Abstract

AbstractThis paper discusses about leader and leadership in the Quran. It also focuses on the study of leadership, its ethical and practical aspects. It aims at exploring the meaning of leader and leadership in the Quran. In addition, the Quranic verses and its words are collected and analyzed. This paper uses the theory of tafsir, especially tafsir maudhui and the heuristic method for collecting the data. It is found that the Quranic verses are divided into Madaniyah and Makkiyah. It uses the term khalīfah (caliphate), imāmah (imamate), and ulu al-amr and its derivatives.Keywords: leader, leadership, the Qur’anAbstrakPaper ini mendiskusikan pemimpin dan kepemimpinan dalam al-Qur’an. Tulisan ini juga berfokus pada telaah atas makna kepemimpinan berikut aspek etis dan praktisnya. Paper ini bertujuan untuk me-ngetahui makna pemimpin dan kepemimpinan dalam al-Qur’an. Di samping itu, redaksi ayat dan kata-kata yang bermakna dan berhubungan dengan pemimpin dan kepemimpinan akan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori tafsir khususnya tafsir maudhui serta metode heuristik dalam pengumpulan data. Ditemukan bahwa redaksi ayat-ayat tentang kriteria pemimpin terbagi ke dalam Makkiyah dan Madaniyah yang menggunakan term khalīfah, imāmah, dan ulu al-amr beserta derivasinya.Kata-kata Kunci: pemimpin, kepemimpinan, al-Quran.

Abstract

Islam as a value system covers all aspects of human life. It not only sets the human relationship with God, but also regulates human relationships with the natural environment. Among the teachings of Islam there are also too teachings with regard to political life. Therefore, as a consequence of Muslims are required to strive to uphold the country, even though the Koran itself does not contain unequivocal proposition about how the concept of the country. In other words, that the state does not issue detailed instructions found in the arguments, particularly with regard to forms or models of government that must be executed within a country. Provisions of the country can only be found in the fundamental principles of a country that was built, it nevertheless forms a nation, whether royal or republics, is not a problem, the most important is how the elements and Islamic values capable applied in the country. The story of South Asian Muslims in an effort to build the country up to now is still being debated prolonged. How can the State of Iran? This article highlights the issue of Islam in the land of Iran, one of the Islamic civilizations.

Abstract

Artikel ini diawali dengan penjelasan pengertian gender. Perbedaan istilah seks dan gender sangat mendasar yaitu seks lebih bersifat alamiah yang tidak dapat berubah sepanjang hidup, sedangkan gender mengambil peran dalam area sosial di masyarakat. Dalam hal gender, banyak persoalan yang sangat dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Misalnya, fenomena ketidakadilan gender, berkaitan erat dengan doktrin agama yang selama ini dipahami secara sempit oleh tokoh, dan sebagian besar masyarakat. Peneliti menggunakan studi pustaka untuk menjawab kegelisahan akademiknya seputar keadilan gender. Hasil penelitiannya disampaikan secara deskriptif analitis. Peneliti menemukan wacana gender semarak di dunia Barat, disebabkan karena perubahan pola sosial, terutama semenjak terjadinya revolusi industri. Sebuah perjuangan antar kelas (class struggle), yakni antara kaum perempuan sebagai sebuah kelompok sosial melawan kelompok sosial yang lainnya, yaitu kaum lelaki dengan tujuan untuk mencapai kesejajaran. Semangat gender ini sesungguhnya berkaitan dengan persoalan kemajuan perempuan dan tercapainya kesetaraan antara perempuan dengan laki-laki. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa melalui pemahaman gender maka dampak pembangunan terhadap kehidupan perempuan dan laki-laki tidak akan berbeda, sebab ketimpangan status sosial bukan sekedar bersumber pada persoalan seks tetapi seluruh nilai sosial budaya yang hidup dalam masyarakat turut memberikan andil. This article begins with introducing meaning of gender. Distinction both term of sex and gender, sex is more unadorned which could not change for long away, while gender plays role in social area in society. In the line of gender, gender’s problems profoundly close with daily life. For instance, injustice gender phenomenon deals with dogmas of religion which were understood narrowly by scholars and mostly the publics. The researcher uses literature review to answer his academic anxiety around justice of gender. The result of this paper is passed on by descriptive analysis. The writer finds gender discussion in western lively, it is caused since changging ofsocial patterns particulary at beggining of revolusion industry. A struglle betwen classes (class struggle), that is women as a social group opposes other social groups, namely men are having a goal to achieve alignment. Spirit of gender deals indeed with women progress and achieving alignment between women and men. The conclusion of this study is by understanding gender, a crash emerges toward development of women and men live would not differ, since dispropostion of social status does not originate from the matter of sex, but cultural social value which exists in society also gives the contribution.

Abstract

Program pelatihan bahasa Arab yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemuda Ikaswara Kota Sorong dan IKPM Gontor Papua Barat Daya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman bahasa Arab di kalangan pemuda. Artikel ini merupakan artikel pengabdian masyarakat yang membahas implementasi program tersebut yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab. Kegiatan pelatihan bahasa arab yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 Maret 2024 hingga 24 Maret 2024 dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap utama. Pertama adalah tahap persiapan yang terdiri tahap persiapan dan pengkondisian, serta tahap kedua yaitu tahap realisasi praktis, terdiri dari metode ceramah materi dan diskusi. Hasilnya menunjukkan partisipasi yang baik dari pemuda di sekitar Masjid Al Ishlah Sorong serta peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Arab selama pelatihan. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahasa pentingnya program serupa dalam menyediakan akses belajar bahasa arab dengan harapan mencetak generasi yang melestarikan bahasa Al Quran.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the repetition method and fluency in reading the Al-Qur'an towards increasing the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an in class IV students at SDN 1 Fakfak. The type of research is quantitative experimental research. Data sources are students and supporting documents. The methods of data collection used are observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive and paired data analysis. Based on the analysis, in the experimental class, the t-value was -22.784 smaller than -2,08. In the control class, the t-value was -8.717 smaller than -2,064. So the first hypothesis and second hypothesis are accepted. Likewise, the f-value obtained is 1197.811 smaller than 2,09 so the third hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results, it can be concluded that there are differences between the pre-test and post-test in both the experimental and the control classes. Therefore, the repetition method has an effect on increasing students' memorization, as well and the reading fluency method has an effect on improving students' memorization simultaneously the repetition method and reading fluency of the Al-Quran have an effective effect in increasing the memorization of Class IV students at SDN 1 Fakfak

Abstract

This research uses qualitative field study research to analyze the leadership, strategies, and impact of madrasa head leadership in improving the quality of Islamic education located at MIN Fakfak. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that:The leadership of the Madrasah Principal at MIN Fakfak applies a participative leadership approach, has a democratic, straightforward, and open leadership style, prepares time to communicate with student teachers and school residents, emphasizes teachers and school residents to fulfill the norms learning norms with high discipline, monitoring students' learning progress, holding meetings actively, regularly and continuously with the school committee, teachers and school community, guiding and directing teachers in solving problems and being willing to assist proportionally and professionally, allocating the necessary funds to guarantee the implementation of learning programs, conduct class visits to observe learning activities.The leadership strategy of the Madrasah head in improving the quality of Islamic education at MIN Fakfak, quality educational input, and an effective learning process, can produce the output expected by the school.The impact of the Madrasah head's leadership strategy on improving the quality of Islamic education at MIN Fakfak can be seen from the impact on input, process, and output where the quality of education is getting higher.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to assess how the Head of the MTsN Fakfak carries out their main roles and functions, identify the factors that assist or hinder the head of the Fakfak State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in improving the quality of education, and investigate the solutions implemented by the Madrasah Head to overcome obstacles to carrying out these primary tasks. The qualitative study draws on pedagogical, management, and theological approaches. Primary data was gathered from the madrasah head, teachers, administrative staff, and relevant individuals within the madrasah, while secondary data was collected from books, the internet, and other sources related to the research problem. Data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The study found that the head of MTsN Fakfak utilizes a democratic leadership style in fulfilling their main responsibilities, as evidenced by the active, dynamic, and purposeful strategies, actions, and programs that involve all stakeholders in advancing the institution. The leadership of the madrasah head has had a positive impact on the quality of education, but there are areas for improvement that require a more effective strategy for the madrasah head to fulfill their duties. The study suggests that as a leader, the head of the madrasah must continuously and optimally carry out their primary responsibilities to enhance the quality of education within the madrasah. Consequently,madrasah heads must adeptly mobilize resources in program planning and evaluation, curriculum development, learning, personnel management, learning facilities and resources, finance, student and community services, and fostering a conducive madrasah environment.

Abstract

Sexual harassment is a violation of Islamic law and is inconsistent with the values of all religions and moral norms. The rise of sexual violence in educational institutions is concerning. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the demoralization that occurs in Indonesian educational institutions after the emergence of sexual harassment committed by caregivers or staff. Using a descriptive qualitative method analyzed through the tafsīr al-aḥkām approach, data was collected through interviews and literature studies. The findings indicate that sexual harassment in educational institutions is often done through coercion, using dogmatic methods or luring victims. This behavior undermines the maqāshid of the Qur'an, teachings of all religions, and moral norms. Teachers and caregivers are meant to be dignified and honorable people. Sexual harassment is a form of sexual violence that harms victims both physically and mentally. Interpretation scholars emphasize that every individual has the right to dignity and honor, which Islamic shari'a regulates. Therefore, Islamic law prohibits immoral acts, including sexual harassment, which is considered faḥsyā’ or fāḥisyah (abominable), as it can injure human glory and dignity. The demoralization that occurs will affect the degradation of the charisma of educational institutions and weaken the sacred relationship between caregivers and students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan : 1) Bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dan implikasinya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama. 2) Bagaimana peluang dan hambatan terhadap nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, deskriptif analitik, dimana peneliti berusaha menggambarkan dan mengeintepretasikan objek atau fenomena apa adanya. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan trianggulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitiannya adalah: 1) Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang teraplikasi di Kelurahan Malagusa Kabupaten Sorong terjadi sejak era trasmigrasi pertama kali ditahun 1980, masyarakat telah terdidik dalam pendidikan Islam sehingga nilai-niai dari Islam telah tertanam pada masyarakat muslim, yang berdampak pada moderasi beragama yang harmonis sampai saat ini. Nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam lahir dari Pendidikan keimanan, pendidikan ibadah, pendidikan akhlak, dan pendidikan sosial kemasyarakatan, dari pendidikan ini masyarakat muslim dapat meningkatkan pemahaman moderasi beragama. 2) Peluang dan hambatan dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam pada masyarakat Kelurahan Malagusa memiliki hasil yaitu: segi peluang yaitu masyarakat memiliki peluang dari segi ekonomi seperti, masyarakat asli banyak membuka kios-kios dan rumah sewa untuk warga pendatang yang merasa nyaman tinggal di Kelurahan Malagusa. Segi hambatan yaitu hampir tidak ada hambatan dalam menjalankan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, karena diketahui bahwa suasana kenyamanan dan keharmonisan lebih mendominan sehingga hambatan-hambatan terminimalisir dengan sendirinya.
