Abstract

Abstract Excellent physical condition greatly improves a player's performance. A player's poor physical appearance certainly has a negative impact on his game technique and tactics. All players are required to have good individual technique and good game strategy skills. However, no matter how good a player is in game techniques and tactics, if it is not based on good physical condition, the success that can be achieved will not be optimal. The aim of this Community Service Program is to provide training to trainers regarding physical condition development. The method of carrying out activities is by instructors who come from academics and practitioners who are competent in their fields. Meanwhile, the material that will be provided in carrying out community service consists of: 1) carrying out a pre-test, 2) providing basic material; 3) Provide practical material. Abstrak Kondisi fisik yang prima sangat meningkatkan penampilan pemain. Penampilan fisik pemain yang buruk tentunya berdampak negatif terhadap teknik dan taktik permainannya, semua pemain dituntut untuk memiliki teknik individu yang baik dan keterampilan strategi permainan yang baik. Namun, sehebat apapun seorang pemain dalam teknik dan taktik permainan, jika tidak dilandasi dengan kondisi fisik yang baik, maka keberhasilan yang dapat diraih tidak akan maksimal. Tujuan pada Program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para pelatih terkait pembinaan kondisi fisik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan metode instruktur yang berasal dari akademisi dan praktisi yang sudah berkompeten dibidangnya. Sedangkan materi yang akan diberikan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang terdiri dari : 1) melaksanakan pre-test, 2) Memberikan materi pokok; 3) Memberikan materi praktek.

Abstract

Bekerjasama dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan, kegiatan PKM kampus STIE Dharma Putra memdistribusikan bibit tanaman sebanyak 5000 bibit yang terdiri dari bibit tanaman pohon keras seperti Gaharu dan bibit buah-buahan seperti Durian montong dan musang king, kelekeng, nangka, manggis, matoa dan mangga, serta bibit tanaman komoditas perkebunan yakni bibit pinang batara. Khusus nya bibit pinang batara dan durian montong adalah jenis tanaman yang menghasilkan nilai jual tinggi. Kedua jenis tanaman ini kini menjadi peluang usaha yang menggiurkan. Bertujuan mengelola tanah-tanah yang tidur dapat kembali produktif dan menghasilkan nilai ekonomi serta diharapkan beberapa tahun kemudian kedua tanaman ini mampu menaikan taraf hidup masyarakat itu sendiri. Dengan biaya perawatan yang murah dan jangka panen yang relatif pendek namun pangsa pasar yang luas serta harga jual cukup tinggi, maka masyarakat desa Gema akan merasakan untung dalam berbisnis durian montong dan pinang batara. Kegiatan PKM yang diadakan oleh team LPPM STIE Dharma Putra diikuti oleh 15 orang Dosen dan melibatkan 10 orang mahasiswa. Para peserta lokakarya adalah para pemuda pemudi desa Gema yang termasuk kedalam organisasi karangtaruna, PKK, kader posyandu, para remaja mesjid. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diadakan di area perkemahan Bukik Tobek tepian Sungai Subayang Desa Gema dan dihadiri oleh petinggi aparatur desa desa Gema. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan menyampaikan materi tentang pemanfaatan lahan kosong atau lahan tidur menjadi lahan produktif dengan ditanam dengan bibit tanaman komoditi industri atau komoditi ekspor, kemudian dilakukan sesi tanya jawab yang lebih memfokuskan permasalahan yang real terjadi lingkungan desa Gema. Dan terakhir adalah pemberian bibit tanaman dan penanaman pohon, yang dilakukan secara simbolis.

Abstract

The paper is to find out and explain the obstacles of political and economic policies in the form of The Village Owned Enterprise (what so called BUMDes) has developed three types of business units, namely a land pawning, a sound system rental and a cattle breeding business units. The research approach is used a qualitative method. This research was conducted using observation and interview techniques using a list of questions as a research instrument, then the data were analyzed descriptively. The theories used are decision and politics. The obstacles that occur in government and community policies include political obstacles, economy obstacle.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, kemampuan menulis akademik penting bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Pelatihan academic writing daring, melalui platform online, memberikan solusi atas tantangan pembelajaran daring dengan diskusi interaktif. Meskipun ada tantangan akses dan interaksi, potensi pelatihan daring dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan membangun jaringan kolaborasi tidak dapat diabaikan. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan webinar nasional, memperkenalkan metode penulisan akademik untuk artikel pengabdian masyarakat. Tim memberikan solusi untuk kendala dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Beberapa aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word, Mendeley, dan Grammarly membantu dalam pembuatan academic writing. Langkah-langkah konkret diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan seperti kesulitan menemukan topik dan mengumpulkan data. Oleh karena itu, menulis artikel ilmiah dapat menjadi alat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan standar profesional bagi dosen dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Indonesia, dengan populasi besar dan kekayaan budaya kulinernya, memiliki potensi signifikan dalam sektor ekonomi kreatif, khususnya dalam subsektor kuliner. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di kota Lhokseumawe, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam pengelolaan wisata kuliner. Program ini mencakup pelatihan dan sosialisasi dalam tiga tahap: sektor produksi, manajemen, dan pemasaran. Tahap pertama fokus pada pengolahan roti canai, tahap kedua pada tata kelola kampung wisata kuliner dan kewirausahaan, serta tahap ketiga pada strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk seperti roti canai beku dan olahan baru dapat meningkatkan daya tarik pasar. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan efektif dalam memperbaiki operasional dan pemasaran, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penambahan pemahaman mengenai tata kelola, sapta pesona, perencanaan fasilitas, dan strategi pemasaran diharapkan memperkuat roti canai di Kota Lhokseumawe sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Service in the provision of treatment is one of the compatibility that cannot be separated from the implementation of health efforts that play an important role in improving the quality of health services in the community. Poor drug storage can interfere with efforts to improve the quality of drugs at the puskesmas. Plumbing Health Center is one of the health centers located in Medan City, precisely in Medan Marelan District. With its strategic location, it is not uncommon for this puskesmas to be visited by the local community as a referral material for treatment. The system used to check drug stocks is still manual, namely by writing and checking one by one the empty and existing drug stocks. This makes the work of the health workers or pharmacists who work slow because they have to check the stock of medicines needed by the community. The application that will be built later is an application that can be used by pharmacists to help ease their work, especially in the checking of existing drug stocks. The activity plan that will be proposed is to carry out socialization activities as well as training for health workers at the puskesmas to engage in using the application that was built, to help ease work.

Abstract

The research objective is to formulate a strategy for optimizing the adoption of barcode system technology by identifying internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats for oil palm plantation companies, especially PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong (LNK). Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation. The method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative research methods. Analysis of research data using SWOT analysis. The results of the research based on the SWOT analysis show that the strategy that must be applied in the adoption of barcode system technology is the WO strategy with alternative strategies, namely increasing employee competence, motivation, and behavioral intention.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the marketing communication mix strategy implemented by Yamaha in promoting the 2024 NMAX Turbo product in Indonesia. To differentiate, Yamaha leverages six key marketing communication elements: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing, personal selling, and digital marketing. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was gathered through in-depth interviews with Yamaha’s marketing managers, advertising agencies, and automotive influencers, as well as document analysis of annual reports and social media content. Thematic and content analysis were employed to interpret the data. Findings show that advertising played a significant role in building brand awareness through television and digital platforms, emphasizing the motor’s turbocharged technology and futuristic design. Sales promotions, particularly exclusive discounts and pre-order bonuses, effectively boosted consumer interest. Public relations initiatives, including launch events and test rides, enhanced the brand’s image and engagement. Direct marketing via email and SMS reinforced consumer relationships, while personal selling at dealerships offered a personalized experience. Digital marketing through platforms like Instagram and TikTok successfully reached younger audiences. This marketing mix strategy has proven effective in raising brand awareness, strengthening engagement, and driving sales for Yamaha.

Abstract

The increasing diversity of student needs and learning styles in physical education necessitates the exploration of effective sports communication techniques to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes in elementary schools. This research aims to explore and implement holistic and adaptive sports communication techniques in physical education and evaluate their impact on student engagement and achievement. A case study method was chosen to gain in-depth insights into communication practices. This study involved direct observations, semi-structured interviews with 5 physical education teachers and 30 students, as well as document analysis. The subjects of the research included physical education teachers and students, employing a qualitative thematic analysis approach to identify key patterns and themes. The findings indicate that the communication techniques applied by teachers play a crucial role in the effectiveness of learning, where traditional methods often limit interactions to one-way communication. In contrast, digital communication techniques enhance flexibility and interactivity. This research underscores the need for adaptive and inclusive communication strategies, along with teacher training, which is expected to improve the quality of physical education and create a more effective learning environment for all students.

Abstract

Novelty technology will be capable of increasing the performance company's coconut palm oil, one of them being the barcode system. So from that, I needed something to study to know how to influence suitability, continuity and use of the barcode system against the performance company coconut palm. Study this using a long working variable as a moderator variable. The study aims to analyze the effect of fit, viability, and use on the performance of a business company's coconut palm based on the Barcode System. Study this using 237 samples of employee data collected through stratified proportional random sampling at PT LNK from April 2022 to June 2022. Data were analyzed by SEM-PLS analysis with SMARTPLS software 3. An overview of the Barcode System via the Fit-Viability approach has been presented in the paper. Research results show that the performance of the business is affected by viability and use, but not affected by compatibility. Working time takes effect compatibility and compatibility to the assignment will be the taller when working long hours. Paper contributes to the development barcode system at PT LNK. Expected barcode system used by all companies coconut palm oil and can be integrated into the cloud-based data so that it could generate production data in real-time.
