Abstract

CV Aliya is an industrial business engaged in the garment sector in producing nightgowns. In producing nightgowns, CV Aliya has several factors that support production activities. The several supporting factors for these activities are raw materials, production processes and completion of the final production. From the results of the first observations and short interviews with business owner CV Aliya, CV Aliya produced orders for 6,000 nightgowns. The target to be achieved is 1,000 pieces/day. With the number of sewing operators as many as 31 people in the operator section. CV Aliya received complaints from buyers regarding the poor quality of the nightgowns produced by CV Aliya. There are types of complaints that occur, namely the presence of excess long threads on the inside of the clothes, both the result of leftover stitching threads that have not been trimmed, or from the material itself, resulting in uncomfortable nightgowns when worn by consumers. This study aims to apply AQL (Acceptabel Quality Level) at CV Aliya for quality improvement. The results of this study are from the results of applying the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) in this study we get 12 rejects and not more than 14 which has been set in the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) table, so these rejects or lots are accepted so that in applying the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) method Quality Level) at CV Aliya is feasible to apply and compared to CV Aliya before applying the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) and before applying the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) method. Before applying the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) method, CV Aliya received 30 pcs of rejects, while after using the AQL method, CV Aliya received a smaller reject, which was 12 and did not exceed the value provisions standardized by AQL

Abstract

The Belimbing Residential Area, which is densely populated and located near the market, has the potential to absorb the production of the Belimbing Youth Group's mushroom cultivation activities. However, since mushroom cultivation activities are still relatively new, the group needs help independently providing 100% mushroom-growing media (baglog) and seedling production.. The fresh oyster mushrooms they produce must be marketed immediately as they quickly spoil, and their quality decreases if stored for too long. Additionally, the need for knowledge in the post-harvest processing of oyster mushrooms is also a hurdle in developing the mushroom cultivation business of the Belimbing Youth Group. The primary objective of the community service activity is to enhance the abilities and experience of the Belimbing Youth Group in producing and processing mushroom cultivation products to create higher economic value. Initial outreach activities will focus on oyster mushroom seedling production and processing products, training on product processing and packaging techniques, entrepreneurial coaching, and further guidance, all forming part of technology transfer activities to the Belimbing Youth Group. In the first year, counselling and training on oyster mushroom seedling production, construction of a sterilization room, manufacture of baglog sterilization equipment, and repair of mushroom house (kumbung) were carried out. Training activities for producing F0 and F1 oyster mushroom seedlings and making baglog sterilization equipment with a capacity of 100 baglogs have impacted the independence of the Belimbing Youth Group in providing seedlings and baglog for oyster mushrooms. A sterilization room and repaired kumbung support the success of seeding and increasing the yield of oyster mushrooms. The success of the activities in the first year is likely to be sustainable and support the following year's activities, which will focus on post-harvest processing activities, packaging, and marketing of processed products.

Scientific writing can be in the form of scientific articles, final reports, publication manuscripts, research reports such as theses, theses or dissertations. In writing scientific papers, modern reference management, such as Mendeley, Vos Viewer, and Connected Paper, has become a tool for scientific work writers to import, organize, search for references and research gaps quickly, it also makes it possible to organize and store all documents related to the project research in one place. Of the 35 participants who took part in the workshop, participants assessed that the material was delivered well by 3 resource persons, with evidence of an average rating for each resource of 4.5 on a scale of 1-5 (very bad to very good) and a standard deviation of 0.4 to 0.61. The distribution of results for the advanced themes that participants are interested in implementing in the future is optimization towards the industrial era 5.0 with an answer percentage of 54.29%; Publication of accredited scientific papers with a percentage of 25.71%; Industrial Sustainability was 11.43% and Industrial Innovation Technology was 8.57%.
