Abstract

  One of the most important assets owned by a company is human resources because it has an influence on the survival of the company. Employees in a company should be provided with a comfortable working environment to produce optimal performance. The work environment is an important thing to be considered by every company and is one of the factors that determine employee performance. The purposes of this research are to know how is the work environment, employee performance and how much is the impact of work environment to employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 25 employees at the Division of Mill Service Departemen PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industry(PT. LPPPI). Based on research that has been done, the regression equation Y =16,322+0,535X . The study states the working environment and employee performance in the Department of Mill Service Departemen PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industry(PT. LPPPI) has a positive relationship (moderate) with a value of 0,535 and the working environment influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the village head's leadership and the competence of village officials on community satisfaction in Bukit Murau Village. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the independent variables, namely the village head's leadership and the competence of village officials, affect the dependent variable, which is community satisfaction. The results indicate that the village head's leadership has a significant impact on community satisfaction. Additionally, the competence of village officials also proves to have a significant influence on community satisfaction. Simultaneously, the village head's leadership and the competence of village officials contribute significantly to improving community satisfaction in Bukit Murau Village.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen organisasi remaja masjid di dua sekolah menengah, SMAN 1 Kawali dan SMAN 1 Lumbung, dengan menggunakan kerangka teori POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling) dan teori komunikasi dakwah digital. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika manajerial, adaptasi teknologi, dan integrasi nilai kultural dalam kegiatan dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMAN 1 Kawali menerapkan pendekatan partisipatif yang mendorong rasa kepemilikan anggota, sementara SMAN 1 Lumbung mengadopsi model terstruktur yang terintegrasi dengan visi keislaman sekolah. Keduanya memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah digital, namun belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan data analitik dalam mengevaluasi efektivitas konten. Selain itu, integrasi kearifan lokal, seperti nilai-nilai Sunda, terbukti memperkuat resonansi pesan dakwah pada siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model Manajemen Dakwah Adaptif yang mencakup perencanaan fleksibel, integrasi digital, resonansi budaya, dan keberlanjutan kepemimpinan sebagai kerangka strategis dalam pengelolaan dakwah remaja masjid di era digital.
