Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the role playing game learning method in improving student learning outcomes in the material on adab towards corpses in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School. The research method used is quantitative with a pre-test and post-test design. The research population was all students in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School for the 2023/2024 academic year, with a sample of 28 students selected randomly. The research instrument used was multiple choice questions to measure student learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using paired t-test to compare pre-test and post-test results. The research results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the role playing game method (p < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the role playing game method is effective in improving student learning outcomes on adab towards corpses in class IX of Roushon Fikr Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

Intracurricular learning is one of three types of learning offered in the independent curriculum. This learning activity is implemented during the lesson hours that have been regulated in the curriculum. This intracurricular learning activity emphasizes the knowledge and academic competencies needed by students. Intracurricular learning of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Batu is carried out using differentiated learning where educators are given the freedom to design learning that suits the characteristics of students at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Batu. In intracurricular learning, educators act as facilitators for students who have different abilities, different learning styles and also differences in appreciating the understanding of what has been learned in intracurricular learning. This research was carried out at the driving school SMA Negeri 2 Batu City using a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study. The aim of this research is to find out the procedures for implementing PAI intracurricular learning at SMA Negeri 2 Batu City. The results of this research are that there are 7 stages of planning and PAI intracurricular learning is carried out with differentiated learning. the evaluation process for PAI intracurricular learning is carried out with summative and formative assessments.

Abstract

Kokurikuler learning is a learning activity in the independent curriculum, this learning is carried out with an interdisciplinary learning strategy, namely by combining several knowledge groups in a learning project. The aim of this kokurikuler learning activity is to develop the potential of students, therefore this learning activity is carried out through the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project activity. This research was carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Batu City driving school using a qualitative approach, this type of research is a case study. This research aims to understand the procedures for implementing co-curricular learning at SMA Negeri 2 Batu City which includes aspects of planning, implementation and evaluation of co-curricular learning. The results of this research are 6 stages in learning planning and are carried out with interdisciplinary learning, assessment and formative assessments are carried out to see the extent of students' development, this assessment is carried out with the facilitation team having provided a rubric called the observation rubric.

Abstract

Education has an important role in building the socially caring character of students. The sense of belonging has a strategic role in developing it. This study aims to determine the influence of a sense of belonging on students' social concern character. The research subjects were 225 students, chosen randomly from two high schools in Kediri Regency and Malang Regency, East Java. Data were collected through the school climate scale and social concern scale. Analysis was conducted using simple regression techniques. The analysis shows that there is an influence of school climate on students' socially caring character (R = 413 p < 0.010). Sense of belonging is the most dominant indicator influencing students' social awareness (β=.201<.010). The results of this study suggest that building students' social awareness can be done by instilling a sense of belonging in students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan penanganan keluhan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimoderatori oleh kesejahteraan objektif pada karyawan RSI Siti Hajar. Dalam mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data dari sekelompok 454 karyawan, yang terdiri dari 75 orang yang menjawab. Untuk mengatur variabel, seorang bot diberi skor 1 hingga 5, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada dampak negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (2) ada dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (3) ada dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi; (4) ada dampak negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi; dan (5) ada dampak negatif terhadap kinerja organisasi yang signifikan.

Abstract

Ethics and morals hold significant importance in Islam, representing a fundamental aspect of the Prophet's mission. Among the scholars who extensively explored ethical principles was Ibn Miskawaih, renowned for his expertise in philosophy and history. This article aims to elucidate the ethical concepts propagated by Ibn Miskawaih. The methodology employed involves a thorough literature review drawing from various scholarly sources, including books, journals, and scientific papers. The findings of this research are as follows: Ibn Miskawaih's exploration of the human soul was influenced by notable thinkers such as Plato, Aristotle, and Alfarabi. These influences underscored the belief that happiness can be attained despite the soul's connection to the body, emphasizing the importance of mental actions alongside physical ones. Ibn Miskawaih delineates three levels of the human soul: An Nafs al-bahimiyah, An Nafs as-sabu'iyah, and An Nafs an-nathiqah, each representing distinct stages of spiritual development. The characteristics attributed to the human soul encompass wisdom, courage, temperance, justice, love, and friendship, reflecting the virtues advocated by Ibn Miskawaih. Practical implementation in learning involves the dissemination of beneficial advice, setting a good example (Uswatun Hasanah), and employing a system of rewards and punishments to reinforce ethical conduct. Through this study, we gain insights into the enduring relevance of Ibn Miskawaih's ethical teachings and their potential applications in contemporary Islamic education.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is oriented towards forming students who have an Islamic personality and are devoted to Allah SWT, therefore Islamic Religious Education facilitates students to learn and actualize all their physical and spiritual potential. The learning in the independent curriculum is carried out flexibly so that students and educators can be independent, where educators can adapt the materials, methods and learning strategies to the needs of students and school characteristics. This learning is carried out with Intracurricular learning and also Co-curricular learning. In implementing PAI learning in the independent curriculum, there are two duties of PAI Teachers, namely PAI Teachers who teach PAI lessons in intracurricular learning and PAI Teachers as accompanying teachers in project-based co-curricular learning.
