Abstract

This study aims to determine and try to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Use of Technology on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Nawakara in Padang City. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT. Nawakara in Padang City. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of technology on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of technology on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of technology use on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi dan loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya pada instansi penegak hukum, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 responden yang dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS, yang dipilih karena mampu mengolah data dengan jumlah sampel relatif kecil dan tidak menuntut asumsi distribusi normal secara ketat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Loyalitas kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Agam. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penguatan budaya organisasi, loyalitas kerja, dan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture and technology utilization on employee performance through employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Semen Padang. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 as the analytical tool. The population and sample of this study are the employees of PT Semen Padang. The results show that there is a positive and insignificant effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of technology utilization on employee job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance, a positive and significant effect of technology utilization on employee performance, a positive and insignificant effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance. Furthermore, employee job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of organizational culture on employee performance and is not able to mediate the effect of technology utilization on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Citra Dragon Teknik. This research was motivated by the company’s failure to consistently achieve production targets, indicating problems in employee performance. The study employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all employees of CV. Citra Dragon Teknik, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicate that work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between work environment and work discipline on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of creating a conducive work environment and implementing consistent work discipline to improve employee satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Transformation and Technology Adaptation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Pasaman Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). The phenomenon underlying this study is the suboptimal achievement of employee performance targets, which impacts work productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations of 42 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS 3.0 program with stages of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Digital Transformation has a positive but insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction, while Technology Adaptation has a negative and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Digital Transformation was also found to have a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Conversely, Technology Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. In addition, Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Digital Transformation or Technology Adaptation on Employee Performance. These findings indicate that the improvement of employee performance at the West Pasaman Bapenda is more influenced by the ability to adapt to technology than direct digital transformation, and the role of job satisfaction has not been an effective mediating factor. Therefore, efforts to improve technological competency and strengthen the implementation of digital transformation in a more targeted manner are needed to support sustainable employee performance improvements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh knowledge management dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan individual innovation capability sebagai variabel intervening pada Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Dengan pengumpulan data melalui survey dan kuesioner yan disebarkan sebanyak 33 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Analisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Knowledge Management terhadap Individual Innovation Capability terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman, Knowledge Sharing terhadap Individual Innovation Capability terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pada kecepatan dan kualitas inovasi pada kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Knowledge Management memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Individual Innovation Capability pada kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Knowledge Management terhadap kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Knowledge Sharing memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Knowledge Management berpengaruh signifikan parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui individual innovation capability pada Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Knowledge Management berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Individual Innovation Capability pada pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman.
