Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi literasi digital dan model pembelajaran hybrid terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Medan dengan lingkungan sekolah sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode kausal kuantitatif dengan sampel 100 siswa yang digunakan dan data dianalisis melalui regresi berganda dan Analisis Regresi Moderat. Hasil menunjukkan kompetensi literasi digital dan model pembelajaran hybrid berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Lingkungan sekolah/kampus secara signifikan menjadi penguatan pengaruh kompetensi literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar, namun tidak pada model pembelajaran hybrid. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen ini menjelaskan 69,7% variasi hasil belajar siswa. Temuan pentingnya sinergi literasi digital dan model pembelajaran hybrid dalam meningkatkan akademik, serta peran penting lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung dalam memperkuat literasi digital. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk pengembangan kedua aspek dan penciptaan lingkungan belajar mendukung guna hasil belajar yang optimal.

Abstract

Product and service quality factors are important aspects of business continuity. Consumers will abandon low-quality products and services. Consumers will feel satisfied if all aspects of the products and services are appropriately accommodated. Product and service quality have different tendencies because service quality dimensions are more complex than product quality. This study aims to analyze the quality of customer service at auto repair shops based on consumer preferences. Assessment of the level of satisfaction and consumer expectations of each attribute is done by filling out a questionnaire to identify the gap between the level of importance and level of performance. The consumer's assessment of each indicator of the auto repair shop is carried out through a questionnaire filled out to the consumer to find out the gap between the level of importance and the level of performance. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis–IPA showing that the attributes of auto repair shops that need to be improved are [P1] improving the repair period as promised, [P2] Procedures and managerial capabilities in providing adequate service, [P3] Results following consumer recommendations, and [P4] Knowledgeable workshop managers and staff, [P5] Service speed from responsiveness quality dimensions, [P11] Credibility and honesty of workshop managers and staff, [P12] Clarity of communication and information to consumers. The priority of quality attributes of auto repair shops that will be improved can provide alternative development priorities between human resources and limited equipment servicing.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 23 Tanjung Gadang in mathematics through the implementation of the Team Quiz strategy supported by Kahoot. The study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with the Kemmis and Taggart model, conducted in two cycles of two meetings each. The subjects consisted of 17 students. Instruments included observation sheets of student activity, learning achievement tests, and documentation. In the pre-cycle stage, the average student achievement was only 63%, with five students reaching mastery. After the action in Cycle I, improvements appeared: the average score increased to 65% in the first meeting and 75% in the second, with nine and eleven students achieving mastery. More significant progress occurred in Cycle II, where the average scores rose to 79% in the first meeting and 85% in the second, with sixteen students meeting mastery. Observation results showed that initially passive behaviors changed into active and enthusiastic participation in discussions, questioning, and Kahoot-based quizzes. The classroom atmosphere became more lively, competitive, and enjoyable. The study concludes that the Team Quiz strategy using Kahoot effectively enhances motivation, cooperation, and mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The low level of financial literacy among elementary school-aged children remains a problem, particularly in rural areas. Children generally are unable to manage their pocket money effectively and do not understand the difference between needs and wants. This situation highlights the need for early financial literacy education through community service activities. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding and awareness of elementary school students in Nagaraja Village regarding simple money management, including understanding the function of money, the difference between needs and wants, and instilling savings habits from an early age. The program was conducted by KKN students from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) in Nagaraja Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra, using a participatory approach through simple material delivery, educational games, money management simulations, and savings practices using piggy banks. The target group for this activity was fifth-grade elementary school students. He results of the activity showed that students experienced an increased understanding of the basic concepts of financial literacy. Students were able to re-explain the meaning of saving, provide examples of needs and wants, and demonstrate interest in setting aside their pocket money. The students' enthusiasm during the activity demonstrated that interactive and contextual learning methods are effective in financial literacy education for elementary school-aged children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dan sistem penghargaan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, yang berarti semakin baik penerapan praktik seperti rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan, dan pemeliharaan sumber daya manusia, maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai. Selain itu, sistem penghargaan juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, baik melalui penghargaan finansial maupun nonfinansial serta adanya keadilan dalam pemberiannya. Secara simultan, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dan sistem penghargaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga kedua variabel tersebut menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan semangat kerja di lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, instansi diharapkan dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan menerapkan sistem penghargaan yang adil serta efektif guna mendorong peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja pegawai secara optimal.
