Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru, dan (2) pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Subyek penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Banda Aceh dengan jumlah sampel 251 orang yang diambil dengan cara stratified proportional random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur setelah menghitung korelasi semua variabel penelitian berupa matriks. Hasil analisis pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen pada masing-masing substruktur diperoleh (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 0,524 (2) Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 0,309. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 22,9  %, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif perilaku inovatif terhadap motivasi kerja guru sebesar 17,6%.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Perilaku Inovatif and Motivasi KerjaThe aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation, and (2) the influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine the effects of innovative behavior and the work environment on the motivation of teachers. Teachers at Banda Aceh City State High School served as the research participants, and a stratified proportional random sampling technique was used to create a sample size of 251 individuals. After determining the correlation between each research variable in the form of a matrix, the data were examined using route analysis. The findings indicate that innovative conduct has a positive impact on teacher work motivation of 0.309 and the work environment has a positive effect of 0.524 on teacher work motivation, according to the analysis of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables in each substructure. The conclusion of the research results illustrates that there is a positive direct influence of the work environment on teacher work motivation of 22.9%, and there is a positive direct influence of innovative behavior on teacher work motivation of 17.6%. With a correlation coefficient of 0.728, the work environment and innovative conduct have an impact on teachers' job motivation at Banda Aceh City State High School concurrently. This indicates that there is a 56.4% significant effect of the work environment and inventive behavior on teacher work motivation in the adequate category. In other words, higher levels of these factors are associated with higher levels of teacher work motivation. On the other hand, teachers are less motivated to work in an environment that promotes innovation.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of teachers’ self-efficacy and teaching innovation on their professional performance. Employing a quantitative research design, the study involved 298 madrasah teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using path analysis, preceded by the computation of inter-variable correlations presented in matrix form. The analysis reveals that self-efficacy exerts a positive effect on teacher performance, with a standardized coefficient of 0.121, while teaching innovation demonstrates a stronger positive influence, with a coefficient of 0.177. These findings indicate that self-efficacy contributes to a 12.1% enhancement in teacher performance, whereas teaching innovation contributes to a 17.7% improvement. The results underscore the pivotal role of both self-efficacy and innovative teaching practices in enhancing the effectiveness and performance of madrasah teachers.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kualitas tenaga pendidik (guru) yang rendah menyebabkan kinerja guru di sekolah juga menjadi rendah, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk mengatasi fenomena ini serta upaya memperoleh sumber daya yang profesional demi kemajuan pendidikan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pengaruh kontribusi komitmen organisasi dan inovasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru di SMA. Metodologi: Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data primer, sehingga data diperoleh langsung dari subjek penelitian. Sebelum instrumen digunakan untuk pengujian, perlu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terlebih dahulu. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi dan inovasi pembelajaran memiliki dampak positif langsung terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Banda Aceh. Kesimpulan: Diperlukan koordinasi dan tata kelola yang signifikan untuk memperkuat tingkat disiplin, kesadaran, mind set dan inovasi pembelajaran guru. Dengan demikian, guru diharapkan mampu melakukan berbagai inovasi pengajaran dan aktivitas sekolah lainnya.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 5 Telkom Banda Aceh bidang multimedia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka penerapan strategi kompetensi literasi digital guru SMK khususnya bidang multimedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatti dimana instrumen yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 5 Telkom bidang multimedia. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan strategi pengembangan kompetensi literasi digital bagi guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam beberapa aspek, satu aspek literasi informasi dan data yaitu workshop literasi digital dan analisis data sehingga guru dapat membuat laporan berdasarkan studi kasus dalam pembelajaran multimedia. Kedua, aspek komunikasi dan kolaborasi yaitu pelatihan penggunaan platform kolaborasi digital sehingga guru dapat membuat rencana pembelajaran kolaboratif dengan guru lain dengan menggunakan platform digital. Selanjutnya, aspek  pembuatan konten digital dengan workshop pembuatan konten multimedia sehingga guru dapat membuat modul pembelajaran berbasis multimedia seperti video pendek, infografis, atau animasi sederhana. Selanjutnya, aspek keamanan digital yaitu pelatihan keamanan digital untuk pendidikan sehingga guru dapat menyusun panduan keamanan digital untuk siswa. Aspek terakhir yaitu pemecahan masalah teknis yaitu problem based training dalam pengajaran digital sehingga guru menyelesaikan simulasi masalah dan mendokumentasikan solusi yang diambil.Kata Kunci: strategi, kompetensi, literasi, digital, guru Abstract This research was conducted at State Vocational High School (SMK) 5 Telkom Banda Aceh in the field of multimedia. The purpose of this study is to implement the digital literacy competency strategy of SMK teachers, especially in the field of multimedia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where the instruments used are interviews and observation. The subjects of this study were SMK Negeri 5 Telkom teachers in the field of multimedia. The data obtained from the research results were then analyzed using qualitative analysis. Based on the research results, a digital literacy competency development strategy was obtained for Vocational High School (SMK) teachers in several aspects, one aspect of information and data literacy is a digital literacy workshop and data analysis so that teachers can make reports based on case studies in multimedia learning. Second, the aspect of communication and collaboration is training in the use of digital collaboration platforms so that teachers can make collaborative learning plans with other teachers using digital platforms. Furthermore, the aspect of digital content creation with a multimedia content creation workshop so that teachers can create multimedia-based learning modules such as short videos, infographics, or simple animations. Furthermore, the aspect of digital security is digital security training for education so that teachers can compile digital security guidelines for students. The last aspect is technical problem solving, namely problem-based training in digital teaching so that teachers complete problem simulations and document the solutions taken. Keywords: strategy, competence, literacy, digital, teachers

Abstract

Many factors are projected to affect the success of elementary school principals. The basis of this research is the impact and factors that influence the central performance of the State Elementary School Principals in North Sumatra Labuhan Batu Regency, especially the variables of organizational culture, interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, work motivation, and performance of the elementary school principal. This research is quantitative research with ex post facto research. The variables analyzed were not controlled and modified by the researcher, but the facts were revealed based on measuring the symptoms that have been owned or testing what will happen. The path analysis technique was used to investigate the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct and indirect effects between endogenous and exogenous factors. Research results indicated that the exogenous component that had more substantial direct effect on the principal’s work motivation was the innovative behavior of the principle, interpersonal communication abilities, and the relatively less influential variable was the school’s organizational culture. Meanwhile, exogenous characteristics that had more substantial direct effect on the success of school principals are the school’s organizational culture, the principal’s work drive, innovative conduct and the lowest interpersonal communication abilities.

Abstract

Teaching supervision by principal in Aceh Besar State High Schools (especially in Excellent Senior High School 2 of Ali Hasjmy and Senior High School 1 Baitussalam) is one of factors to improve the quality of professional teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the activities, techniques, implementations, supporting and inhibiting factors in teaching supervision by principals in improving teacher performance. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, and teachers. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of teaching supervision were the principals had other activities outside the school and did not have adequate time for the supervision, principal’s demonstration technique was still conventional, there was lack of fund, and there were teachers who were not creative and some of them were susceptible to illness (age factor).

Abstract

Science learning in schools often does not connect science concepts with the environmental realities faced by students on a daily basis, this leads to low learning relevance and lack of ecological awareness of students, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of contextual science learning based on environmental problems around schools in improving students' understanding of concepts and concern for environmental issues, this study uses a Systematic approach Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 27 scientific articles published between 2020–2025, articles were obtained from various reputable databases with inclusion criteria including a focus on environment-based science learning, available in full text, and from primary to secondary education levels, the results of the analysis showed that contextual science learning based on environmental issues significantly improved students' understanding of science concepts,  Critical thinking skills, as well as forming a character of caring for the environment, in addition, this approach is effective in integrating students' real experiences with teaching materials, the environment-based contextual approach is a relevant innovative strategy to support meaningful and sustainable science education in schools.
