded that motivation affects students' investment interest in the capital market. Simultaneously, based on the results of the f test, it shows that together the variables of financial literacy, investment knowledge, and motivation affect students' investment interest in the capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether perceptions of accounting knowledge, financial rewards, and job market considerations influnce accounting student’s interest in choosing a career as a public acoountant. This type of research using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires both offline and online via Google Form. The population in this study were accounting students from Tuna pembangunan University, AUB Dharma University, and Muhammadiyah Surakarta University in semesters 5 and 7. This research sample used purposive sampling technique to obtain 91 samples. The analytical method used is statistical multiple linear regression analysis processes using SPSS version 25. The results of this research partially ahow that the variables Perseption of Acoounting (X1) and Job Market Considerations (X3) influence students’s interest in pursuing a career as a Public Accountant (Y). Meanwhile, the Financial Rewards variable (X2) has no effect on accounting students’s interest in pursuing a career as a Publik Acoountant (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, company size and profitability on the value of banking sector companies. Capital structure variables are proxied with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), company size variables are proxied with natural logarithms of total assets, profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE) and company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). In this study using a verifiative descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The data in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used was 138 out of 46 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The data processing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that capital structure has no effect on the value of the company. While the size of the company and profitability affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Analisa hubungan Komunikasi Tekanan Kepemimpinan Imbalan Dan Sosialisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan di PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. Motode yang digunakan adalah deskriftif dan korelasional dengan populasi Karyawan di PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk., dengan jumlah responden 36. Menggunakan aplikasi SPSS untuk mengolah data kuesioner. Tenik pengambilan data teknik Sampling Insidental.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya: (1) Hubungan positif antara komunikasi terhadap motivasi yang rendah bisa dikatakan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. (2) Hubungan positif antara Tekanan terhadap motivasi yang rendah bisa dikatakan Tekanan tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap motivasi kerja. (3) Hubungan positif antara Kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi yang rendah bisa dikatakan Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap motivasi kerja. (4) Hubungan positif antara Imbalan terhadap motivasi yang cukup berarti secara nyata, imbalan sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan (5) Hubungan negatif antara Sosialisasi terhadap motivasi tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman Kerja Crew terhadap Keselamatan Kerja di PT. Surf Marine Indonesia (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat ketrampilan crew terhadap Keselamatan Kerja PT. Surf Marine Indonesia (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran crew terhadap Keselamatan Kerja PT. Surf Marine Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa survey. Teknik sampling yang digunakan nonprobability sampling, jumlah sample adalah 47 responden. Teknik analisa data untuk validitas menggunakan pengolahan data dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pengalaman Kerja dan Kesadaran crew tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keselamatan kerja di PT. Surf Marine Indonesia. Dan Keterampilan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keselamatan kerja di PT. Surf Marine Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the influence of (1) participation, (2) transparency, (3) accountability and utilization of information technology in the management of village funds in Bandardawung village, Tawangmangu Karanganyar sub-district. Methodology: This study uses primary data sourced from respondents' answers. The population in this study was 104 community leaders of Bandardawung village. The sample in this study was calculated using the Solvin formula of 83 people. The data collected in this research was 52. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression and was processed using SPPS software version 26. Main Findings: From the partial test, the variable with the greatest influence on village fund management is the variable of information technology utilization, amounting to 12.83. Adjusted R square value indicates that collectively participation, transparency, accountability and utilization of information technology contribute 94,2%. The remaining 5.8% is another factor outside this study. Novelty/Originality of this study: Previous research only discussed the influence of participation, transparency and accountability on village fund management. The author has not found any research that tests participation, transparency, accountability and the use of information technology in village fund management. This study adds the variable of information technology utilization to maintain budgetary order and discipline in village fund management.

Abstract

The fashion industry is the largest contributor to exports from the creative economy. One creative fashion industry that still has promising market opportunities is the t-shirt production business. However, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that produce t-shirts often experience difficulties in developing their businesses for the long term (sustainability). This occurs because t-shirt business owners often make financial decision-making errors due to a lack of knowledge about proper financial reporting management, starting from recording accounting reports, managing cash flow, calculating profits and losses, to developing appropriate business plans. This community service activity on this occasion focused on t-shirt business partners who had never received socialization or coaching and mentoring in terms of implementing good financial management accounting knowledge. The main objective of the Coaching and Mentoring (coaching) for these digital-based creative industry business owners was to identify problems in recording accounting reports and provide solutions to existing problems. The results of this community service activity were that digital-based creative industry business owners who previously lacked knowledge of the basics of accounting became aware of and able to create simple reports (balance sheets and profit and loss) and use computerized technology to record transactions and prepare financial reports automatically.
