Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and examine: (1) the lecturer’s performance model built on associative causal relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables, (2) the effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (3) the effect of rewards to job satisfaction, (4) the effect of organizational culture to job stress, (5) the effect of rewards to job stress,(6) the effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance, (7) the effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance, (8) the effect of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, and, (9) the effect of job stress to lecturers performance. The population is all lecturer as many as 486 people. The research sample of 219 people was determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire with five answer choices. The sampling technique were used proportional random sampling. The instruments were used first tried out to respondent outside the sample to obtain validity and reliability instruments. Validity test uses Product Moment correlation, while to test its reliability with Alpha formula from Cronbach. Before testing the hypothesis, especially before the test is calculated, the requirements of the analysis include: normality data test and regression linearity test.The results showed (1) Obtained the lecturer’s performance model UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, (2) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction 1,9%, (3) there is positive direct effect of rewards to job satisfaction 1,9%, (4) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture to job stres11,2%, (5) there is negative direct effect of rewards to job stress 2%, (6) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance 7,9% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,6% and job stress 1,8%, (7) there is positive direct effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance 2,8% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,4% and job stress 0,7%,(8) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction to lecturer’s performance 1,5%, and (9) there is positive direct effect of job stress to lecturer’s performance 3%.Based on the acceptance of the research hypothesis, it is found a fixed model that describes the structure of causal relationships between organizational culture, rewards, job satisfaction, job stress and lecturer’s performance at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The organizational behavior has bigger influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance. The next variable was job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction has lowest influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk penerapan pembelajaran daring melalui aplikasi power poit dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan  hasil belajar pada siswa kelas 2 MIT Tanzil Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas 2 MIT Tanzil yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskripstif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntaasan KKM siswa pra tindakan dan setiap siklus yaitu pada pra tindakan sebesar 66,67%. Pada siklus 1 (satu) 33,33% dan siklus 2 (dua) 27,78%. Hal tersebut diiringi dengan peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari para tindakan sebesar 65, siklus 1 72,22 dan siklus 2 sebesar 82,78. Begitu juga motivasi siswa dari siklus 1 juga mengalami kenaikan pada siklus 2. Dari rata-rata siklus 1 sebesar 76,5 kategori cukup pada siklus 2 sebesar 87 kategori baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran daring menggunakan media power point dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Daring, PowerpointThis research was carried out with the aim of implementing online learning through the power point application to increase motivation and learning outcomes in grade 2 students at MIT Tanzil City, Banda Aceh. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects were grade 2 MIT Tanzil students, totaling 20 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests, and interviews. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes, this can be seen from the completeness of the pre-action KKM students and each cycle, namely in the pre-action by 66.67%.In cycle 1 (one) 33.33% and cycle 2 (two) 27.78%. This was accompanied by an increase in the average student learning outcomes from the actions of 65, cycle 1 was 72.22 and cycle 2 was 82.78. Likewise, the motivation of students from cycle 1 also increased in cycle 2. From the average cycle 1 of 76.5 categories, it was sufficient in cycle 2 of 87 good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that online learning using power point media can increase students' motivation and learning outcomes.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Outcomes, Online Learning, Powerpoint

Abstract

Abstract: Strategic Planning of Teacher Management Information System at Sd Negeri Kuala Bubon. The success of schools in the application of IS/IT in an organization or institution depends on the provision of data or information in accordance with the needs of the organization/institution. If it is not managed with careful planning, it is impossible to realize excellent service, so it is necessary to do strategic planning of information systems to support the process of organizational existence so that organizational goals can be achieved. This plan will refer to the Ward and Peppard framework, namely analyzing internal and external businesses, and analyzing IS/IT portfolios. For business analysis use Value Chain and PEST, while for portfolio analysis uses Mc Farlan's portfolio. The results of the analysis are in the form of business processes, data and information needs, and IS/IT portfolios for the current and future management of teachers at SDN Kuala Bubon.

Abstract

Teaching Planning in Learning Activities. This discussion discusses how the stages of implementing learning activities. Seeing how the implications of teaching planning in learning activities. This research method was carried out by library research with a pedagogic approach. The research results yielded two important points in the implementation of learning planning. First, preparation in planning learning activities. This activity includes looking at the characteristics and conditions that surround students, understanding the characteristics of students, understanding learning styles and abilities, and teacher competencies. Second, activities in teaching planning, including developing syllabus and preparing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) in the implementation of teaching and learning activities. Implementation of planning activities in teaching activities that interact with the activities of how teachers teach and how students learn. This teaching activity is realized in planning. In the implementation of learning activities contain three important things, namely planning, implementation and evaluation, as well as teaching. The teacher should make preparations before carrying out the learning process. Teachers are expected to have maximum planning in learning activities and be able to provide results in improving the quality and quality of learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Information and Communication System Strategic Planning at SD Negeri Reudeup. SDN Reudeup is one of the state formal education institutions in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. In managing school operations, SDN Reudeup has implemented an information system. However, the information system used has not had a significant influence on the achievement of optimal competitive competition. This is because the application of information systems has not been used as a strategic tool but only supports the process of processing school administrative data. For this reason, SDN Reudeup requires a strategic planning of information systems in order to compete competitively with other schools. The framework used in this research is the Ward & Peppard framework. The Ward & Peppard framework begins with an understanding of the current situation, namely the internal and external environment, both in the business environment and in the IS/IT environment. The data analysis methods used are Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and McFarland Strategic Grid. The process of collecting data was carried out by interview techniques, namely by conducting personal interviews (personal interviews), observations with a structured observation approach and documentation studies. The purpose of this research is to make strategic planning of information systems at SDN Reudeup to increase competitive advantage in schools.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan salah satu masalah lingkungan yang sangat besar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik 2014 (dalam Angga & Djunaidi, 2017) menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia menghasilkan sampah sekitar 187,2 juta ton / tahun dan menempati urutan kedua sebagai penghasil sampah terbesar di dunia. Sampah bukan hanya berasal dari rumah tangga tetapi juga dari lingkungan sekolah. Jika sampah ini dibiarkan, maka hal itu dapat menyebabkan penyakit. Banyaknya sampah ini juga disebabkan oleh ketidakpedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, membutuhkan strategi pengelolaan yang tepat, salah satunya melalui daur ulang. Pelatihan daur ulang sampah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengatasi sampah plastik dan mengembangkan kreativitas guru Sekolah Dasar agar mampu mengolah sampah menjad media pembelajaran sekaligus modal bagi siswa untuk memehami pembelajaran dengan lebih mudah melalui pelatihan daur ulang sampah. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pengamatan lingkungan, identifikasi masalah, penentuan kegiatan pengabdian, koordinasi kegiatan pengabdian dengan calon peserta, pelaksanaan pelatiha. Kegiatan pelatihan daur ulang sampah telah berhasil dan berjalan lancar, mampu mengembangkan kreativitas dan meningkatkan pengetahuan guru terkait pengelolaan sampah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies is used by school principals to creat a brand image going to a collaborative of excellent school in Junior High Schools (SMP) in North Aceh, specially at SMPN 2 Meurah Mulia and SMPN 7 Sawang. The study uses four innovative strategies implemented by the principals: facilitative strategies, educational strategies, persuasive strategies, and coercive strategies. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document reviews. The research subjects consist of principals, teachers, students, the school committee, and supervisors at the two schools being studied. The results indicate that facilitative strategies have successfully created the schools' brand image as excellent and collaborative institutions at SMPN 2 Meurah Mulia and SMPN 7 Sawang. This success is reflected in student achievements, facility management, and partnerships with external communities. However, educational strategies have not yet been fully effective in creating the desired brand image, particularly at SMPN 2 Meurah Mulia, where challenges in implementing changes and motivating teachers still limited. Meanwhile, persuasive strategies applied at both schools have successfully increased the participation of the school community and parents, thereby supporting the strengthening of the schools' brand image. Furthermore, coercive strategies have also proven effective in enhancing discipline and participation, thereby strengthening the schools' reputation in the community. This study concludes that success in creating a brand image going to a collaborative excellent school requires a combination of various innovative educational strategies, including facilitative, educational, persuasive, and coercive strategies, with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, and adaptation to existing challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the principal's leadership program in improving parents' participation in children's education at SDN Inpres Biak, Luwuk Utara sub-district, Banggai district. The main issue raised was the low level of parental involvement in the children's education process, which is thought to be related to the effectiveness of the leadership program implemented by the principal. The research approach used a descriptive evaluative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected through observations, interviews and questionnaires involving principals, teachers, parents and students. The results showed that the principal's leadership program has positively contributed to increasing parental participation through activities such as regular meetings, parenting training, and cooperation between the school and the community. However, there are still challenges in the consistency of program implementation and the low participation of some parents due to socio-economic factors. This study recommends strengthening communication between the school and parents and improving the capacity of school principals in managing leadership programs based on community participation.

Abstract

Artikel ini dibuat untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah menengah pertama dengan fokus pada kesiapan sumber daya pendidikan dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Melalui studi kasus yang dilakukan di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Juli, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat bergantung pada kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, serta dukungan dari berbagai Stakeholder. Selain itu, terlihat bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa jika diimplementasikan secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the strategies of school principals in implementing a character-based curriculum at MA Darussa’adah Cot Tarom. It also describes the process of character curriculum implementation within the school environment. This qualitative research employed data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and document analysis. The participants included the principal, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the principal plays a strategic role in planning, implementing, and evaluating character education. Strategies applied include integrating Islamic values into the school’s vision, reinforcing religious routines, providing teacher training, building a religious school culture, and conducting ongoing evaluation. The curriculum developed emphasizes not only academic achievement but also the integration of Islamic values to holistically shape student character. This research highlights that character-based curriculum management requires collaborative, participatory, and transformative leadership.
