Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi orang tua terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini di RA Luqman El Hakim Kabupaten Raja Ampat. Kedua, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi guru terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini. Ketiga, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi orang tua terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak usia dini, dan Keempat, menganalisis pengaruh pola komunikasi guru terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak usia dini.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden 81 anak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh butir instrumen memenuhi kriteria (r-hitung r-tabel 0,2185) dan reliabilitas berada pada kategori tinggi (Cronbachs Alpha = 0,757).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, pola komunikasi orang tua secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral anak usia dini (Sig. = 0,814 0,05). Kedua, pola komunikasi guru secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral anak (Sig. = 0,038 0,05). Ketiga, pola komunikasi orang tua secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak (Sig. = 0,399 0,05). Keempat, pola komunikasi guru secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual anak (Sig. = 0,021 0,05). Secara simultan, pola komunikasi orang tua dan guru tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecerdasan moral (Sig. = 0,107 0,05) tetapi menunjukkan pengaruh mendekati signifikan terhadap kecerdasan intelektual (Sig. = 0,054) dengan kontribusi R sebesar 7,2%.

Abstract

الغرض لهذا البحث هو تحليل مهارة تلاميذ المدرسة العالية لمعهد السلطان حسن الدين بمنطقة غووا في فهم العدد والمعدود واستخدامه. وهذا البحث بحث ميداني باستخدام طريقة جمع البيانات وطريقة تحليل البيانات؛ ففي جمع البيانات استخدم الباحثون الطريقة الوثيقية والاختبار والملاحظة والمقابلة؛ وفي تحليل البيانات استخدموا الطريقة الوصفية الكمية. ويستفاد من نتائج البحث أن مهارة تلاميذ المدرسة العالية لمعهد السلطان حسن الدين بمنطقة غووا في فهم العدد والمعدود واستخدامه في مرتبة "جيد جدا". ويستنتج أن هناك بعض العوامل التي تؤثر مهارة التلاميذ وهي من العوامل المؤيدة مثل البيئة اللغوية وتشجيع المدرسين والطرق المستخدمة ومن العوامل المعوقة مثل صعوبة بعض التلاميذ المتخرجين من المدرسة العامة وعدم الثقة بالنفس وميل التلاميذ إلى معرفة المادة ولا يميلون إلى استخدامها أو يستخدمونها بقاعدة غير مناسبة.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan di SMP N 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha Jaya mempunyai tujuan untuk memberikan penerapan sistem pendidikan yang dimana sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan mengacu pada pendidikan informatika. Hal ini merujuk pada pengetahuan pelajar pada bagaimana cara memenajeman dalam segala bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mereka. Dengan menggunakan hasil observasi yang dilakukan dengan analisis, peneliti dapat melakukan penelitian dengan sangat baik bagaimana prosoes pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah tersebut. dari hasil temuan yang didapatkan selama melakukan penelitian di sekolah terdapat beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dari pendidikan yakni diperhatikannya tingkat kualitas pendidikan yang kurangnya sumber alternative untuk mengetahui terkait dengan dunia luar. Hal ini agar memaksimalkan pendidikan yang ada di SMP N 4 Kelas Jauh Usaha jaya, dan dalam peningkatan tersebut haruslah pemerintah selalu memperhatikan bagaimana tingkat pendidikan yang ada di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

The aims of this scientific research are: 1) To analyze the Visionary Leadership Role of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil, Raja Ampat Regency in Improving the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions. 2) To analyze the Visionary Leadership Strategy of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah IMadrasah Aliyahm Adil, Raja Ampat Regency in Improving the Quality of Islamic Educational Institutions. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type located at the Imam Adil Madrasah Aliyah School, Raja Ampat Regency, West Papua Province. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency reflects visionary leadership in Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil. The leader plays a role as a direction maker, which means providing clarity to his followers about the ways or efforts that must be taken, the steps of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil continues to pay attention to effective and efficient goals. The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency, in carrying out his leadership, has tried to focus on the vision and mission created, building good relationships at both internal and external levels. 2) The Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency seeks to carry out a visionary leadership role as an agent of change with new programs from previous programs. 3) The efforts made by the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Imam Adil Raja Ampat Regency to improve quality are to create an effective learning process, conduct effective evaluations and carry out continuous improvements, build character, carry out constructive guidance

Abstract

The aims of this research are First; To describe the leadership role of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency. Second, to describe the strategy of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency.This type of research is Qualitative Description. The research approach is a phenomenological, normative theological and sociological approach. Research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Research data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data processing and analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, comparative analysis of data and drawing conclusions.The results of this research show that the leadership role of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency is to establish good cooperative relationships, have a high work ethic, participative and responsible leadership characteristics and be trustworthy in carrying out leadership duties. The strategy of the Taklim Council Contact Agency in strengthening Islamic education in Raja Ampat Regency is to maximize the concept of education management, holding regular recitations, introducing or observing Islamic education targets and direct visits to the community (Mobile Education).

Abstract

The objectives of this scientific research are: 1) To analyze the implementation of the 2019 Madrasah curriculum in learning Islamic Religious Education subjects at MAN-IC Sorong, West Papua; 2) To describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 2019 Madrasah Curriculum at MAN-IC Sorong, West Papua. This research uses descriptive qualitative research located at MAN-IC Sorong, West Papua. This research approach is a curricular scientific juridical approach. The primary data source in this research is the PAI-Aqidah Akhlak teacher as the main informant and additional informants, namely the head of MAN-IC Sorong, education staff and students. Secondary data sources in this research are KMA 183 of 2019, Madrasah Curriculum 2019, Aqidah Akhlak textbooks, and documentation. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of this research data through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of the 2019 Madrasah Curriculum in learning PAI-Aqidah akhak subjects at MAN IC Sorong, is carried out by planning, implementing and evaluating,
