Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menerapkan sistem akuntansi pajak, akuntabilitas, serta transparansi yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Garut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggambarkan jawaban sementara mengenai pengakuan serta pengukuran, penyajian, serta pengungkapan data ZIS yang akan diolah, dikaji, serta diproses lebih lanjut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan, teknik mencari informasi kepada sumber, & dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penulisan untuk menentukan sistem akuntansi zakat, akuntanbilitas, dan transparansi pada BAZNAS Garut karena masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan aturan. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini hanya terdapat dua laporan keuangan. Sehingga, hal tersebut menambah kurangnya akuntabilitas dan transparansi BAZNAS Garut itu sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi melalui social media melalui word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian di KFC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian alat ukur data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui social media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di KFC, promosi melalui social media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap word of mouth di KFC, promosi melalui social media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian setelah memasukan variabel word of mouth ke dalam persamaan.

Abstract

This study investigates the growing presence of kid influencers on social media particularly TikTok which signals a shift in how children are represented within the digital landscape. The @abe_daily account, documenting everyday interactions between Abe and his father, is used as the central case. The research aims to identify the personal branding characteristics of the child influencer Abe and to examine the father’s role in constructing this image. Employing a descriptive qualitative design, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with five informants and two experts in personal branding and child psychology, complemented by social media observation, documentation, and a literature review. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data. The findings indicate that Abe’s natural disposition, enthusiasm, and spontaneous facial expressions constitute the core elements of his personal branding. The development of this branding corresponds with Montoya’s eight personal branding principles, encapsulated through authenticity, consistency, and emotional resonance. The study concludes that the father’s ethically aware guidance aimed at preventing exploitation while balancing the child’s developmental needs is essential in sustaining Abe’s positive and responsible presence within the digital environment.

Abstract

Media sosial, khususnya Instagram, telah berkembang menjadi sarana strategis dalam membangun citra dan branding digital bagi komunitas kreatif. Namun, keterbatasan pemahaman dalam manajemen media sosial sering menjadi kendala dalam mengoptimalkan potensi promosi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan akun Instagram @beranda_14 sebagai media promosi dan branding digital bagi komunitas kreatif muda “Beranda 14” yang bergerak di bidang literasi dan seni visual di Kabupaten Garut. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta aktif yang terdiri atas pengelola dan anggota komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan intensif, diskusi partisipatif, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berbasis indikator keberhasilan pelatihan. Materi yang diberikan mencakup strategi perencanaan konten, visual branding, pemanfaatan fitur Instagram (reels, story, dan insight), serta teknik peningkatan engagement audiens. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep branding digital, yang ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan skor evaluasi pemahaman dari rata-rata 65% pada pre-test menjadi 90% pada post-test. Selain itu, kualitas pengelolaan akun mengalami peningkatan yang tercermin dari konsistensi unggahan konten sebanyak minimal tiga kali per minggu, peningkatan jumlah konten visual terkurasi sebesar 40%, serta peningkatan interaksi audiens berupa jumlah suka, komentar, dan jangkauan akun sebesar 35% dalam dua minggu pascapelatihan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat kapasitas manajerial media sosial mitra dan mendukung kemandirian komunitas dalam mengelola identitas digital secara profesional dan berkelanjutan. Strengthening Digital Branding through Instagram Management Training for the “@beranda 14” Creative Community Abstract Social media, particularly Instagram, has become a strategic platform for building digital branding and public image for creative communities. However, limited understanding of social media management often constrains the optimization of digital promotion potential. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of managing the Instagram account @beranda_14 as a medium for digital promotion and branding for the youth creative community “Beranda 14,” which operates in the fields of literacy and visual arts in Garut Regency. The program involved 30 active participants consisting of account managers and community members. The implementation methods included intensive training, participatory discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation based on predefined training success indicators. The training materials covered content planning strategies, visual branding, utilization of Instagram features (reels, stories, and insights), and audience engagement techniques. The results indicated a substantial improvement in participants’ understanding of digital branding concepts, as reflected by an increase in evaluation scores from an average of 65% in the pre-test to 90% in the post-test. Furthermore, improvements in account management quality were evidenced by consistent content posting of at least three uploads per week, a 40% increase in curated visual content, and a 35% rise in audience interaction, including likes, comments, and reach, within two weeks after the training. These findings demonstrate that the training significantly strengthened the partners’ social media management capacity and supported the community’s independence in managing its digital identity in a professional and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Purpose: The primary aim of this program is to improve the students’ public speaking skills, enabling them to confidently deliver messages and communicate effectively in front of others. Methodology: The program was conducted in a structured manner, beginning with an intensive public speaking training session, followed by weekly mentoring over a month. The training covered voice control, body language, and message delivery strategies. The role-play-based mentoring was held in two main practice rooms, the dakwah and sholawat/qoriah rooms, providing realistic environments for students to practice. Results: The program successfully increased participants' self-confidence, as evidenced by their enhanced willingness to speak in public, deliver religious messages, and engage in social interactions. This service has proven to be effective in improving students' communication skills, which are crucial for both religious preaching (dakwah) and everyday social interactions. Conclusion: In conclusion, the structured combination of public speaking training and role-play-based mentoring is an effective approach to developing self-confidence and communication skills among Islamic boarding school students. Future improvements, such as the integration of audiovisual tools, may further strengthen the program’s outcomes. Limitations: The activity did not incorporate audio-visual media, which slightly hindered the impact of some presentation methods. Future sessions may benefit from using tools like projectors and microphones to enhance learning and practice. Contribution: This program has positively impacted the participants by enhancing their public speaking abilities, which will be beneficial for both their religious and social engagement.
